    Mechanics Error BattleServer-wise
When did you first notice the bug?: consistent bug till today.

Have you been able to reproduce the bug?: yes

Information (include relevant logs, replays, screenshots):
What is currect on our sim:
Core Enforcer hits through Wonder Guard and deals damage.
Core Enforcer hits on a Substitute, and when the substitute takes the damage, Core Enforcer negates the target's ability when moved after the target.

    Start of turn 1
    testbug4 called Shedinja back!
    testbug4 sent out Zygarde!

Zygarde reversed all other Pokémon's auras!
The foe's Shedinja used Swords Dance!
The foe's Shedinja's Attack sharply rose!

    Start of turn 2
    Zygarde used Core Enforcer!
The foe's Shedinja lost 100% of its health!
    The foe's Shedinja fainted!

    testbug3 sent out Quagsire!

    Start of turn 3
    The foe's Quagsire used Substitute!
The foe's Quagsire made a substitute!

    Zygarde used Core Enforcer!
    The foe's Quagsire's substitute faded!
The foe's Quagsire's Unaware was suppressed!

It now has the same effect of Sunsteel strike which ignores the ability of opponent WHEN FIRST HIT. For example, it immediately bypass Unaware's ignoring boost effect.

    Start of turn 2
    Quagsire used Water Gun!
The foe's Zygarde lost 9% of its health!

The foe's Zygarde used Core Enforcer!
Quagsire lost 139 HP! (35% of its health)
    Quagsire's Unaware was suppressed!

The foe's Zygarde restored a little HP using its Leftovers!

    Start of turn 3
    testbug3 called Quagsire back!
    testbug3 sent out Ribombee!

    testbug4 called Zygarde back!
    testbug4 sent out Ribombee!

    Start of turn 4
The foe's Ribombee used Quiver Dance!
The foe's Ribombee's Sp. Att. rose!
The foe's Ribombee's Sp. Def. rose!
    The foe's Ribombee's Speed rose!

    Ribombee used Quiver Dance!
    Ribombee's Sp. Att. rose!
    Ribombee's Sp. Def. rose!
    Ribombee's Speed rose!

    Start of turn 5
The foe's Ribombee used Baton Pass!
    testbug4 called Ribombee back!
    testbug4 sent out Quagsire!

    Ribombee used Baton Pass!
    testbug3 called Ribombee back!
    testbug3 sent out Zygarde!

Zygarde reversed all other Pokémon's auras!

    Start of turn 6
The foe's Quagsire used Water Gun!
Zygarde lost 54 HP! (15% of its health)

    Zygarde used Core Enforcer!
The foe's Quagsire lost 37% of its health!
The foe's Quagsire's Unaware was suppressed!

Zygarde restored a little HP using its Leftovers!

    Start of turn 7
    testbug4 called Quagsire back!
    testbug4 sent out Ribombee!

    Zygarde used Core Enforcer!
It had no effect on the foe's Ribombee!

Zygarde restored a little HP using its Leftovers!

    Start of turn 8
    testbug4 called Ribombee back!
    testbug4 sent out Quagsire!

    Zygarde used Core Enforcer!
The foe's Quagsire lost 51% of its health!
The foe's Quagsire's Unaware was suppressed!

Zygarde restored a little HP using its Leftovers!

    What it actually should be:
Wonder Guard unless weak to Dragon type, should be immune Core Enforcer.
Core Enforcer should not have mold breaker effect when used on opponent: for example, if the user has spa boost and hits an unware mon on the switch, it doesn't get boost by stat changes.
The ability negation effect of Core Enforcer should not activate if it hits only on a Substitute.

(If applicable) Sources to confirm the presence of a bug (ex. Smogon):

All claims above tested in game.
To make it more straightforward, I save a replay on what it should actually be on PS: http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/gen7customgame-520757255
