Once upon a time I made a team. This was it.
This team could also be called no special allowed (NSA) if you wanted to be edgy.

    Tangela (F) @ Eviolite
    Trait: Regenerator
    EVs: 248 HP / 8 Def / 252 SAtk
    IVs: 30 Atk / 30 SAtk / 30 Spd
    Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
    - Hidden Power [Fire]
    - Leaf Storm
    - Giga Drain
    - Sleep Powder
I saw this set on Smogon and figured I'd give it a whirl(ipede). Tangela is the first defensive wall on my team and still retains enough Def with eviolite to tank physicals and Klinklang over and over, no matter how much he tries to sub on you. Just slap him with a good ol' HP fire and send him back to the scrapheap. A Giga Drain followed by a Leaf Storm is enough to put a good chunk in a lot of things like Scrafty. Sleep Powder is for...putting things to sleep *gasp* no way!111
It is worth noting that this is one of the two things on this team that can heal... like at all. And the other only heals from leftovers. And theres no way to remove hazards. So... try not to let him die.

    Carvanha (F) @ Life Orb
    Trait: Speed Boost
    EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spd / 4 Def
    Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
    - Protect
    - Aqua Jet
    - Crunch
    - Waterfall
I've always been a fan of experimenting with (shit) good under appreciated mons. Carvanha's uniqueness in ORAS NU stems from its STAB moves, the combination of which no other pokemon can use in the tier, let alone sweep with. Life Orb is for power since you can't take a tackle from a Pachirisu anyway. I would've put Destiny Bond over Aqua Jet or Protect, but I didn't think about it until writing this up so I guess I might change that later.

    Ditto @ Choice Scarf
    Trait: Imposter
    EVs: 252 HP
    IVs: 30 HP / 30 Def
    Hardy Nature
    - Transform

Ditto. I usually don't use one on my team and used this guy on a whim, but he seems to pull his weight extraordinarily well, being able to revenge things that would otherwise decimate me like Fletchinder, sun teams, physical setup sweepers. IVs are for HP Ice, not that it really matters but you never know.

    Regice @ Leftovers
    Trait: Clear Body
    EVs: 252 HP / 180 SAtk / 76 SDef
    Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)
    - Thunder Wave
    - Ice Beam
    - Thunderbolt
    - Protect

Regice is the first of the special walls on this team. Mainly used against opposing Eelektross as acid spray doesn't pass Clear Body. Otherwise, if the pressure is too much for Milotic I'll use Regi. The EVs are so it does more to AV Eels and Protect is there for extra hit point recovery, although it can be used for scouting too and all that jazz. Thunder Weave is for switch ins that otherwise hurt poor Regi. Once paralyzed though, they become easier prey for Tangela. Or something.

    Whirlipede (M) @ Eviolite
    Trait: Speed Boost
    EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 Atk
    Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
    - Toxic Spikes
    - Spikes
    - Poison Jab
    - Endeavor

This guy. I don't even know what he does but he must do /something/ because I keep winning. The main draw of Mr. Whirl over Garbodor is the ability to not care about any Sawk and switch in with impunity against em, Sawk being the main offender of CB that would otherwise dent my precious Tangela. CC does a measly ~10% to Whirli. It even doesn't care about knock off that much, as it still will retain enough bulk to get some hazards down after which it can Endevour on something that was chipping away at it like M-Steelix and bring it down to a manageable amount. Speed Boost helps greatly in that regard. Poison Jab is for not being total Taunt bait, the poison chance can be nifty, and helps (is the only thing not raped by) against Mega Audino.

    Milotic (F) @ Assault Vest
    Trait: Competitive
    EVs: 252 HP / 252 SAtk / 4 SDef
    IVs: 30 HP / 30 SAtk
    Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
    - Ice Beam
    - Scald
    - Mirror Coat
    - Hidden Power [Grass]

Yes, Milotic has recover and amazing bulk but I wanted it to be amazing(er). In exchange for losing all form of healing, Assault Vest gives it almost the same amount of SDef as Regice, but with a lot more HP. They do pair really well with each other to the point where they can block super effective special attacks off of each other and Mirror Coat allows it to bop all those would-be volt switchers right on their pretty little switch in, no need to to switch out of them. This team lures Volt Switch spam like Smogon lures PO users. U-turns are almost non existent (although they could be a problem). While you could put points into SDef instead of SAtk, you may find that your Mirror Coat damage becomes a lot less noticeable and at the same time you lose out on all that offensive presence. Remember you need them to do /some/ damage to you to bop switch-ins with Mirror Coat. Also walls Eruption Typhlosion like a god. Competitive is to give you amazing SAtk if you can convince your opponent to set up Sticky Web, seems to happen commonly enough. Hidden Power Grass is for Seismi, and there isn't a better option since Milotic doesn't have the best special movepool, and it is useful. The only other move that could be suggested here for an AV set is Dragon Tail.
