@Blitz If your Terra isn't scarfed as well, I can't see it lasting too long. :P Anyways, haven't found time to work on any of these for a while. @_@ Too many things going on, homework being the biggest. Sadly not the only.
Hm, seems the site I take my images from may have broken. They might fix it, but if not I'll have to replace all the pics. EDIT: Seems more like they replaced all their images with new ones. Eh, might as well get everything up.
That's the 2nd time I've had to fix the pics >:I I'll have to do the other guides again too. Can someone compile a list of derpy mons so I can fill the list back up? Having to replace it by trying to remember which mon fits with number is a pain, so it'd be more useful to just have a list I can type into the spriterator every time the images break.
It's a pity Rotom-S doesn't learn Magnet Rise or Fly, as these two moves would perfectly complement the existing EQ-trolling trifecta of Levitate, Flying-typing, and Air Balloon. Oh, and there's Exodia pieces 4 and 5.
Ninetales with overheat and power swap...will that do? This is the one I use... Tear (Ninetales) (F) @ Focus Sash Trait: Drought EVs: 252 SAtk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd Hasty Nature (+Spd, -Def) - Power Swap - Roar - Quick Attack - Overheat Overheat to destroy nearly anything not immune to it, then power swap the(minus) boost, quick attack to pick those sash users up, and holding a focus sash on it's own to roar in times of need. Always have to switch out when facing something with flash fire though. She did her job well, considering most ninetales are unemployed and are only used to summon perma sun.
Though that post would go better in Vol 3, it does remind me of a fun set a friend gave me long ago; Ninetales (F) @ Leftovers/Air Balloon Trait: Drought EVs: 252 SAtk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk) - Power Swap - Disable - Protect/Substitute - Overheat SubDisable and Overheat Swap in one set. It was hilarious to use, though there were many cases it still couldn't do much. Stealing that Latias' +4 and giving it -6 was pretty funny, though.
This guide is epic, I have read five times or so just to get the laugh out of it. Good job! However shouldn't pokes with Sap Sipper be listed under counters to Leech Seed? Nothing beats switching in a Sawsbuck on a Whimsicott and then proceed to murder the thing with Megahorn. Also, abilities like Storm Drain, Flash Fire, Motordrive, Sap Sipper, Volt/Water absorb and Lightningrod generally needs a mention for their epic troll value.
Sorry if it has been previously mentioned but this little guy truly demonstrates the meaning of troll. When successfully performed, this strategy will make your (poor) opponent desperate in frustration. If you can't accept Hax, then you should stop reading this right now. Sableye (F) @ Leftovers Trait: Prankster Ev's: 252 HP / 252 SpD Careful Nature (+SpD, -SpA) - Substitute - Swagger - Recover - Foul Play Yes, the infamous Sub + Swag Sableye. With Prankster, this absolute monster will (almost) always move first. The combination Swagger + Foul Play lets you break through almost anything in the game (with some luck) and Recover prolonges sableye's longetivity. This troll startegy works great with some heavy hazard support (considering the amount of switches it causes in your opponent's team to avoid hitting his own Pokémon with confusion), a Magnezone is also welcomed, to trap bulky defensive Steel-Types with low attack who don't really mind Foul Play and can proceeed to set up hazards in Sableye's face. You may also consider using Ditto, as it copies the Attack boosts your Sableye potentially gives to a Terrakion or a Salamence (by using Swagger), and proceed to sweep an entire team. Surprisingly (or not) Sableye also works exceptionally well in Ubers.
@Azura Thanks for mentioning that, was added. :) @Arceus Indeed, Sableye is hilarious to play with, although I'm always sad when it's OHKOed by DMeteors or other similarly powerful attacks running around in the meta. SubSwagger has so many ways of play it's ridiculous. You might want to try something like Whimsicott with SubSeed StunSwagger later on, that was one of my favorite sets ever to use on it. Loses out on Foul Play and Recover but gains Leech Seed and Stun Spore.
If you want to have some animated sprites, here's the place to get them. I doubt they'll ever change.
