Nuggets are very helpful for now days, where pearls and big pearls have no practical use, so I thought of making nugget using these ingredients through alchemist recipe. Nugget Recipe: 2 Big Pearls, 3 Pearls, 1 Honey, 30 Rocks ---> 1 Nugget. You could add some balls if you want to, like 5 Luxury or 5 Premier etc.
Since we have this: (21:57:05) ±Tauros: For Shiny, CanEvolve, FinalForm and CanMega: No additional parameter required. I suggest two more categories: IsRare (we can define this as anything getting the myth ball boost, maybe we can delete the Shiny?) and AltForm (for stuff like aegi-blade, vivi-darude etc). Helps a lot with finding assets.
Can we have a shortened version of the Party Load and party save commands? Something like /pload [slot] and/or /psave [slot]? It would make party saving and loading way faster.
This is for cross-promotion events... If we increase the final Mafia Shady Coins by 2 or 5 to whole winning squad (Living or Dead), players will play the game to win more effectively... So winner squad will get 15 Shady Coins while losers or any other remaining players will get only 10 Shady Coins... EDIT - Also we can add more types of texts and stuff in /rock... or else its pretty boring...
Rule suggestion: Advertising other side channels in the chat is forbidden for none safari auth. All channels have safari automated promoted events aside from hangman which will get them sometime in the future. People offering their own rewards for tournaments or trying to bring life to random dead mafia games is really annoying. On a side note I don't mind rices "join rng mafia for prize" since they fit the general safari RNG theme.
Seconding this, plus, it would be nice if we can do anything about the excess of perks that most of us have at this point, when you go beyond 10 Crowns or 10 honey or 10 of whatever perk item, it becomes a deadweight on your bag, so at least if we can do anything with this, maybe it could have a better use, almost no one buys perks at this point, perhaps creating a new item that can be crafted using random perks? It's better than just stacking them forever. Amulet Coin: 15 | Soothe Bell: 21 | Silk Scarf: 24 | Eviolite: 28 | Relic Crown: 32 | Honey: 23 | Cell Battery: 17 | #GivePerksSomeLove
It would be really nice if we have any health restoring item for rotation battle, like potion. Potion can be used after a battle ends and restores the health of any Pokemon by 20%. Potion can be found using Itemfinder like in real Pokemon game and by pyramid. Potion will help against those overpowered E4. >:l
Just for the sake of Aesthetics, I believe it would be nice if Shinies, Rare Forms (Namely Rotom, Furfrou and all that valuable stuff) and legendaries could have a different font color when using the /findt or /boxt command. Maybe it can make it distinguishable when checking your boxes. Also, if shinies have a colored bg when displayed in normal box or normal /find command, why not legendaries/rare formes too? This is not mandatory but in my opinion would make things look much better.
Hi, I hope you will look into balancing Pyramid again when you have some time. Just posting a log to back up my point about horde rooms and how ridiculous they are compared to other rooms: Spoiler (19:08:33) ±Tauros: Room 6-7: This room is infested with lots of wild Pokémon! Defeat them to pass, but Steel -type and Fire -type Pokémon are nerfed! (19:08:45) ±Tauros: Klefki's Mega Swampert defeated Muk (322 x 132), Lucario (386 x 164), Bastiodon (952 x 67), Rampardos (632 x 138), Pyroar (504 x 144) and Kabutops (362 x 93) | Petit Dragon's Rayquaza defeated Swampert (125 x 22), Bellossom (494 x 59), Flareon (185 x 85), Greninja (194 x 124), Golurk (172 x 40) and Donphan (180 x 0) | Miki Sayaka's Mega Altaria defeated Volcarona (75 x 71), Chesnaught (232 x 83) and Heracross (218 x 65) (19:08:45) ±Tauros: The following Wild Pokémon haven't been defeated and attacked the players: Jynx, Lickilicky, Reuniclus, Tauros and Reuniclus! (19:08:45) ±Tauros: Points gained: 165 | Stamina lost: Klefki -99, Petit Dragon -99, Miki Sayaka -117 Two Megas and a Rayquaza lose neutral matchups against 4 Pokémon (We didn't win any neutral matchups). The Steel nerf makes it impossible to have an advantageous matchup against 20 Pokémon. In hindsight, we didn't play this room optimally. But -99 to every player? Compare this mistake to blundering in any other room and it's just ridiculous. Even if we won 17/20 (which is the best I think we could've done), we would take like -60 if I recall. How is clearing pyramid ever going to be a test of skill if advancing on floors 6 and 7 is literally "how long you go without Steel/Dragon-nerfed horde"? I don't mind if you make other rooms harder to compensate, and I have shared ideas for this. But the n^3 scaling in damage output for horde rooms is just out of control. P.S. I think Joey posted something to this effect as well but can't find the post
A command to quit League's battle when you want insteand of wasting 10 years if rng decide to use "boosting moves"
Okay we have separators for different types of criteria when searching for a pokemon. Although, for the same parameter, you have to use the separator, wouldn't it be easier to add a comma to separate the same parameter? Like for example: find type:water, psychic (finds any pokemon with that double typíng) I'm not sure if this is possible code wise but I threw it away anyways.
Your starter should require less dust to evolve. Maybe perhaps half as much. This would be of minimal consequence to veteran players. If we haven't already evolved our starters...well...I mean...it wouldn't be our priority anyway. We have better Pokemon to use, anyway. For a new player, this would be a huge advantage. Candy dust costs way more than it is actually worth, so cutting half the amount needed to evolve the starter is a great financial relief for new players. Furthermore, it helps accelerate the process of weak player to stable player by making a high-BST mon more accessible, especially when combined with preschooler costume. This is not a "free ticket" for new players but it would help make evolving starters a better early-game goal to help work towards stabilization. It would also help build up towards earning the Breeder costume early on.
Make it Black Apricorns cause right now they're pretty useless and way too common. And make it like 70.
New Item Suggestion: Processor: Works in a similar fashion Soothe Bell does, except that this particular perk is camera-exclusive, so the purpose is to slightly lower the cooldown after taking a Photo, could be found with Gachapon. Now what I'm not sure is if this could mess up with the ball cooldown since for idk what reasons, the Ball CD is linked to the Photo CD. Still I threw away the idea in case eventually can come in handy.
Alchemist "Pokedex collections" for each region. Give in all regular Pokemon (No legends needed) from one region in exchange for a alchemist exclusive form (from SM) + that regions key. Give in all regional keys for a bonus grand prize. This would add a sense of "Collect them all" to Safari which I feel has been neglected so far.
Make rocks throwable to mons to piss them off scare them away etc. Would be very useful to deal with things surprisingly recalcitrant but no one can be fucked to waste balls onto.
±Tauros: 2324. A photo of a Pokémon with BST above 243 with quality at least Great (Score: 41 | Deadline: 46 seconds) [You can fulfill this request] replaced by ±Tauros: 2326. A photo of a Pokémon from Hoenn that can learn Tailwind during the morning (Score: 41 | Deadline: 3 days) lol these are not the same difficulty The first one can be done with virtually any. It's not too hard to get a Great quality, especially with multiple Lens. In fact, this deviates too strongly towards more successful players, who can more reliably obtain Great. And since the minimum quality level is Great, the yielded points are actually higher than 41. Meanwhile, for the second one, there are only a handful of mons you can snapshot: ShiftryGrassDark✔✔✔276TaillowNormalFlying✔✔✔277SwellowNormalFlying✔✔✔278WingullWaterFlying✔✔✔279PelipperWaterFlying✔✔✔284MasquerainBugFlying✔✔✔313VolbeatBug✔✔✔314IllumiseBug✔✔✔329VibravaGroundDragon✔✔✔330FlygonGroundDragon✔✔✔333SwabluNormalFlying✔✔✔334AltariaDragonFlying✔✔✔351CastformNormal✔✔✔357Tropius And it has to be morning. Much more difficult. Not un-doable, but if you are aiming to complete this, you need to bait any of these mons during morning only (Taillow being most probable). Actually speaking of which (and this has general application), since either Taillow or Altaria could fulfill this, submitting Altaria should yield more points, because higher BST. This is because there is roughly a higher opportunity cost of submitting an Altaria photo than Taillow photo (sacrificing the chance to catch Altaria vs. sacrificing the chance to catch Taillow). I mean...if Journalist asks for a photo of a general Electric mon for 14 points, do I really want to submit my perfect picture of Magnezone giving off sparks for a grand total of 17 points? And speaking of which, I'm gonna give a statement on Photo Balls. Like fitzy, I agree that Photo Balls should have a relatively low catch rate, no more than a Spy Ball. But I think that it should be able to get a photo regardless if the catch is successful. Think about it. The camera has a 100% chance to get a photo. The main opportunity cost to taking a photo is sacrificing the chance to catch a rare Pokemon, which is what the hypothetical Photo Ball alleviates. If a Photo Ball has a rightfully low catch rate, you're not gonna use it on a rare Pokemon. But that's the entire point. If I need a photo of a Sunkern, I'm not going to mind missing the catch. If I need a photo of a Metagross (which has been asked twice now)...unless I have a strong type disadvantage, screw that, I'm using a Heavy Ball. This also works out strategically. I know I do this (not sure of other people). I change my active and use Chef costume to hunt and bait for specific journal requests. If I put in the work and effort for this, when the mon finally comes (esp. if it's a high BST), I want to claim both the photo and the catch. I will already have the type advantage, so I would definitely have at least a decent catch rate with this Photo Ball. It's also a double-edged sword in terms of competition. If I make the catch, it excludes anyone else from catching or photographing it. On the other hand, if I need a specific nature or action and fail at that, I can't take any more photos. And finally, I think that Timer Ball would be a good bag sprite image.
It would be cool if the moves generated in League/Rotation battles had names. Not necessary, but fun.
It would be nice if we have quest alert command. Like, /Quest alert: collector. It's good for those who works afk with stay logging in safari.
New Quest:Shinizer Instead of waiting months and months for a particular Shiny Pokemon to spawn, this quest will allow you to change a Pokemon into its Shiny Form instantly! Materials Required:- X number of Pokemons. Y number of each perks (Except Amulet Coins) where X=25% of BST of the original Pokemon and Y=5% of BST of Original Pokemon Say an example, Scizor (BST 500) So you need 125 Scizor and 25 of each Perks (Except Amulet) to transform a Scizor into Shiny Scyther. Spoiler: Some Calculations Regular Price of Scizor is 2k.Considering 125 Scizor, it will cost 250k. Perks are too common now-a-days and are generally available around 2k too.So total cost of 25x6 Perks would be 250k. So you need around 500k to transform a Scizor into its Shiny Form. I am pretty sure a person who wants Shiny Scizor would be offering around 500k too, So the prices are nearly same. Amulet Coin is most useful of all perks and is expensive so it is fair to avoid that. Also ONLY Fully Evolved Pokemons and Non-Evolving Pokemons can be shinified. There could be two ways to implement this.Either submit all the materials to the Quest at once or Submit it one-by-one [Like in that Birthday Pokemon Mini Event that happened earlier this year].
It looks cool and everything but in some way this will eliminate the excitement of getting a Shiny by the classic ways (Bait + Spawn, contest spawn or Wonder Trade) and I think stuff is fine as is, many older players have a ton of perks right now (some may not due to the Prize Pack fever) so in some way this will only be easier to achieve for people who already have a ton of resources, so it looks unbalanced.
Wasn't aware it's RBY again. Hope Scyther gets some cool evolution next gen! That rule also sounds like it shoots itself in the foot for people who want unevolved shinies, even if the idea is to prevent shinifying a low BST mon to evolve it. Suppose you could always use devo spray. If this was to really be a thing, it should have its own unique item like Philosopher's Stone which should be equally (if not harder) to get (its own quest). Asking people to burn a crazy amount of perks is just another way to make people who play more get more stuff for free. I'm not saying it's a bad idea to make use of the perks, but 25 is ridiculous. But really there have been a few official events to let players shinify, so I don't think this needs to be a feature.
I kinda like dust cap as it is. It only has been tighter lately due to the great amounts we get from League and Journal, which are richie quests anyway. --- Post updated --- wtf are these speed tiers? My +5 Speed Swampert was consistently outsped by the entire opposing team, especially the +0 Speed Mamoswine.
Rotation Battle Quest I like rotation battles but I beat league in a couple days. My suggestion is a NPC who changes team daily each day with different conditions Examples 1) mono team (color, type, region, even mono shiny) 2)specific BST either as team total BST or each has to be between a & b Maybe only once a day. Prize please be silver coins or ampere gems. @_@
I'm suggesting the possibility of inputting the number of certain items that do not require a cooldown in order to avoid spamming them if we need to use them right away. Like for example, Ampere Gems, let's say I have 0 charges and like 40 gems, and I want to use all of them without having to be typing /use gem all the time. To fasten things up, it would be nice to just do /use gem:40. I repeat, this should be intended for things that do not require cooldown. It would work for other things like eggs or prize packs, in general, things that employ the /use command and don't need CD. Of course, if you don't have enough and you put an amount higher than the amount in your inventory it should simply say "You don't have [number] [item]s" Also, for Soda Pop, what if we could use various Sodas for different quests on cooldown? Let's say that I have a cooldown on both tower and arena, and instead of typing /use soda:tower then /use soda:arena, we could go for like: /use soda:tower, arena or /use soda tower&&arena (whatever works for this lol)
Removed the photo click link if album is full like balls are removed if empty OR Amend it like << Photo (Full) >>
I think you really missed a chance with the Mono Ball change. I was excited when I first read the change, but after learning it was random I was disappointed. This means that in any scenario it may have been helpful, it is unreliable. Having it choose the better type for the matchup would make this ball actually quite useful. For example, let's say you have Rhyperior active. A Talonflame appears. You can use the Mono Ball to ensure that you get the 4x hit because it will use the Rock type and ignore the Ground part. Then a Steelix appears. Using the Mono Ball again allows you to use your 2x Ground advantage while ignoring the 0.25x Rock. Re: "But then you aren't using both of the Pokémon's types" - you are, because you are leaving the possibility of using either open. Currently, there is no conceivable scenario in which a Mono Ball is actually useful currently because it's too random to be reliable. You might as well throw a Safari at Talonflame with Rhyperior if a Mono has a 50% chance to fail. Please consider making this a ball which requires thinking before throwing, there are not nearly enough of them.
Allow us to /rock a Pokemon to increase its count for fleeing. In the case that a Pokemon spawns but no one wants to waste time catching it. Photo has too long of a cooldown for it to be used effectively to make a Pokemon disappear :[
This can work perfectly to avoid the dumb scneario of an useless pokemon breaking everyone's pokeballs when a contest is close to starting, preventing us from changing to an appropriate lead. Also a possibility of simply allowing the player to change the active pokemon when a wild spawn is onboard, but PREVENT THE PLAYER FROM THROWING until that pokemon is caught or flees.
Ball Suggestion Nest Ball: Has a higher catch rate if the wild pokemon is not fully evolved, the lower the evolution stage, the higher the catch rate. Nest Ball (Alternative 2): Has a higher catch rate if your active has a low bst or if not a fully evolved pokemon. Obtainable through gachapon.
new idea: how about a safari daycare? so players can breed their own pokemon example; slot 1. Starmie slot 2. Clefable outcome: marill egg either they mate or do not mate (lucky or unlucky), but that would also require an egg system. maybe the game could give you a certain amount of catches until your egg hatches? -Camilia
/price shiny - Check shops for shiny pokemons when you do /price, sort the information from cheapest to most expensive
