Hello, I'm trying to revive a game that we had here before, but with a few changes. The goal of this game is simple: to create a story by posting 3 words per post. There's a difference though: This story has a list of goals that must be achieved (at the bottom of this post). The game ends once they are all achieved. The host (AKA me) will validate when a goal is fulfilled, and then will highlight the next goal(s) that need to be reached. Some of them can be done in any order, but some will only be valid if they happen after a certain point (indicated by the checkpoints). Some rules: Each user can only post once every 12 hours, or after 5 other story posts (off-topic posts not counted) are made since their last post. There's no need to sign up for the game, just go ahead and post. Each post can only add exactly 3 words to the story. Not more, nor less. To make things easier, you are free to count contractions like "you're", "I'm", "they're", etc. as either one or two words, whatever works better for your post. Don't add words that are completely out of context or don't make any grammatical sense (like adding "it the or"). Avoid editing your posts, unless someone posted at the same time as you. Trying to add some plot twists, detours or extra challenges is fine, but don't try to sabotage the goals by making them impossible to achieve. Actions that revert/undo/contradict an already finished goal are fine as long as they do not prevent a future goal from happening. Do not add forum users, PO users or any other IRL person to the story. Keep the story focused on the goals. If you want to make extra comments unrelated to the story, post them between parenthesis or square brackets. Something like (lol that was a nice plot twist). The ultimate goal here is to make a fun story. Be creative, don't worry about rushing the plot and feel free to add more things not included in the Goals list, but don't try to ruin it for everyone else. I will only impose one thing about the setting: The protagonist's name is Purple (bad name, right?). Everything else about the story's world is up to you, players. Plot Goals: Spoiler Reminder: Goals after each checkpoint won't be counted if any goal before that is still uncleared. Other than that, the goals can be cleared in any order. - The protagonist finds out they have a mysterious power. [Cleared] - The protagonist is awarded a medal for a good deed. [Cleared] - The protagonist is expelled from their hometown. [Cleared] - A male ally joins the protagonist's party (he carries its own weapon). [Cleared] ----- Checkpoint 1: Goals below this line are only available after all goals above are finished. [Cleared] - A female ally joins the protagonist's party (she has a special power). - The protagonist's party brings peace to a town dominated by an evil faction. - A non-human ally joins the protagonist's party. - Two of the party members fight each other. -----Checkpoint 2: Goals below this line are only available after all goals above are finished. - An ally is unwillingly removed from the party. - The protagonist's party solves a crime involving ice. - The protagonist obtains a legendary weapon. - One of the protagonist's allies is revealed to be the final boss. -----Checkpoint 3: Goals below this line are only available after all goals above are finished. - The protagonist's power gets powered up, but a bit different than before. - The final boss is defeated. - Someone shouts "It's over 9000" (within a reasonable context). -----Checkpoint 4: Goals below this line are only available after all goals above are finished. - Bonus Goal: [Will be revealed when all the previous ones are achieved] The story starts with these three words: Purple had a
(Hi, please keep non-story related posts between parenthesis. About the question, if you have absolutely no other options, sure, but ideally it should be avoided.)
that actually was (cock two times already on one page, we are better than this aren't we? I mean atleast most of us.)
(The story so far:) (As a side note, let's moderate on all those cocks and stuff. This is not Lake of Rage. Using it here and then sometimes is OKish, but if you use it so often it will get boring.)
a thief stealing (Jesus 2 paragraphs of nothing happening. It's like I'm watching the early parts of RWBY all over again.)
