    Roles and Sides

    Forces of Nature
    Nutski (nutski)
Help message: The grunt of the Forces of Nature, you are a Nutski! Normally you'd be able to shoot at some things, but in this fight you can only vote. Be careful not to claim though, if you die Hades gains a vote!

Can vote... about it. When one dies, Hades gains an additional vote.

    Trynamite / Blader (trynamite) (blader)
    Help message: See Nutski

Both see themselves as a Nutski, but are both millers and will not increase Hades' vote when they die. Trynamite is seen as a Monoeye while Blader is seen as the Chaos Kin.

    Boom Stomper (boom)
Help message: You are a Boom Stomper! As one of Viridi's underlings, you boast a great amount of power and are pretty hard to take down face-to-rock face. That being said, you are pretty slow. So while you may not be able to dodge any nightkills shot your way, you do have 3 votes at your disposal.

    Has 3 votes.

    Bumpity Bomb (bomb)
    Help message: See Nutski.

Sees itself as a Nutski. Bombs nightkills and daykills.

    Clobbler (clobbler)
    Help message: See Nutski.

Sees itself as Nutski. If voted out, transforms into Enraged Clobber.

    Enraged Clobber (eclobbler)
Help message: Those ungrateful people, how dare they vote you out! May as well go out with a vengeance! Type /kill [name] to take someone out with you! Don't worry about protection or any of that, your kill pierces.

Has a nightkill (pierces), cannot be distracted or killed. Dies at the end of the night (transformation role).

    Jitterthug (Red) (jitterthugr)
Help message: You are a Jitterthug, a Forces of Nature grunt with a very nifty mechanic: your two personas! Right now, you're currently in your angry monster persona, which colors you red. In this form, you have 1.5 votes and access to a /poison [name].

Has 1.5 votes, can poison one target during the night. After 2 nights, transforms into Jitterthug (Green).

    Jitterthug (Green) (jitterthugg)
Help message: You are a Jitterthug, a Forces of Nature grunt with a very nifty mechanic: your two personas! Right now, you're currently in your old man persona, which colors you green. In this form, you have 0 votes and access to a /protect [name] that also safeguards the target.

Has 0 votes, can protect+safeguard one target during the night. After 2 nights, transforms into Jitterthug (Red).

    Cacaw (cacaw)
Help message: You are a Cacaw, a strange creature that's a mixture of a crab, plant, and some sort of tree. Your name comes from what you do in battle, which is emit loud supersonic shockwaves, dizzying a foe upon hearing it. As such, you may /distract [name] one person during the night with your irritating sound.

Can distract one target during the night. (also there's literally a Forces of Nature named CACAW, how could I not?)

    Cragalanche (crag)
Help message: One of the commanders of the Forces of Nature, you're an animate rock monster. You don't talk at all for obvious reasons, but you do exude a certain kind of power. You also exhibit tremendous defensive strength, being pretty resistant to shots save for ones at your keister. As a result, you may /protect [name] someone during the night. Should Phosphora die, you will also gain a kill to use, albeit one much slower than her's.

Can protect one target during the night. When Phosphora dies, it picks up a kill that has the slowest priority out of all of the kills.

    Phosphora (phos)
Help message: You are the mighty Phosphora, a powerful blondie who loves playing with electricity and will electrocute anyone who opposes you! With Palutena out of the way, you can finally make an advance on Pit, but more on that later. Your ability to shoot quickly and hard makes you a favorite of Viridi's, which is which she entrusted you in taking out the opposition using /electrify [name]. If you happen to fall, your power to strike will be passed along to the mighty Cragalanche.

Can kill one target during the night. Excluding the Enraged Clobbler, she has the fastest kill of the game.

    Arlon (arlon)
Help message: You are Arlon the Serene, protector of the Lunar Sanctum and one of Viridi's top commanders. Your job was to keep the Chaos Kin locked up, but a certain brunette brat with wings let the thing escape... Now that you're forced to work with him, your job is to keep people safe from the Chaos Kin and other hazards via your /safeguard [name]. In addition, due to your devotion to Mistress Viridi, you will hax her inspect from time to time.

Can safeguard one target during the night, has a 10% hax rate on Viridi's inspect.

    Viridi (viridi)
Help message: You are Viridi, the Goddess of Nature! While originally viewed as someone who just wanted to destroy those ungrateful humans for the hell of it, you are simply just agitated by them taking advantage of nature. With Palutena on the Chaos Kin's side, you've taken up the reigns as Pit's top ally. While you may not be able to communicate with him off the bat, you do hax his daykills half the time and are completely immune to his daykills. In addition, being the wise goddess you are, you are able to /inspect [name] one person every night to see just what they're up to... and what category of recycling you need to put them in if need be. After all, you do sort your recycling into 15 different types so you have to stay accurate!

Can inspect one target during the night, has a 50% hax rate on Pit's daykill.

    Pit (pit)
Help message: Didn't expect to be working with Viridi now, did you Pit? After the Chaos Kin took control of Palutena, it quickly turned you into a ring in which you stayed for three years. With no other choice, you've teamed up with Viridi to save Palutena and take out all opposing forces! During the day, you may /shoot [name] an arrow at a target to take them down! If need be, you can also use /reveal [name] to expose yourself during the day! Keep in mind that the only target you cannot hit is Viridi.

Can daykill one target during the day (nonrevealing), can self-reveal himself as need be.

    Pittoo (pittoo)
Help message: You are Pittoo, servant to no other but yourself! All these gods and their stupid wars are the ones throwing the world off-balance, but unfortunately you're the only one who seems to notice. As a result, you've decided to work with Pit and the Forces of Nature to stop the Chaos Kin, Hades, and all other forces in the way. During the night, you may /stalk [name] someone during the night to figure out what someone was doing last night. In addition, your observant nature allows you to sometimes see who's aiming at who. Keep in mind that you are inspected as Hades due to your dark nature and if you die, Amazon Pandora comes to life and no one wants that, so fly safely.

Can stalk one target during the night, gets hax on kills (10%). When he dies or gets converted, Pandora converts into Amazon Pandora.

    Chaos Vortex
    Chaos Kin (chaoskin)
Help message: You are the Chaos Kin, a creepy little parasite that can control and eat souls! Viridi and her army locked you up in the Lunar Sanctum for quite a while, but three years after Pit accidentally let you out, you have taken full control of Palutena's soul! With Pit back in commission, your number one task right now is to take him out along with his allies. During the night, you can /poison [name] someone along with making a /kill [name] with some aid from Palutena's powers. In addition to this, you may also /convert [name] the soul of another competitor, with a few exceptions. As flimsy as you seem, you do avoid daykills and a lynch, so you're not to be underestimated. Should you die, the Stolen Souls perish as well! (Hint: Use /tt to talk to your team!)

Can poison one target during the night, can kill one target during the night (shared with Palutena). Can convert one target into a Stolen Soul. Avoids all daykills and escapes one lynch. When it dies, Palutena gains a one-use poison that autokills and all Stolen Souls die.

    Palutena (palutena)
Help message: You are Lady Palutena, and your title may the Goddess of Light but you are tired of fighting for those ungrateful humans! Ditching that sniveling little angel named Pit and taking up your own power, you've sided with the Chaos Kin in order to seize control of the universe. As a goddess, you are well renowned (possibly feared now), granting you the right to 3 votes. In addition, being the Goddess of Light, you may illuminate the identity of someone via /inspect [name]. Finally, you can take out an unworthy adversary using /kill [name]! (Hint: Use /tt to talk to your team!)

Has 3 votes, can inspect and kill one person during the night (kill shared with the Chaos Kin). Has a one-use poison that auto-kills when the Chaos Kin dies.

    Stolen Soul (soul)
Help message: You have been possessed by the Chaos Kin and his companions, and have been converted into a Stolen Soul! You get to use /meet [name]. Your target will randomly be protected, killed, safeguarded, distracted, or inspected. This is shared with other Stolen Souls. However, if the Chaos Kin dies, so will you!

Has a /meet command, which has the following effects: Protect (24%), Safeguard (24%), Inspect (24%), Distract (24%), Kill (4%).

    Underworld Army
    Hades (hades)
Help message: You are Hades, ruler of the Underworld and professional soul hoarder! When you're not dealing with that winged nuisance named Pit, you're going around and using your troops to destroy human towns in order to collect souls. In this battle, it's no different! You share a nightkill with your team (but you using it won't get you haxed) and you evade any shots a pathetic opponent shoots at you during the night nor can that nasty Chaos Kin convert you into a Stolen Soul. In addition, for every Nutski that dies, you gain a vote! Gotta greet Pitty on top of a mountain of corpses, right? You currently have 1 vote. (Hint: Use /tt to talk to your team!)

Can kill one target during the night (shared with team, won't get haxed when he uses it). Cannot be distracted or nightkilled. Gains an additional vote for every Nutski that dies (so if 2 die, he has 3 votes).

    Monoeye (monoeye)
Help message: You are a Monoeye, the grunt of the Underworld Army! According to Hades, you have no brain so telling you this information is relatively stupid. May as well anyway, right? During the night, you share a kill with your team using /kill [name]. You will get haxed though so let your lord and savior Hades do it. That's about it since you usually die in one shot anyway. (Hint: Use /tt to talk to your team!)

Can kill one target during the night (shared with team).

    Pandora (pandora)
Help message: You are Pandora! While you aren't terribly powerful in your normal form, you convert into Amazon Pandora when Pittoo dies. Be sure to try and find him as soon as possible using intel! Besides that, you share a kill with your teammates using /kill [name]. However, let Hades kill if he is alive because he can't be distracted or haxed. (Hint: Use /tt to talk to your team!)

Can kill one target during the night (shared with team). Gets hax on stalk. Transforms into Amazon Pandora when Pittoo is converted or dies.

    Amazon Pandora (amazonpandora)
Help message: You are Amazon Pandora! Time to end this war! You can use /kill [name] during standby to kill one person. You won't be revealed. Besides that, you can stalk with /stalk at night too. Rampage through the day with your long-forgetten body! (Hint: Use /tt to talk to your team!)

Can stalk one target during the night. Can kill one target during the day (non-revealing).

    The Aurum
    Plixo (plixo)
Help message: You are a Plixo, an Aurum enemy that shares a striking resemblance to the Windows logo in some ways! As an enemy, you really don't do anything unless you're ran into, and even then you're usually in a spot that Pit doesn't fly. Regardless, your main objective is to block shots for your other mindless comrades, thus why you can /protect [name] during the night. In addition, you share a /kill [name] with your team because Aurum reasons. (Hint: Use /tt to talk to your team!)

Can kill one target during the night (shared with team), can protect one teammate during the night.

    Kolma (kolma)
Help message: You are a Kolma, a Aurum troop that, when all your panels are on, looks like a giant wheel of cheese! As alluded to, your attack method is through shooting your panels at your foes. This can sometimes turn into nasty combos and tons of damage if they suck at dodging! During the day, you may /kill [name] someone, but note that this will reveal you 30% of the time. In addition, you can shoot your panels during the night without exposure also using the kill command with your teammates. (Hint: Use /tt to talk to your team!)

Can kill one target during the night (shared with team), can kill one target during the day (30% reveal chance).

    Zaurum (zaurum)
Help message: You are a Zaurum, the only thing aligned with the Aurum that resembles anything humanoid (with the exception of Pyrrhon)! While simple and almost friendly in appearance, you attack by emitting shockwaves. Here, it is no different. During the night, you may type /distract [name] twice to send your opponent's into a trippy mess. In addition, with the rest of your Aurum comrades, you may /kill [name] one target during the night. Your appearance lets you blend in with the village with looks like a Nutski! (Hint: Use /tt to talk to your team!)

Can distract two targets during the night (one in small games), can kill one target during the night (shared with team). Inspects as Nutski.

    Nukleen (nukleen)
Help message: You are a Nukleen, the Aurum attempt at recreating the Bumpity Bomb. While you may not work in the exact same way, there's still plenty of ways in which you're alike. Exploding from taking too much damage, hurting your allies... yeah, about all that needs to be mentioned. You may not kill anything from being attacked, but you're far more aggressive! During the night, you may /poison [name] to slowly bring someone down. And if anyone kills you? They get poisoned! You also share a /kill [name] with your team. (Hint: Use /tt to talk to your team!)

Can poison one target during the night, poisons those who kill it. Shares a nightkill with team.

    Xoneme (xoneme)
Help message: You are a Xoneme, an Aurum troop that's actually not attempting to copy the enemy of another side! You carry 3 shields that serve as both your attack and defense, so deciding when to use them how can be rather tricky. Every other night, you can pull your shields in to /protect yourself. Besides that, you can shoot your shields outwards when you share a /kill [name] with your team. Obviously you can't have your shields drawn in and out at the same time, so choose carefully. (Hint: Use /tt to talk to your team!)

Can self-protect every other night, shares a nightkill with team.

    Aurum Pyrrhon (apyrrhon)
Help message: You are Aurum Pyrrhon, now a Level Infinity Epic Super God... Plus! Now that you've partnered with the Aurum, ultimate power is now yours. They've given you all sorts of powers, from two /inspect and /distract uses to a /stalk use... hell, they even let you in on their nightly /kill [name] while letting you retain your /burn [name] to let them slowly melt in a way similar to a poison! Now if only they could stop running this annoying number through your head... 1001011010010010100110001001100... (Hint: Use /tt to talk to your team!)

Can inspect and distract twice per game, can stalk once per game. Has his own poison and a nightkill shared with the team. (before anyone asks, 1001011010010010100110001001100 is "KILL" in binary and is said during the game)

    Chariot Master
    Chariot Master (cm)
Help message: You are the Chariot Master, an old, wise warrior whose sole responsibility to to keep guard of the Lightning Chariot. Just like Pit, you used to serve someone once, so you understand the nobility of being a warrior and what it really means to be a true warrior. You've been alone for quite a while, and as a result you're a very peaceful soul who rewards honestly and perseverance. With the use of your Lightning Chariot, you may take to the skies during the day and expose someone for who they really are.

Can expose one target during the day, wins with everyone.

    Dyntos
    Dyntos (dyntos)
Help message: You are Dyntos, creator of all weapons and replicator of all enemies! You made the Three Sacred Treasures of old, but they recently fell apart due to a certain god of the underworld. Currently you're in the process of making an overpowered weapon, which occupies a great majority of your time. In the meantime, just make nice with everyone and who knows, you may win without having to blast everything in sight.

Cannot be voted out, poisoned, killed, converted, etc. Transforms into Dyntos (GST) Day 4. Should the Chariot Master not spawn, he will win with everyone if the game ends prior to Day 4.

    Dyntos (GST) (dyntosgst)
Help message: After some time in the workshop, you've finally formed enough pure orichalcum to create the Great Sacred Treasure! This weapon is one of pure destruction, capable of being in multiple forms to suit the purpose of the fight! As such, you have a multitude of options at your disposal. Want to blast someone out of the sky during the day? You have a non-revealing daykill for that! Stealthy kills? Two rounds every night. Power during voting? You have 2 votes at your disposal! And if you need to see what someone is, you have an /inspect for that. Put the Great Sacred Treasure to work and take out everyone who opposes you! Oh, and that pesky Chaos Kin? Forgot about it trying to take your soul through the magical orichalcum. Impossible!

Has 2 votes, 2 nightkills, and a non-revealing daykill. Cannot be converted by the Chaos Kin.

    What's different from KI?
Sooooooooooooo much! First of all, the Forces of Nature is the village and there's a few alignment swaps besides that (Dyntos as his own role, Palutena with the Chaos Kin, Pyrrhon with The Aurum). In addition, there's a few mechanic shifts that are unique to the theme that should create for a unique playstyle, those shifts being good ole Hades and Dyntos. Not once have I seen a Mafia role who gains power for every time the villager, who people just see as a throwaway role/reason to not pay attention, dies, and considering Hades collects souls for his power, it was a perfect fit to let him gain votes for every time a Nutski dies. At the same time, I've never seen a partial consp before, and Dyntos allows for just that: It puts the game on a timer of sorts, and once time is up the cannons are let out and lasers fly. Both roles add to this theme in tremendous ways to make this theme a worthy sequel and stand-alone theme.

    Concerns?
As I've noticed with other themes, spawnlists are my downside, so if you guys have any ways to fix it, please let me know and I'll change it up as suggested if I agree. In addition, I also am unsure about the length of a few roles' help messages (Pit, Viridi, Pittoo, Chaos Kin, Hades). Part of me wants to shorten them, but at the same time I don't know what to change it to without sounding choppy or leaving out info. Again, if you have suggestions, please let me know. I already checked for bugs and such this time, so that's all squared away as opposed to the original KI. I would be scared about confusion between the two themes, but there's confusion every time a new theme is added so I'm sure people will get used to it over time.

Flock will be created next. HYPE IT UP!

KI2 is going to overwrite KI, right? Just putting the theme through review since it's a completely different setup than the original?

KI2 will not overwrite KI, no. Both will exist as their own separate entities. They're different enough to where they can work separately.

EDIT: I can see where your concern would be coming from since they're both using the same franchise and names, but besides a few roles that's where the similarities ends. Both games have a different playstyle to them that requires everyone to think differently. Do I hope KI2 is better and overall liked more? Yes. Is it a true representation of the game though? No, and neither is KI. That's why I packed so much content into the original without it overflowing before making this: so that a full representation could be had.

My only concern is having TWO KI themes on the server. It's an unavoidable concern in my opinion. There will always be that one person who says "Wait, X did Y in KI, and now it does Z in KI2?" Some people just don't pay attention and might be confused.

I know you don't like the sound of it, but I do suggest only having one KI theme on the server, and I do prefer this one. OR, if you don't want to do that (I don't think you do), then I suggest renaming the theme to something different, but KI2 will most likely confuse other people just by the name. Remember, not everyone is that experienced at mafia, so we really can't blame them if they are confused.

Something different I thought of last night when I was getting a crapload of sleep was possibly having the themes alternate in availability. For example KI2 is enabled in May and disabled in June, vice versa for KI, etc. It'd be a possibility for both to work on the server whilst not confusing people.

    ^What?
Also, in Phosp help message, line 3, it reads "which is which she entrusted"
Is this meant to be like this?

EDIT 1: Also, re: spawnlists, the 5-10 spawnlist irks me somewhat, with 7 villy, 2 underworld, and 1 kolma.

There are effectively 4 Nutskis, 1 of them that are miller; and no real killer, and the only real way to win is to have pandora kill bomb, and/or get lucky and to have viridi get good inspects. It plays out in a way similar to default, where inspector claims, and sit behinds bg, and even then can be killed by Kolma.

I feel that villy is disadvantaged in this spawnlist, and could benefit from an earlier induction of a killer or a PL, just to help give the theme a faster flow, and keep interest.

Will do a full review when I get a chance, gamelogs would also be appreciated.

EDIT 2 : Spawnlist 2, I feel has too many villys, and can just become a game based on luck, where if baddies x-fire or don't kill a PR, villy is almost given the win, as Pit can be used as the connector. I understand that the bomb + millers are an attempt to balance this, but I would suggest removing Nutski and 13, and changing it to a Nukleen? Just a suggestion.

Overall it looks good, the roles are interesting and the flavor is decent (coming from someone who doesn't know KI very well).

Since you asked for help on the spawn that's what I'll focus on.

Spawn list 1 doesn't have much going on. Inspector vs Mafia with Miller battle can only hold so much interest. Although it isn't safe to claim because of daykills and a lack of a bodyguard, AP will be able to find Viridi with Stalk. The problem is there are so many villagers that it's a bit of a waste that the mafia can exert so much pressure. What's fun about themes where you can't claim is that mass claim is unviable except as a last resort.

My suggestion is to make 7p+ more dynamic by adding another faction. For that purpose, I would suggest making the following changes to the role Zaurum:
    • Zaurum inspects as Nutski (according to its wikipedia page, it is "the only members of the Aurum that resemble anything like living beings" so making it a mole adapts the flavor even better).
    • In small games, Zaurum can only PL once per night.
Additionally, I would make Bumpity Bomb appear as Nutski so that it's harder to find Zaurum.

At 7p you can then add Cacaw to the spawn, allowing more dynamic gameplay. AP wants to get rid of Viridi, since it's weak to Inspect, and Zaurum has to worry about dealing with Cacaw, either by stalling with its own PL, or simply killing it. This way the mafia have to think about what roles they are targeting, and the village has to work around multiple factions.

    My suggestion for 7-9p is:
    1. █ Nutski (nutski)
    2. █ Nutski (nutski)
    3. █ Viridi (viridi)
    4. █ Cacaw (cacaw)
    5. █ Boom Stomper (boom)
    6. █ Amazon Pandora (amazonpandora)
    7. █ Zaurum (zaurum)
    8. █ Nutski (nutski)
    9. █ Monoeye (monoeye)
And at 10p, you can add back in Bumpity Bomb to balance out the addition of new mafia.
    1. █ Nutski (nutski)
    2. █ Nutski (nutski)
    3. █ Viridi (viridi)
    4. █ Cacaw (cacaw)
    5. █ Boom Stomper (boom)
    6. █ Amazon Pandora (amazonpandora)
    7. █ Zaurum (zaurum)
    8. █ Bumpity Bomb (nutski)
    9. █ Monoeye (monoeye)
    10. █ Kolma (kolma)
In these setups, the village will never be outvoted d1, and unless things go terribly they can recover from a mislynch. Mafia might xfire, but that would not end the game as both have their own ways of stopping Power Roles from finding them (and are nearly immune to one of the Power Roles).

That's my suggestion for improving the spawn in small games.

Spawn Lists 2 and 3 look pretty good so far, but if I think of any suggestions I'll let you know.

I still feel the 7-9p is still very default-esque, with an added bomb and mayor, but thats just my 50cents

7-9p isn't exactly default-esque. There's no BG, there's a mayor, one of the Mafia inspects as a villager (once I add that in anyway, but that's a great suggestion with flavor points) and can distract to boot, and the other Mafia can daykill.

Anyway, thank you @Whereabouts Unknown for the suggestions, the early spawns are a bit of a weakness for me. I'll edit the script later and say what I changed.

Updated KI2, basically did everything @Whereabouts Unknown said to do. I'll update the OP in a bit.
EDIT: Clobbler is now in the roles3 spawn instead of Blader.
EDIT2: Balance patch! Zaurum and Pittoo now spawn in games of 5+ (originally Zaurum spawned at 7, oversight on my part), Cacaw and Boom now need one more person. Everything else is left the same.
EDIT3: Toying with the lower spawn to see what will work, Zaurum's and Cacaw's distract priority have been swapped.

Even though I haven't QC'd Mario, the author is MIA so I'm going to review this really quickly.

    Creativity

I don't know much about the KI series, and from this perspective I can still say that the flavor makes sense to me. Since I can't judge adaptation, I'll focus on text. There are some places where the text could be improved. The win messages are nice. A few of the places where the text could use improvement is stuff like the passivity of the Nutski's powering up Hades, and some of the help messages like Kolma's which are just hard to understand.
    4/5

    Cohesion

The cohesion is definitely a selling point of this theme, with many roles interacting in interesting and unique ways. Hades comes to mind.
    5/5

    Craftsmanship

There are many ways that roles can use their abilities to make calculated judgements, but there is also a lot of imperfect information which honestly I like way more than perfect information. Pittoo and Amazon Pandora relying on stalk are examples of this.

However, there are some imbalances. 5p is way too mafia favoring, while 7p and 8p make the village way too strong. Definitely create a different spawn list for 5-6p which includes more VCLR like Boom and maybe even Pit. 7-8p doesn't need a mayor; having one just makes the village too strong. Some of the higher spawn could also use some fine tuning, but I won't listen every change atm.
    3/5

    Course

The rules of the theme are easy enough learn. It's not too complicated, but not too simple either.

The pace is largely dependent on spawn. Sometimes the village has too much information. Sometimes the village has not enough information, but too much firepower. Sometimes one mafia faction has too large an advantage over another. Most of these things can be fixed with careful attention to spawn.
    3/5

    Concept

I won't say this theme is ground-breakingly original. However, there is a compelling role in Hades and some nice features like AP/Pittoo's interaction. Palutena and Chaos Kin, although I haven't seen them spawn, also look interesting. Even in small games there aren't any roles which are necessarily boring to be; even as villager, there is a lot of soft information to work off of and plenty of strategies to use. I think concept could be improved by tweaking some of the role interactions a bit. There is a lot of reward for minor successes due to on-death converts, which makes playing certain roles like Hades and Pandora fun. It might come down to an issue of revising spawn again.

This theme demonstrates a lot of creativity. Some role ideas are really creative, and so are a lot of your messages. As Miki Sayaka said, some of the winmsgs are hard to understand. I think you can fix these up so it is understandable and make it still creative. I think the extra sentence you have after the win msgs are confusing. Maybe you can integrate them into one understandable sentence?
    4/5

    Cohesion
How the roles interact is one of the most difficult things to do while making themes. A lot of roles have a great purpose of being there, such as Hades. How Hades + The Villagers interact is really important to this theme, and one of the things it boasts.
    5/5

    Craftsmanship
There are no roles that one side really depends on, which is a nice thing.
As you have said previously, you're not strong at making spawns balanced completely. There are several problems with the spawn. I look forward to work on you with this, feel free to PM me on the server.
    3/5

    Course
I like how this theme is both easy to play and understand, but have several unique and complex things. Even though I know KI much better than this theme, i was about to understand most parts of theme and play.

Sometimes the pace ends up being too fast, or too slow. This can be fixed if more attention is put on your spawn, with a consistent pace throughout most of the spawn.
    4/5

    Concept
There are a lot of roles that are unique. OnDeath converts are always fun, because there is a certain strategy that you need, to prevent the onDeath from happening. Hades and Pandora/Pittoo are fun and interesting. The idea of villagers not being able to claim, although is not completely original, is still a nice concept to work from.

No one would notice if you copy-pasted that review post into another thread after changing 4~5 words only :x
I mean, come on, even if the idea is to to speed up the review process and avoid longs wall of text you still could explain better how you got to each of those ratings.

positives include the dual bodyguard/poisoner, Hades, and Dyntos; those were the most unique roles cause everything else I've already seen archetypes of. half the roles come from the original KI theme which is honestly something I have a huge issue with, I really dislike new editions of old themes even though this is more refined than other "+" themes I've seen in the past
3/5 because my last point is the one I dislike the most

    Cohesion
honestly no problems with the structure of the theme, there are also adequate interactions between roles, both inter-side and intra-side. I'd like to see something special with Pit though, he seems a bit isolated apart from the 50% hax with Viridi and maybe Pyrrhon could have some interactions with his plentiful goons. the role in general seems a bit overtuned so some conditional attributes granted with onDeath might help.
    4/5

    Craftsmanship

    - the village can have a lot of info and an L/Soichiro-ish hax connection. I don't see a lot of initial firepower on paper so getting through some of the more defensive mafia sides might be difficult but they have good protection against poisons and Chaos Kin's safeguard
    - Chaos Kin himself is sturdy but I think Palutena needs some protection herself. A suggestion would be to combine protect and safeguard into one 48% command and make meet primarily defensive in nature
    - Underworld seems fine imo cause Hades scales into late game and day kill is powerful
    - Pyrrhon seems a bit too strong as I said above
    - Aurum is great
    4/5

    Course

You don't need a ph D to play this theme

5-7p, as well as 12-14, are fairly imbalanced, see WU'S post. 2nd mafia needs the 2nd member sooner in 3rd spawnlist. Seeing how these issues are fairly large cause important numbers to examine, I give 3/5

    Concept
I don't see any strong interactions between opposing sides that really make it a good v evil kind of setting. As previously stated really not a fan of another KI theme just cause a 2nd based on similar material isn't needed.
2/5 because rehashing a few roles and a huge part of the concept of another theme is just something I can't really accept

    Final Score: 16/25
    Total Score: 54/75

PS please shorten the longer flavor texts

Before I begin this review, I'd like to point out a few things regarding the code itself.
Trynamite reveals as Trynamite when inspected instead of Monoeye. Blader reveals as Blader when inspected instead of Chaos Kin. Pit's /expose is an actual expose that can be used on anyone to reveal their role. Changing "target": "Any" to "command": "reveal" will fix that issue. (I tested it using Rice's simulator and it does.) Chaos Kin needs to be told in its help that its /convert can only be used every other night (not that it hurts not to be told that, as they will quickly figure it out on the second night). Even though they are somewhat obvious when revealed, Pit and Kolma's reveal messages should probably include the name of their role in it (similar to Roy or Mike Kirby). One nitpick (that has no effect on the game at all) is the broadcast message bot for Plixo's kill is Hades instead of Aurum. A much more important nitpick is that the broadcast message for Nukleen's poison has 'kill' in it instead of 'poison', which could throw off Nukleen's teammates. Chariot Master isn't told in its help that it wins with everyone (then again, it can always use /roles :chariot or just wonder to itself why it has no way of eliminating others outside of a vote of 1). One last personal suggestion for the sake of easing communication between mafia teammates is to have all of their commands broadcast to each other.

With that now out of the way, let's begin...
"Shall we?" -Ahri, the Nine-Tailed Fox

    Creativity
I know next to nothing in terms of KI, but the flavor is one of the strongest aspects of this theme, as demonstrated through just about every role's help message, the kill messages (both night and day), and the vote message. Every role's commands and special abilities (or lack thereof, mainly for the villager Nutski) coincide quite nicely with their personalities and make sense. As everyone else has already said, some of the messages could be shorter, as some may take so long to read that players either miss their abilities and commands, or are too late to use them as they spent so much time reading their help message. (Another alternative to alleviate this could be making the first night phase 10 or so seconds longer.) As for roles, Hades is my personal favorite; it's a very simple but unique role that gains a lot of power as the game goes on and/or villagers die. Jitterthug is also unique, moreso for the fact that it can't freely change forms and will need to adapt to the current situation given its current abilities to maximize its effectiveness. While some of these roles were recycled from the original KI theme, some of them have been directly improved with additional abilities or indirectly improved through the relationships and interactions they have with other roles.
    Score: 4/5

    Cohesion
This is probably the one aspect of the theme that is superior to the flavor. Hades and its interaction with the villagers is one of the most obvious ones, as it gives the villagers value (without giving them power in the form of other special abilities). There are smaller interactions as well, such as Arlon's hax on inspect (Viridi), and Viridi's hax on Pit's daykills, and the one I prefer over the former two, Pandora's hax on stalk to help find Pittoo and power up. No need to rant here; interactions are simple, straightforward, and strengthen the theme as a whole.
    Score: 5/5

    Craftsmanship
I'm probably just repeating what Miki said, but the village is too weak in 5p; swapping Pittoo out for Pit might make for a nice change. Since Viridi gets 50% hax on Pit and evades his daykills (don't forget they can inspect too) which is very strong for a setup this small, switching the Boom Stomper out for a Bumpity Bomb might work to keep Pit in check. Pittoo could probably be put in the 7th or 8th slot, and could probably make for some interesting (albeit quite luck based) 50/50s; both Amazon Pandora and Pittoo can stalk, so there is very little way to distinguish the two. I think the 10p setup is all right, but I'm pretty bad at spawns myself, so I can't tell. There isn't much info outside of Viridi's inspects and maybe Cacaw's distracts, but there is a mayor and a bomb to keep the mafia in check. Agreeing with Windblown regarding the suggestion to make Nukleen spawn sooner in 12 to 14p setups. Swapping Nukleen with Jitterthug might be enough for a quick fix. A second suggestion (if it still seems too village sided afterwards) would be to make Clobbler inspect as a mafia role (not sure if it should be Hades, Pandora, Kolma, or Nukleen). I think 16-20p works nicely, but the Dyntos in that spawn should only have 1 nightkill; having 2 seems to be a bit much. As for the 21p+ games (not sure why I'm going over this but who cares), I'd probably move Bumpity Bomb up to where Tyrnamite is. Consider giving Phosphora a pierce chance on her kill to get past mafia bodyguards (mainly Plixo). The Aurum team is pretty strong even as just 3 members at 21, but gets significantly stronger at 27 where a second Kolma spawns. While the Underworld only gain a couple of goons, they have potential for extra votes with the additional Nutskis, not to mention Hades can't be nightkilled or converted. Dyntos is strong enough to win alone with a bunch of firepower after converting. However, the Chaos Vortex are the only team that don't gain any extra power or protection as the games get larger. You could change /meet so that it's defensive (protect + safeguard) when used on teammates and maybe offensive (distract + inspect) when used against enemies. In games this large, maybe Palutena could be able to poison every night once the Chaos Kin has been killed or lynched. No matter how many additional teammates the Chaos Vortex get via Chaos Kin's /convert, the /meet command is shared between all of them (I guess it would be a bit much to make it unshared though).
    Score: 3/5

    Course
You don't need to know anything about KI to learn how to play this theme. The roles are simplistic enough to understand quickly, while still being unique enough to keep the theme exciting. Oddly enough, the main thing affecting the pace of most games is the balance between the roles and factions. An imbalance between information and firepower will often make the game too fast and difficult to follow (too much firepower, not enough information) or drag at a very slow pace (too much information, not enough firepower).
    Score: 3/5

    Concept
Probably just going to repeat a few points either I or other reviewers already mentioned here. The interactions between a few of the roles is a nice way to showcase the theme. While Hades (and the interaction with the villagers) is my favorite, the best one is probably Pittoo and Pandora, especially because Pittoo reveals as Hades, who is probably among the top mafia threats due to his immunity to nightkills and his potential to gain votes. Since these are the big main interactions, other roles as well as interactions they may have might be overlooked. Consider adding other small advantages certain roles could gain when specific roles have been eliminated. Taking a lot of the roles from the original KI theme doesn't make this theme stand out initially, but making changes to some of the roles to fit the newer roles in this theme is a plus.

And with that, the grand total falls 2 points below the total needed for acceptance, but 13 above what's needed for testing (which it honestly doesn't need at this point aside from shifting spawn as noted). If need be, I can make the changes highlighted in your reviews in order to bump up the score. I just thought I had read in the QC thread that I couldn't change the theme after reviews started, thus why I didn't touch anything.

EDIT: I'll make modifications following work today.

I knew there was something I forgot to mention yesterday. Arlon's safeguard only outspeeds poison, so it can't actually protect people from Chaos Kin's convert like it says in its help message.

(21:26:46) 6/8/15: Applied some fixes. Arlon's safeguard now comes before Chaos Kin's convert, Trynamite and Blader inspect as they should, and broadcast bot names are fixed up. Mafia commands are now broadcast amongst the team. Spawn and messages will be altered soon.

Helpmsgs and spawn will be fixed up soon.

Also, coding all of those duplicate Hades roles must've been really fun xD

Just gonna bump this because it's been a month :x. Added Pit to roles2 (took out a Nutski), everything else in the post before this one stands.

Well, with mafia being revived over the past two weeks, I might as well get back to reviewing (not like mafia being dead was good excuse for being inactive here for a good six months, but yeah). Note that any of the five criteria not listed have the same score as my previous review.

    Creativity
A lot of the messages have been shortened in some way. To be honest, I feel they are still somewhat long, but I can only see potential loss of a bit of flavor if you were to further shorten them. Addressing the desired change all the reviewers asked for is good enough for me to give you this last point.

    Craftsmanship

Pretty sure just about every nitpick I had regarding spawn (even some of the ones in large games) was fixed. The idea was to be able to actually test this, but with mafia essentially dead for the past six months, I only remember seeing one game (7 players, village won because Pandora hit Zaurum with 4 total people left; the change from Boom Stomper to Bumpity Bomb was definitely a good one in my opinion) played. Also glad to see /meet was changed to be primarily defensive.
