You can just build from source to keep updated. It's easiest for Linux, so yeah.

I have used linux for quite a while now but i have never built something from source before. I would really appreciated if someone who is able to do this could write a little tutorial to get the po client to work.

Edit: Sorry, I didnt notice that there is already a tutorial how do this. Pls ignore my request.

Hi Wknd, if you get everything up and running can you let me know if you experience an issue similar to the following screenshot where you can't see the moves? If so, I think I might have found a possible cause for the issue when playing around in the code a couple of weeks back.

Sorry for the late response but I have been very busy with studying. I have gotten everything up and runnig but I cant say anything concernig the problem described above because I faced other major difficulties. The po-client was running fine until the window with team preview popped up. My pc froze and I was not able to do anything. I could not even open a terminal. I have no idea why this happened. Im using Lubuntu 14.10 with linux kernel 3.16.

That happens to me too (well not the whole PC, just PO, I can still kill it from task manager/terminal if I run from that), but yeah I freeze the moment the battle starts.
Terminal reports an error with Phonon, but I dunno if that's the cause.
