Just wondering if it was even a possibility. If so a PO app would be really cool.

It is possible but it's gonna take some time.

The iPhone I doubt that, the iPad on the other hand I bet could handle it but really who knows.

Well I just figured that since the iPhone can run some online multiplayer FPSes without making it laggy, running PO wouldn't be that hard as long as you had a good connection. I'm also pretty sure the programming language for the iPhone and Pokemon Online are pretty similar.

    Not that easy.

IPhone uses ObjectiveC as language. When Pokémon Online uses C++.

There is noone with a Mac on the dev team, thus it can't be done currently

However... You can use VNC apps to access and control your computer from your iPhone and then play PO!

If it could support PO. I'd like to see a PO app in the AppStore.

Yeah I know PO uses C++ and the iPhone uses Objective-C, I've just heard from friends that it wouldn't to be to hard to convert C++ to Objective-C. Then again I know absolutely nothing about programming...

Well excuse me for not spending all my time reading Pokemon Online Forums. That sounds like a great use of my time, reading threads from back in AUGUST. Sorry if I offended anybody by not doing that.

As if that would happen lol I don't think PO needs unneeded attention from corporations.

Warned with "Think before you post" for reason: You could very easily have used the search to find all those threads. If you're not willing to spend a few moments doing that, you should not be expecting someone else to do it for you.

The tone did not help your case.

Pokedex apps often get taken down by nintendo. PO would be a much bigger target.

Please pay just a little attention to making your posts more readable.

Locking due to duplicate/having been discussed already/being ill advised legally.
