Interesting concepts, but your village is very strong, with a vengeful Bodyguard, mostly concealed samurai, VCLR Inspector, and a mayor that some Mafia can't kill. Which is fine, if you make the Mafia able to overpower them in other ways. Some of your Mafia can't even kill at all it seems though, and you should clarify if you want them to share nightkills. Creating a small spawn (7p or 9p) and figuring out how you want the game to progress is a good place to start when working out what you want the focus of your theme to be and how you want the elements to balance each other out. Once you have the core figured out, you can add extra roles on top of it. In terms of flavor, I tend to think themes based on environments (Caterpie, Flock) or concepts (EV, Rotom, Trainers) are more successful than regional iterations, which often end up as reskins of Hoenn. Alola is different of course, because it's an odd region. I think you could do a lot with a theme just based around Alolan forms.
