I'm sure you could make a GSC tier labeled 'RBY' and set a banlist. Or you could just wait until the actual RBY engine is implemented on the simulator. It's being worked on and hopefully will come out soon.

There seem to be some odd glitches regarding banlists when you switch between tiers throughout generations. The solution is to set your Generation in the teambuilder and save the team, then select your preferred tier. You shouldn't have any problems that way.

@Temptation, use the report feature please.

I doubt that UU will be worked on very much. The amount of players of GSC OU is small enough as it were usually (normally up to 4 people at a time, but only around GSC tours is it ever above 0-1), so the amount of people with teams for GSC UU (I don't believe there were enough for NU in gen 2) would be a fraction of that.

I'm really happy about GSC. It isn't as stall-y as I thought it would be (there's no Wish YES!), and the players are all quality people. I'm afraid for gen 1 though, there will likely be few players (and hundreds of 'who cares'), and silly things like poison being weak to bug and vice versa, not to mention the power that the 7-8 Psychic types will have will be a threat all on its own.

Been reading too many guides and taking them at face value imo.

It's as dominated, if not more dominated by normal types. Top 3 OU pokemon in RBY ARE normal types after all (chansey, snorlax, and tauros).

And poison/bug typing attacks for all intents and purposes, is irrelevant (except the odd Pin Missile Jolteon hitting Eggys).

And quality of RBY players will probably be the same as GSC. 4-5 that know what they're doing, 5-10 that kind of know, and "hundreds of 'who cares'".
