Oh and Harry dont be disappointed with your Gen 4 team, it got me Phop's gym badge. And i cant wait to challenge your gym. (2 days left right?)
yup yup! You best not be coming at me with any of my teams tho, cause I have a team that utterly counters this one. 5 Keldeos, and a Deo S :3
Defensive rotom-W is the way to go to counter both keldeo and gliscor. keldeo's best option is to mystery sword, hitting rotom-W's defensive side. Gliscor's only option is ice fang. Rotom-W is an effective sandstorm counter , but be sure to keep its hp high. I'd also like to point out: Your team is extremely weak to rain with your two primary rain counters (breloom and nattorei), walled by Xatu. You might be able to play mindgames on xatu and setup with garchomp, but bear in mind, the xatu user can play mindgames as well.
I tested out Rotom-W over a couple of things, the main problem with this team is it really needs every pokemon on it to function well. If I remove Gliscor for Rotom I'm breloom weak, if I take off Blaziken, I have no passer, and so my team is all slow, if I take off Loom I'm suddenly unable to revenge sweepers, etc. I need a poke that fills the slot of something else, AND counters it, or maybe swap 2 pokes, idk. Rain has really never been an issue for this team.. The only rain team I actually have trouble with is my own :p
I've realized that with my teams as well. Either win 5-0 or 6-0, or lose miserably. Full offense is pretty much the way to go this generation.
You totally misunderstood what I just said.. Like, completely. For 1. My teams are almost ALWAYS balanced, so no, full offense is NOT the way to go, as my teams seem to do just fine. *cough* Secondly, I meant that the team needs all its members every game, not necessarily the entire time. I did not mean that I can't win with 2 pokes, at ALL. And I rarely ever lose miserably.
Edit to the team: I changed the EVs on chomp to 252 hp 240 def 16 spd Ashton showed me that I can take sassy ferrothorn's gyros that way. Wooo
