Introduction: Now is the time to prove your faith in the RNG gods and show off your teambuilding skills. This tour will test your teambuilding skills along with your faith in Arceus . Now open up your Pokedex and scroll rapidly to see what your going to use!!!

Format: This tournament will be ran in the ORAS Ubers format, standard rules and clauses apply. Each round will last one week with the first round going for two weeks. At the start of each round I will use https://www.random.org/integers/ to generate 15 numbers between 1-719. Using those numbers each player will build a team of pokemon that match up with each. Any player thought to be cheating will be investigated with any logs saved by opponents
For example: 1, 16, 25, line up with Bulbasaur, Pidgey, and Pikachu.
    Rules:
    • ORAS Ubers (Sleep, Species, Wifi, Self-KO)
    • Each participant must send in a importable before the round ends.
    • Mega stones will be allowed.
    • Rounds will last 7 days with the exception of Round 1 being 14.
    • BO1 (Finals being BO3)

    Patience is a virtue.

Not really a big fan of the fact that you can get Wurmple, Caterpie, etc Vs Palkia, Emboar, things like that, RNG is amazing like that.

I honestly can't think of a way to improve this at all, because there will be an unfair advantage regardless of the way I think the tour is formatted.

It may seem like an entertaining concept but I don't think this will do well in practice.

Like Trace pointed out, there would potentially such a gap between the available Pokémon that this tour would end up not being competitive at all; an important factor when considering forum tournaments.

So, I'm sorry, but I will have to reject this as well.
