    Supreme as fuck.
It's simple and has $$$ attached to it. Not sure if I'd rather Bo3 and Bo5 for finals though, Bo5 every round seems long.
Approve 1/3 (would rather see B03 until finals so if other TDs agree,)

Edit: Isa also mentioned that if it's run as Bo3 that a Double Elimination bracket could be a good idea. I can get behind that too.

I like Double Elim with BO3.

This is pretty cool, approve 2/3.

With double-elimination, 32/48 man would be 10 rounds and 64/96 man would be 12 rounds. 3 month tournament seems a bit over the top to me.

Well, I personally have no issue with a long tournament. But if you as a host do then that's more important than what I think.
I would still prefer Bo3 with Single Elim but if you want to run Bo5 Single Elim then it's up to you as far as my approval goes.

Okay, I am aware that not everyone has the motivation to play best of 5s, so what I'll suggest is still single elimination all the way through, but Bo3 in all rounds preceding quarterfinals now. B05 from quarterfinals onwards will mean they have to win 2 Bo5s minimum to get a prize, 3 to get the top prize. So it will now look like:
