Here is what I have: (from smogon with small updates from own research) I'm not sure about Nightmare damage's exact positioning though, in both gens. If you find any error or are willing to do other gens, it'll be much appreciated.
The magical wonders of Google lead me to this site, which in turn gave me this order for the end-of-turn in GSC: Whether it's accurate or not remains to be seen, but at least it's a base to start from. I'll continue looking.
I've no idea, I just got the list from the website directly. Speaking of which, this page from the same website goes into great details about the RSE turn, from beginning to end. EDIT: And this page details the timing of a single Pokemon's turn in RBY. EDIT2: This page details the Gen 4 end-of-turn order, which may be worth comparing. EDIT3: And finally, this page provides details on Gen 5 timing, and various other things, but doesn't detail the end-of-turn order. Just have a browse around, it might help. Items listed there will probably need confirming, but it's a start.
I was testing some end of turn order mechanics on PO while finding some youtube videos as well, I cannot test DS mechanics but I'm fairly confident that burn status occurs after poison status and so these end of turn operations should instead look like this or something What I had found on a wifi battle was that a faster Dragonite's burn status occurred after a slower gastrodons poison damage unless for some awkward reason they were speed tie'ing. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vwWOljBZOog&t=8m5s I think this is my cue to leave this to you guys now. EDIT: although this may seem like a tiny bug detail, it is actually very relevant to competitive playing because currently on PO, the faster pokemons actions go first, this is information being revealed of who is faster, and in this case where one would occur after the other, there is no certainty of who is faster because it would be 'priority' based rather then speed.
