So, I started this yesterday morning, and it's made quite a bit of progress since then. I've worked out most of the bugs, and all the features have been coded. At first it was for my own personal use, but people actually were interested (I figured they'd call me lazy D: ) Feel free to give it a try, just hit Export to Text in your PO Team Builder, then paste it all in the provided text area.

Great job on this. I hate finding images, not to mention moving ones (which is why I haven't used moving ones).

Edit: Ferrothorn's image doesn't work, and neither does Arceus (maybe it's because it's holding a plate.)

Yeah, we plan on switching hosts here in the next couple days, but as is I believe we have "unlimited" bandwidth (Although I know how that generally goes).

Yeah, normal Arceus is currently the only one supported. Also, just tried this:

    Ferrothorn (M) @ Rocky Helmet
    Trait: Iron Barbs
    EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 SDef
    Sassy Nature (+SDef, -Spd)
    - Rest
    - Gyro Ball
    - Spikes
    - Power Whip

and it worked. :P Do you possibly have yours nicknamed?

Also thanks everyone for the positive feedback. :)

Hmm... I tested this out with one of my more recent teams, and I found this happening:

    [IMG] @ Focus Sash
    Trait: Own Tempo
    EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 Spd
    Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
    - Spore
    - Magic Coat
    - Spikes
    - Stealth Rock
Description: Ah, Smeargle. Definitely the most versatile Pokémon when it comes down to movepool size. Brandishing nearly all moves in the game, this Pokémon is perfect when it comes to odd roles. Over here in LU, there aren't many hazard layers that can lay both Spikes and Stealth Rock.
Spore helps with anti-leading, while Magic Coat helps against the likes of Butterfree and Tangela, both of which Smeargle outspeed anyway.

Style of Play: I typically use Spore unless I know that the opponent has either Magic Coat or Substitute and is faster than me. In that case, I simply switch out if the opponent could have Magic Coat or just start setting up hazards if the opponent has Substitute.

    [IMG]200 @ Eviolite
    Trait: Levitate
    EVs: 196 Def / 4 SAtk / 56 SDef / 252 Spd
    Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
    - Pain Split
    - Taunt
    - Will-O-Wisp
    - Shadow Ball
Description: ...No racism intended. However, this spinblocker works much like the BritScor of the fourth generation, with various moves that effectively stops stall in its tracks. Pain Split helps Misdreavus stay alive and deals considerable damage to high-HP Pokémon like Lickilicky. Taunt stops stallers in their tracks by shutting down their non-attacking moves. Will-O-Wisp helps against physical attackers, as well as crippling common Spinners, and Shadow Ball is there for additional damage when Misdreavus has nothing else to do.

Style of Play: I typically use Taunt, then Pain Split and then Will-O-Wisp, then continue stalling with Pain Split and Taunt. When the Pokémon is in KO zone, I finish it off with Shadow Ball, then Pain Split the incoming Pokémon and repeat.

[IMG]128 @ Life Trait: Sheer Force
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
    Naive Nature (+Spd, -SDef)
    - Rock Climb
    - Zen Headbutt
    - Earthquake
    - Fire Blast
[IMG]308 @ Choice Trait: Pure Power
Description: Here comes the "somewhat gimmicky" part of this team. Tauros paired up with Sheer Force and a LO recoil-less Rock Climb is considerably dangerous to most things that want to switch in. Zen Headbutt offers additional neutral coverage, while Earthquake gives Tauros the ability to strike at various Steel-types that want to come in. You may be thinking something along the lines of, What the devil is Fire Blast doing there? Tauros only has 40 base SpA! Well, there is one reason why Fire Blast is there, and it's Tangela. With Sheer Force and LO, Tangela takes a 2HKO from Fire Blast in any weather but rain.

Style of Play: Tauros is meant to simply plow through everything. I typically just spam Rock Climb, but switch over to one of the coverage moves if the opponent resists Rock Climb. In the case of a Tangela, I just use Fire Blast.

Possible Changes: Rock Slide over Zen Headbutt to take care of various Flying-types and to complete the fabled EdgeQuake combo.

    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
    Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
    - Hi Jump Kick
    - Zen Headbutt
    - Ice Punch
    - Rock Slide
    [IMG]157 @ Life Trait: Blaze
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Description: Standard ScarfCham set, not sure I need to go into great detail about this set. A neutral Hi Jump Kick deals more than a 2x Ice Punch or Rock Slide, which is very impressive. Ice Punch and Rock Slide are there for additional coverage against Pokémon that resist both HJK and Zen Headbutt (or anything that gets hit for 4x effective from Ice Punch or Stone Edge), while Zen Headbutt is for an alternate STAB against something that resists HJK.

Style of Play: Medicham, like Tauros, is meant to plow through everything. I tend to just spam HJK, but I'm usually cautious if the other team has a Ghost-type revealed in Team Preview. If something 4x weak to either Rock or Ice could come in, then I use either Rock Slide or Ice Punch, respectively. Zen Headbutt is only really used against Ghosts.

    Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
    - Eruption
    - Lava Plume
    - Focus Blast
    - Hidden Power [Rock]
    [IMG]638 @ Leftovers
    Trait: Justified
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Just for reference, the title "The Result of Game Freak's Laziness" came from the fact that Typhlosion's base stats are exactly the same as Charizard's base stats.

Description: Typhlosion is incredibly powerful. With a STAB, a resisted Eruption at full HP is more reliable than a neutral Focus Blast, which is certainly impressive. Lava Plume is there for an alternate STAB when Typhlosion's at low HP and for the high burn chance. Focus Blast and HP Rock are there for coverage purposes, while an Expert Belt is used over a Life Orb because it has no recoil.
Style of Play: If Typhlosion is at high HP, then I just spam Eruption unless there's an obvious better alternative. If it gets low on HP, however, I resort to the other moves and just use Lava Plume on everything that's neutral to all the moves.

Possible Changes: HP Grass over HP Rock, but that would put it at a disadvantage against Charizard. Flamethrower over Lava Plume could give it more power in its alternate STAB at the cost of a lower burn chance.

    Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
    - Swords Dance
    - Substitute
    - Close Combat
    - Iron Head

Description: Cobalion works as a great late-game sweeper. Swords Dance and Substitute allow Cobalion to boost its stats without needing to worry about Will-O-Wisp. Close Combat and Iron Head are fairly powerful STABs that allow Cobalion to effectively sweep with +2 and base 108 base Speed. In addition, Cobalion cannot be poisoned, which is a great plus.

Style of Play: I tend to send Cobalion out on something that could potentially use a Dark-type attack, raising Cobalion's Attack. Then, while it's on something that can't quite hurt it, I set up and sweep with Close Combat and Iron Head, preferably under a Substitute to fend off priority users.

You may want to look into that. I think some of the coding on the various codes were misplaced.

It looks more like you were formatting inside the team builder and it came out a bit wrong. Just give me the original team and I can check it out.

Anyways, seeing as I just finished a new layout, eRMT has move to:

    http://pokebattlecenter.net/ermt1.php

There might be some directory or name issues, so please let me know if you find a problem.

Do you have any objections if i move that in the teams forums? It's a more appropriate place. Or you can just make a new well formatted and up-to-date OP and i'll sticky it and close this topic.

Nah, I'll need a place for people to report bugs. But yeah, moving it to the teams section would be appreciated. :)

    my only complaints are:

    1. the threat list is only for ou will uu etc be added.

    2. that it needs the importable to be added twice once for the rmt to be generated and then again so the mods won't lock it.

    1. I only play in the OU tier, although if someone could link me to Smogon's current tier list (I never go there) I could make a selection of which tier to add in the final code output.

    2. My thinking was if someone has the list in the first place (To generate the team) they could simple add that to the thread first, then just put the code output above it.

Thanks for the feedback guys, feedback does keep the project alive.

NOTE: I'm planning my next two tools, first will be in the form of a website. Basically a place where you can upload any file pertaining to Pokemon for download and use by anyone. There'll be different sections for competitive battling, game hacking, general pokemon code development, etc.. Second (Which might end up with a higher priority than the former) is a tool for newbies, basically a team builder with a GUI that involves suggesting different Pokemon according to which ones you've already picked, then outputting the code for PO import.

Hmm... The sprites aren't appearing. Instead, a number appears in the spot where the sprite should be.

Also, even without the coding (I don't think returns are considered "coding"), this happens:
    [IMG] @ Focus Sash
    Trait: Own Tempo
    EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 Spd
    Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
    - Spore

    [IMG]594 @ Leftovers
    Trait: Hydration
    EVs: 252 HP / 116 Def / 140 SDef
    Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
    - Wish
    - Protect
    - Waterfall
    - Toxic
Description: Alomomola is here to pass Wishes to the other team members, healing them to just about full health thanks to its massive HP stat. 252 HP EVs maximizes the healing from Wish, and since 1/2 of Alomomola's HP is 217, whatever receives the Wish will gain a large increase to their survivability. Protect allows Alomomola to heal itself, while Toxic allows it to deal some damage. Waterfall is there so that Alomomola doesn't become Taunt bait. Hydration is used because it could actually see some use, unlike Healer.

Style of Play: I usually send Alomomola on resisted attacks, and it sponges them quite nicely. Wish is sometimes passed to the other members when they're low on health. Other than that, Alomomola just tries to keep the team alive while perhaps stalling out the opponent.

Possible Changes: Aqua Jet over Waterfall to pick off some low-HP opponents that may pose a problem, perhaps?

    [IMG]604 @ Expert Trait: Levitate
    EVs: 252 Atk / 212 SAtk / 44 Spd
    Rash Nature (+SAtk, -SDef)
    - Wild Charge
    - Grass Knot
    - Flamethrower
    - Hidden Power [Ice]
    [IMG]578 @ Eviolite
Description: Eelektross is primarily my Slowking counter, as well as a fairly efficient wallbreaker. Wild Charge is a powerful physical STAB that usually KOs Slowking, but it comes with a hefty recoil. Grass Knot, Flamethrower and HP Ice are there for coverage, and with 212 SpA EVS and a Rash nature, they do quite a bit of damage.

Style of Play: Eelektross usually comes in after something has fainted or on a predicted switch, as it can't really take many hits, especially when there's that Wild Charge recoil to deal with. Whichever move is best for the situation is usually what's used; Flamethrower is for the various Grass-types around here, HP Ice for opponents that take 4x damage from it, and Grass Knot is there for Ground-, Rock-, Water/Ground-types and Lanturn, though it won't do much to the latter due to its light weight.

Possible Changes: Perhaps a switch to Electivire (which has more Atk, less SpA, less bulk and more Speed, and can still effectively KO Slowking) or Tangrowth (which has much more bulk and a Grass-typing, Regeneration to heal the LO recoil, Sleep Powder, a recoil-less physical STAB and can still KO Slowking with Power Whip). Also, as HP Ice isn't seeing much usage, perhaps it could be changed to another Hidden Power, preferably Ground to take out Lanturn?

    Trait: Magic Guard
    EVs: 196 Def / 252 SAtk / 60 SDef
    Quiet Nature (+SAtk, -Spd)
    - Trick Room
    - Recover
    - Psychic
    - Hidden Power [Fighting]
    [IMG]638 @ Leftovers
Description: Trick Room Duosion is incredibly powerful, though a bit on the frailer side even with the Eviolite. Trick Room makes the slower Pokémon go first, and with Duosion's Speed, it's almost surely going to go first. Psychic is a powerful STAB attack that will deal quite a bit to anything that doesn't resist it. HP Fighting helps against the occasional Dark- or Steel-type that may come in on Duosion's STAB. Recover allows Duosion to live longer.

Style of Play: I usually send Duosion in on something that can't really hurt it all that much, like Tangela, and use Trick Room. Then, Duosion proceeds to potentially sweep the opponent's team.

Possible Changes: As Slowking and other Psychic-types wall this set, perhaps Shadow Ball over Recover? It'll lower the survivability of Duosion, but at least it can actually deal with them.

    Trait: Justified
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd

    Cobalion @ Leftovers
    Trait: Justified
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd

    And here's simply the importable:
    Smeargle (M) @ Focus Sash
    Trait: Own Tempo
    EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 Spd
    Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
    - Spore
    - Magic Coat
    - Spikes
    - Stealth Rock

    Misdreavus (M) @ Eviolite
    Trait: Levitate
    EVs: 196 Def / 4 SAtk / 56 SDef / 252 Spd
    Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
    - Heal Bell
    - Taunt
    - Will-O-Wisp
    - Shadow Ball

    Alomomola (M) @ Leftovers
    Trait: Hydration
    EVs: 252 HP / 116 Def / 140 SDef
    Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
    - Wish
    - Protect
    - Waterfall
    - Toxic

    Eelektross (M) @ Expert Belt
    Trait: Levitate
    EVs: 252 Atk / 212 SAtk / 44 Spd
    Rash Nature (+SAtk, -SDef)
    - Wild Charge
    - Grass Knot
    - Flamethrower
    - Hidden Power [Ice]

    Duosion (M) @ Eviolite
    Trait: Magic Guard
    EVs: 196 Def / 252 SAtk / 60 SDef
    Quiet Nature (+SAtk, -Spd)
    - Trick Room
    - Recover
    - Psychic
    - Hidden Power [Fighting]

    Cobalion @ Leftovers
    Trait: Justified
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
    Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
    - Swords Dance
    - Substitute
    - Close Combat
    - Iron Head

Added the ability to insert At a Glance to the top of a RMT. Unfortunately, I can't add line breaks after the [/center] tag, because that would require a pretty big code rewrite, so you'll have to add those in manually (Which shouldn't be too big a dead xD )

Also, @Noog, I just put your team in, both with and without descriptions, and it worked for me. :P

i think there is a bug within the At a Glance as when i made a team without that it came out just fine with it the entire team was scrambled after i hit the finalize button heck arceus' moveset went completely mia (thank god the description was still there) but either it doesn't like a solid Ubers team or the At a Glance is bugged.

Must be an At a Glance bug, so for now I'll say use it at your own risk, just until I get a chance to look at it later.

that is because the entire host site is on lockdown that is why the RMT generator is out of commission.

Sorry I quit at PBC so a lot of stuff there will be broken.

Um, all I can say is I'm trying to find another host to keep it on. In the meantime, though, I'm working on v2. It's a complete recode, so there should be less bugs, and a fresh design to accompany it.

So, during the past day or so I've been working on version 2.0. And, now it's finished. :)

    http://pokebattlecenter.net/ermt/index.php

So, what does the new version bring?

    Complete Re-Code
    Fresh Design
    At A Glance

Also, I only removed the descriptions because they were a bit of a waste of time, considering for formatting was done to them (Besides adding a closing [/i] tag after the description). All the work is done in basically one step, just paste in the team and select which options you want to have in the final code.

Here is a team with both At a Glance and Threat List added:

the link works just fine for me assuming you used the V2 link (which should probably be edited into the op anyway) the V1 links are kinda pointless.

Wait, but it only replaces pokemon names with bbcode tags for sprites, or am I missing something?

Well, that's all it currently does yes, but there is a much more elaborate version planned for the future. Just trying to find someone to help me develop it, as it will be a very large project.

Thanks to whoever updated the first post for me.

Yeah, sorry about that, it should only take like 10 minutes to fix, just the fact that I haven't had internet or access to the files for 2-3 months means I couldn't fix it sooner, apologies, it should be fixed by tomorrow sometime (If I can find a reliable host, the images being hosted is quite a load on the server, and becomes more of one each time it's used).

i've Taken a bit of time to go through the Threat list and compare it agains the PO and Smogon usage Stats (Wi-Fi as DW is not as widely accepted as a legiamate tier), not only were a few pokemon that were OU on Both lists missing outright the list is majorly outdated things that were banned months ago are wtill present), in the hide tags is an altered version of the list. (first set of hide tags) Bold means that that pokemon is above an OU cuttoff, Itilisized means that that pokemon was above 3% on both lists. the seccond Set of hide tags contains the current threat list being used by the RTM generator; Italisized mean should have consideration on being removed the reasons for which are included, Bold means Needs removal for perposes of keeping with the official wi-fi OU list, Bold and Underlined means generally that needs to be Removed as to avoid conflicts with the Ubers tier list (I aproached this under the assumption that Drizzle-Swim ban will be upheld) though there is one exception.

    Dugtrio
    Magnezone
    Alakazam
    Gastrodon
    Celebi
    Quagsire
    Donphan
    Jolteon
    Slowbro
    Zapdos
    Swampert
    Abomasnow
    Latios[/HIDE]

Excadrill- (is likely to be facing suspect very soon on PO and Smogon has already banned it)
    Conkeldurr-
    Hydreigon-
    Volcarona-
    Terrakion-
    Landorus-
    Chandelure-
    Haxorus-
    Virizion-
    Thundurus-(banned on PO and Smogon)
    Scrafty-
    Reuniclus-
    Victini-
    Mienshao-
    Darmanitan-
Keldeo- (Unrealeased, the list looks better if unreleased pokes aren’t included)
Genesect- (Unrealeased, the list looks better if unreleased pokes aren’t included)

    Tornadus-
    Latias-
Garchomp- (banned on PO and Smogon)
    Salamence-
    Cloyster-
    Politoed-
    Venusaur-
    Ninetails-
    Toxicroak-
    Breloom-
Ditto-(worthless without it’s Unrealeased DW ability it can be added on for DW teams though it doesn’t add much I find)
    Scizor-
Ludicolo-(Drizzle-Swim is Banned on Smogon and is looking to be banned on PO)
    Metagross-
    Infernape-
    Heatran-
    Dragonite-
Whimsicott- (appears twice on the list, at least one of them needs to go if not both)
    Jirachi-
    Rotom-W-
    Gyarados-
Suicune- (struggles in the present OU due to Jellicent among others)
Kabutops- (Drizzle-Swim is Banned on Smogon and is looking to be banned on PO)
    Tyranitar-
    Gliscor-
    Blissey-
    Bronzong-
    Chansey-
    Deoxys-S-
    Espeon-
    Ferrothorn-
    Forretress-
Gorebyss- (it is only seeing 2.113% usage over on Smogon and 1.737 on PO so really not something that really gets considered too much in team building)
    Hippowdon-
    Jellicent-
    Mew-
    Porygon2-
    Skarmory-
    Tentacruel-
    Vaporeon-
Whimsicott- (the present usage in OU both on PO and Smogon have it at about 2.5% and 2.3% respectively and with the way OU is shaping up on both it is unlikely to see a rise)
    Sableye-[/HIDE]

I'm not trying to be rude or anything but thisis something that benifits from being kept up to date if nothing else it gives a reference for changes taht would allow for the Threat list to be kept up to date with the present OU tier.
