The only possible traitor at this point is @Latimaster. Or it could be me. But even Fiery cannot be CL if I am understanding things correctly. We won't know for sure until the flip, since Cheeze didn't take the bait in counterclaiming something. The hammer came down too fast on this one, or I should say it might turn out Marley Rose got the honor of hammering two villages in a row. I'm fairly sure Latimaster would have lynched me d3 if he was scum. And naturally, everyone knows Pyanda isn't scum. The only remaining option is Cheeze.
Oh, unless Pyanda is the CL who tried to convert the Yandere last night for some reason. That would be a fun twist.
Sorry guys I've been like super sick. As in, I didn't get out of bed until like an hour ago. I'm retarded for not telling how many to lynch. But it's 4 to lynch and that means hammer. Cheezeburgar was the Dense Lead. Fiery Espeon is forced into white flag due to being the only one left in the dense harem! Fiery Espeon was the Deredere. Kudos to Whereabouts Unknown for that two nights in a row protect. That was pretty much the only way village could have won and you pulled it off. VILLAGE WINS!!! Begin post game. Talk about how bad a host I am and all that.
Game was actually way too tilted in favor of village - closed setup with role names given made it impossible to fake claim so game was broken by D1 mass claim. I probably won the game for the village by suggesting that lol. I would say as an advice to you Rioku as a host is that this was a game that had a lot of good ideas that I think you can learn a lot from. For one, you need to provide fake claims to mafia or at least not give out a role list unless you really need to. There was no point to telling everyone that x role names are in the game given that that immediately breaks the game for the village. Probably a more balanced version would have been one cult leader and role name list not distributed. That would have been fairly balanced I think. Recruiting based on role name was an interesting feature that I actually really liked as it nicely balanced out the power inherent in CLs. ggs
Here's the role list: Tsundere[Bodyguard] - Whereabouts Unknown Tsundere2 - ajhockeystar Kuudere - Pyanda Yandere[Inspector] - Dreams Kamidere - Nitrogen Himedere - Marely Rose Dandere - Latimaster Deredere - Fiery Espeon Dense Lead - Cheezeburgar Over Powered Lead - Michu
Yeah I'm pretty sure you're right. I think if I just left it at saying duplicates as necessary things would have gone over a lot better. I messed up when I said one duplicate. Since the leads had a role list it would've been easy to claim a duplicate role under that circumstance.
Yes, it would have been more interesting to not specify that AJHockey was tsundere2. I was able to use that as diplomatic immunity for the rest of the game. Also wasn't Michu the one that suggested mass-claim Day 2? I thought it actually was helpful for mafia to figure out who their teammates were. Mass-claim is also dangerous because it means you're exposed if recruited. Also it was more fun to softclaim. Kind of got boring when the fourth wall came down. Maybe you should forbid us from directly referencing our role name / characters with that role in future games.
Can I see actions each Night? I am kind of curious how village got out of that one. I thought the game was way too hard on village before I knew we could name claim. That just kind of breaks the game to be honest. Well @Rioku you did your job, kind of. :P Thanks host and GG everyone.
Mass claim from a village standpoint was not dangerous at all. From a villager perspective there was no reason not to mass claim.
Except Village almost managed to throw by voting out AJ. We really should have lost after day 2. Or we could have won by going with WU's day 1 vanilla reads! @Pyanda :(
@Pyanda sure. Night 1: Michu targeted the Yandere and was successful converting Dreams. Dreams inspected Pyanda and learned that he was the Kuudere. Cheezeburgar targeted the Deredere and was successful converting Fiery Espeon. Whereabouts Unknown protected Michu Night 2: Michu targeted the Himedere and failed to convert Marely Rose. Cheezeburgar targeted the Yandere and I messed up and forgot to tell him you can't target converted players. I was also kinda pissed at his inactivity and blatant disregard for no posting during the night. Whereabouts Unknown protected Marely Rose. Night 3: Cheezeburgar targeted the Kuudere and failed to convert Pyanda. Whereabout Unknown protected Pyanda. To be honest I was really nervous about the power roles being converted night one due to the way they landed. Yandere and Tsundere are the most notable types of dere so...
Curiosity: if Tsundere was converted, would it by default convert me? Or would you flip a coin to see if it got AJ instead.
Yeah @Whereabouts Unknown that aj vote was probably the worst vote I have ever placed... Thanks Rioku and haha at Night 2. WU is pro player.
@Whereabouts Unknown The mafia had a complete role list. They new there were two tsunderes and could choose to target tsundere1 or tsundere2. But seriously you did a really great job with those protects. I definitely did not expect that turn of events. After the lynches day 1 and 2 I was starting to think the village was screwed.
Ah yes. That makes sense. Second best role playing award goes to Michu. Really pulled off the expert with a plan attitude off in a believable way. Though looking back, Latimaster made a passable Dandere, especially the first few pages, was being quiet and shy. Dreams was a perfect Yandere when defending their lover day 3.
I apologize for not being able to devote my entire life to this forum mafia game, and being on my computer 24/7 instead of chilling with my dad who just had a fucking stroke. Go fuck yourself.
I empathize with your situation and I'm sorry to hear that. I think that maybe you should have considered possibly asking for a sub in that situation though, but I do understand you had def. more important things in mind. As another note, Rioku I think it's your job to 1. sub out inactives, but also 2. be unbiased to all players. Understandably, it's not really your responsibility to remind users to target alive players, but being it's never ok to fuck people over due to spite (also it fuks your game over too so it's really a lose/lose). Yeah, that's about it
On Cheezeburgar's night 2 action I could have sworn that I posted in the OP that leads could't convert converted player and I called the night before I checked which was a colossal mistake on my part, since I hadn't actually stated that in the OP. What I had done was tell Michu that via PM but forget to tell Cheezeburgar. Anyways I'm a total dick so take it as you may.
