Heres a theme that me, @MUMU and @Ghengars Khan started making for the past few weeks. It's Kanto. A big thanks to Ghenghars for the coding!

    Summary:
Welcome back to the world of Kanto. We have travelled back for a few years now and Kanto is back and ready to roll! This might be the normal mafia theme you might expect, however we don't just have around 10 different pokemons from Kanto. Kanto has around 40 pokemon from the original generation this includes ones from HGSS, RBY and much more! This brilliant Kanto flavour has been brought back and the percentages of the spawn makes it so the theme doesn't get stale over time. Nearly all the roles have specific tasks so the players won't feel 'left out of action' regardless of their role, however the roles don't get too complicated. Kanto is also focused on the balance so that each side has an equal chance of winning. One of the special unique commands that is in Kanto for some of the roles is that there are two commands in one which is something you wouldn't see that often in a simple mafia theme.

    Roles:

    Friendly Pokemon (Village)

Alakazam: Can protect, inspect, distract, watch, and stalk once per game.

Blastoise: Can protect one person during the night. Cannot be shielded by Vaporeon.

Charizard: Can blitz (kill) one person during the night (15% Suicide Chance). Cannot be burnt.

Clefable: Sees itself as Rattata. Inspects as Gengar.

Ditto: Can copy some village roles to get their powers (weaker than the original). Dies if he copies a killing role.

Dragonite: Can kill one person during the day (non-revealing). Vote of 2.

Eevee: Can transform into Vaporeon, Flareon, or Jolteon.

Electrode: Kills whoever kills him during the night (still dies). Kills daykillers (still dies). Kills first person to vote them.

    Flareon: Vote of 3.

Golem: Sees itself as Rattata. Inspects and exposes as Onix.

    Jolteon: Vote of -4.

Magikarp: Vote of -1. Voteshield of +2.

Metapod: Vote of 0. Evades nightkills.

Nidoking: Can force (inspect) once per game. Can roar (distract) once per game. Gets startup reveal on Nidoqueen. Cannot be poisoned.

Nidoqueen: Can protect once per game. Can safeguard once per game. Gets startup reveal on Nidoking. Cannot be poisoned.

Pidgeot: Can watch one person during the night.

Pikachu: Can reveal theirself during the day. Vote of 2.

Porygon: Sees itself as Rattata. Inspects and exposes as Mewtwo.

    Rattata: Gets Hax on Kill.

Vaporeon: Can shield two persons during the night (Shields most kills and poisons). Cannot be protected.

Venusaur: Can sleep (distract) one person during the night. Cannot be poisoned.

Wigglytuff: Can expose one person during the day (non-revealing).

I'll give this a full review later, but how exactly can Snorlax win in large games? A vote of 3 really is nothing and his -7 vote shield can be outvoted. He doesn't even have a kill so hax doesn't help too much, and evading one nightkill isn't too helpful. His killer can just kill him the next night.

I can understand that, I will be talking to the authors about this and most likely I will spawn more snorlaxes in with team reveal on or make snorlax evade all night kills and buff up his vote and voteshield way more.

Without those it's just a pain to read your theme and find motivation to comment.

Right so I've made some changes to the theme, Snorlax now evades nightkills. Spawned Clefable and Golem in the spawn lists. Finally added the summary, sorry if it's a bit late I've completely switched off and forgot about this.

I will be doing the summary later but Here's the updated code http://pastebin.com/raw.php?i=rEGNHbLR

Could you color code your spawn list? It just shows up as grey boxes for me.
The village is comprised mainly of bodyguards and PLs. Thus, they're going to spend most of their night actions blocking the mafia from killing. Though less PRs will die, it seems that this will mostly slow down the game, as the village has little ability to find killers. They also don't have much voting ability to get rid of Snorlax.

The poison side beats the village by countering the previously mentioned roles, and can take down other mafia with the sheer number of poisons and kills they have. The best non-Snorlax side in my opinion.

The aggressive side dominates voting (except when Snorlax is in) and is mostly unaffected by PLs and killers (to a degree). However, they will have problems killing other sides off due to the number of bodyguards and evasions. This side seems to be decently balanced.

The humanoid Pokemon are similar to the aggressive side. However, they are weaker due to their susceptibility to distraction. Possibly needs to be buffed.

Having the Legendary Birds not know each other is pretty pointless due to the techniques shown in the theme's own tips section. They're fairly balanced as is.

The Mew Duo is pretty weak since it only has one kill to take out enemies. Their voting power is mostly inconsequential due to the number of Mayors on all sides. Not that good, though their utility abilities help them.

At a certain point, Snorlax becomes immortal. Jolteon can be used to stall a game for eternity, but the village must rely on the voting power of the mafia to remove Snorlax. Since the mafia sides and village are unlikely to cooperate, I see Snorlax as the best role and side in the theme.
At 1-10, the village seems to be favored. However, at 10-20, a ton of mafia and millers are added, making the poison and aggressive Pokemon the dominant forces. Past that point, the game favors the better sides (as most of the roles are in).
The flavor seems decent in general.
A few problems with the help messages:
Snorlax's help says that he has 100 votes and a -1000 voteshield, which is pretty amusing as that would make him literally immortal.
What's with the ending of Mr. Mime's help?
Mew's help has a typo with "himw ith".
The foundation of this theme is pretty solid, though I think some changes need to be made.

I considered giving mewtwo a mafia super mayor role, with 154 vote (adding more to the flavor with the original 154 SPACIAL) even though I am not sure if it should start with that much vote or convert to it when mew dies.
