In a similar vain to the break a Pokémon thread, only instead of trying to break a Pokémon you're just trying to make it better. You can reorder its base stats and change its ability and add to its movepool. However, stick with abilities that already exist. Example: Aurorus: I had high hopes for Aurorus, but when I used it in X...it was crap. So here's a few tweaks. Base stats: 123, 77, 72, 99, 92, 58 Modified stats: 72, 92, 77, 123, 58, 99 New moves: Power Gem, Boomburst, Earth Power Ability: Refrigerate When your typing is as shit as that, there's no point going defensive. So it now has a great 123 base special attack, decent speed and even good physical attack if you want to go mixed. Some sets: Aurorus @ Icicle Plate / Life Orb Modest Nature (+SAtk -Atk) Trait: Refrigerate EV: 4 Def, 252 SAtk, 252 Spd Boomburst Thunderbolt Earth Power Substitute / Power Gem 252+ SpA Life Orb Refrigerate Aurorus Boomburst vs. 252 HP / 4 SpD Blissey: 313-370 (43.8 - 51.8%) -- 69.5% chance to 2HKO after Stealth Rock and Leftovers recovery. Enough said Lugia Lugia is a great wall, no question. But allow me to suggest a change... Current base stats: 106, 90, 130, 90, 154, 110 Modified base stats: 106, 90, 154, 130, 110, 90 New ability: Magic Guard While it is a lot slower now, it has improved physical bulk and enough special attack to pull its weight offensively. Some sets: Physical wall Lugia @ Leftovers Trait: Magic Guard Bold Nature (+Def -Atk) EV: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 Spd Reflect Roost Whirlwind / Earth Power Psyshock A new take on its already great set. With even better bulk and it no longer cares about residual damage. Bulky Calm Mind Lugia @ Leftovers Trait: Magic Guard Bold Nature: (+Def -Atk) EV: 252 HP / 252 Def/ 4 Spd Calm Mind Psyshock Earth Power Roost After 2 Calm Minds, Scarf Kyogre can't 2HKO. This set steamrolls through pretty much any wall in the tier and all they can do is phaze. Offensive Calm Mind Lugia @ Life orb Trait: Magic Guard Modest Nature (+SAtk -SDef) EV: 252 SAtk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd Calm Mind Psyshock Aeroblast Earth Power Just boost a couple of times and sweep. Thanks to Magic Guard, no Life Orb recoil. Aeroblast for power, Psyshock to break through special walls, Earth Power for coverage.
Ok. I'll start with my favorite: Empoleon`s ha is now filter Empoleon now has 103 hp. Empoleon loses 21 atk. Empoleon has recover Empoleon becomes a good wall :p But no, gf wanted to give it defiant, but with speed and attack like that its about as useful as slowstart. Anyway id buff torrent,overgrow, and blaze to 75% increase. Because they pale in comparison to ha venusaur or blaziken.
HP: 90 Atk: 80 Def: 70 SAtk: 128 SDef: 100 Spe: 128 Now learns Boomburst, has Hidden Ability Magic Guard I wanted to make Meloetta's regular forme to be like its Pirouette forme, and everyone wants Meloetta to get Boomburst anyway. Only fair it gets a reduction in overall defenses to compensate for the great speed and power. Magic Guard lets it offset the damage from LO giving it the ability to consistently punch holes in things with its natural power without boosting the power any further. A Calm Mind set would no longer work with this but LO, Specs and Scarf could all work. Choiced sets could easily pick from Boomburst, Psyshock, Psychic, Focus Blast, Shadow Ball and probably even U-turn. I think this could be enough to make Meloetta OU finally.
I think a Calm Mind set could work with that Meloetta. It would be more like Mewtwo's, where instead of using multiple Calm Minds to take hits, you use one and then smash everything up. That would definitely get Meloetta in OU, possibly even banned. HP: 85 Attack: 130 Defence: 85 Special Attack: 60 Special Defence: 80 Speed: 95 New Ability: Refrigerate New Moves: Double-Edge, Earthquake, Recover Lapras could be a great physical attacker with Dragon Dance, but it learns no good physical Ice moves. Refrigerate fixes that problem. With this new spread it goes from an OK tank to an absolute monster. Obviously defensive sets are out with its drastically decreased bulk, but with its much improved speed and power, Dragon Dance and Choice Band sets would be very good. Maybe it could even run a Recover + 3 Attacks set.
Pangoro Badass. Nuff said. HP: 95»101 Atk: 124 Def: 78»90 SAtk: 69»55 SDef: 71»80 Spe:58»88 New moves: Ice Punch, sucker punch, mach punch, drain punch. (Sucker punch gets iron fist boost) A good nudge sends pangoro into higher tiers..
Hate to break it too you, but Iron Fist doesn't boost Sucker Punch (its Japanese name is Surprise Attack). Anyway, Kyurem-B is a Pokémon that really deserves a break. Incredible attack, great bulk, decent speed...and a pretty much nonexistent physical movepool. So one simple change: Stats: No change Ability: Refrigerate New moves: Earthquake, Superpower, Bolt Strike Now with a 132 power STAB in Return coming off a 170 base Attack is going to pulverise everything! Some calcs to show what Kyurem-B could do with a Choice Band set and Refrigerate: 252+ Atk Choice Band Refrigerate Kyurem-B Return vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Eviolite Chansey: 579-682 (82.2 - 96.8%) -- 62.5% chance to OHKO after Stealth Rock 252+ Atk Choice Band Kyurem-B Bolt Strike vs. 252 HP / 232+ Def Skarmory: 328-388 (98.2 - 116.1%) -- 87.5% chance to OHKO 252+ Atk Choice Band Kyurem-B Earthquake vs. 252 HP / 0 Def Filter Mega Aggron: 157-186 (45.6 - 54%) -- 94.1% chance to 2HKO after Stealth Rock 252+ Atk Choice Band Refrigerate Kyurem-B Return vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Ferrothorn: 261-307 (74.1 - 87.2%) -- guaranteed 2HKO Yeah. Pretty fucking badass
Masquerain was never really good, but I've always liked it mostly because it was stupidly rare. It always had a nice movepool, but never had the stats or the typing to pull it off. tbh this is more of an evolution than an improvement. It's now Bug / Water type. 70 -> 88 HP 60 -> 50 ATK 62 -> 82 DEF 80 -> 116 SpATK 82 -> 82 SpDEF 60 -> 102 SPEED 414 -> 520 BST (on par with Starmie and Flygon) Ability: Intimidate / Wonder Skin This gives Masquerain a lot more focus on sweeping, but with enough bulk and an ability that can really bolster the really nice defensive typing. It'd probably not get above UU, so that's what I mostly care about Two example sets Quiver Sweeper Masquerain @ Life Orb / Leftovers Trait: Wonder Skin / Intimidate EVs: 16 Hp / 252 SpA / 240 Spe Quiver Dance Hydro Pump Bug Buzz Roost / Baton Pass Nice and classic sweeper set. The few things that do resist Water / Bug coverage (other than Salamence) aren't really going to be able to beat this 1v1, especially if you get lucky with wonder skin. You can Baton Pass out to something like MegaGardevoir if you want too. Sticky Web / Defensive Masquerain @ Leftovers Trait: Intimidate EVs: 248 HP / 20 Def / 240 Spe Sticky Web Roost Scald Whirlwind / U-turn / Bug Buzz Sets up Sticky Web, spams scald, can get some Atk drops with Intimidate, has healing, and can get momentum with U-turn. There's probably a more defensive version for this set that can counter shit like Crawdaunt.
Screw the weather shit. Hidden Ability: Protean 70 -> No change 70 -> 50 Atk 70 -> No change 70 -> 100 SAtk 70 -> No change 70 -> 100 Spd 460 Total Set: Castfrom @ Life Orb Trait: Protean EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd Timid - Fire Blast - Hydro Pump - Thunderbolt - Ice Beam
Regigigas is one of my most hated Pokémon. Why? Because Game Freak were that close to making something epic, and then fucked it up by giving it the worst ability ever. So one simple change: Type: No change Ability: Sheer Force Base Stats: No change Some set ideas: Regigigas @ Life Orb Jolly Nature (+Spd -SAtk) Trait: Sheer Force EV: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd Rock Climb Earthquake Fire Punch Ice Punch / Knock Off Incredible Attack, and an ability that makes it even more powerful. Rock Climb gets STAB and Sheer Force takes it up to a great 117 base power. Earthquake hits the Rock and Steel types that resist Rock Climb for super effective damage. Fire Punch for Ferrothorn. Ice Punch for Landorus-T and Gliscor. Thanks to Sheer Force, Life Orb has no recoil on most of the moves.

Sandslash New Moves: Spikes, Toxic Spikes HP: 75 Att: 100 Def: 110 Sp. Atk: 45 Sp. Gets a chance to Rapid Spin a bit without taking too much damage (Hell, you could even put the ability on the non-Mega form and it would still be fine). I went with a more balanced Mega, because not everything needs Steel or Dragon type, some super OP ability, or +80 to their attacking stat to become useful. Garbage way to ruin Mega Evolutions (I'm looking at you Charizard, Kangaskhan, and Mewtwo X). I left it with pure Ground so it wouldn't be a "compared" to Nidoking/Nidoqueen and being weak to Ground would really suck. While the ability might seem good, Sandslash is still easily taken down by anything Special with a Water, Ice, or Grass move. Right now: 4 SpA Vaporeon Scald vs. 252 HP / 0 SpD Sandslash: 306-360 (86.4 - 101.6%) -- 12.5% chance to OHKO Proposed Mega: 4 SpA Vaporeon Scald vs. 252 HP / 0 SpD Sandslash: 236-282 (66.6 - 79.6%) -- guaranteed 2HKO Mainly though, the moveset is the key. Just adding Spikes and Toxic Spikes would give Sandslash a niche again.

Keep in mind, all of these improvements I'm suggesting are not meant to be rigged. I'm trying to keep them as balanced as possible, so that their effects are still noticeable, just not as bad as before. For now, I'll just do Ability improvements on this post. Next one I'll tackle individual Pokemon. Ability Improvements: The ability "Iron Fist" should be applicable to any move that utilizes fists (that means moves like Sucker Punch would be included) The ability "Weak Armor" should increase speed by two stages instead of just one. This would make quite a few Pokemon more viable and it would make the ability a non-throwaway one. The ability "Defeatist" should only be active for five turns after your Pokemon drops to 50% HP, and of course should automatically be done away with if you recover yourself back up above that threshold. The ability "Truant" should also only be active for five turns, that would make Slaking instantly more viable and it would break the ever so annoying Durant / Dugtrio Arena Trap Truant combo. The ability "Aroma Veil" should be active in single battles for the Pokemon that has it as well. Being immune to Taunt, Torment, Encore, Disable, and such would help make Aromatisse even more of a threat. The ability "Big Pecks" should also prevent the reduction of the Special Defense stat, as well as any self inflicted defense drops. The ability "Cheek Pouch" should be activated whenever ANY consumable item is used. Dedenne is the only Pokemon who would benefit from this since... Diggersby tho. The ability "Color Change" should activate before the Pokemon gets hit by said enemy move. This would instantly help Kecleon break into possibly LU or UU by making it a damn good special wall. The ability "Damp" should also prevent the effects of moves such as Destiny Bond and Memento, this would make the ability actually somewhat viable. The ability "Early Bird" should always wake up the Pokemon after one turn (or less if rounded differently). The ability "Forecast" should not return the Pokemon to normal if weather fades, only if it changes once again. This would help Castform out in terms of viability a little bit. The ability "Fur Coat" should also halve attacks on the Special Defense side as well, it would cement Furfrou as a fast and viable tank. The ability "Gluttony" should encourage quick use on all consumable items, not just berries. The ability "Healer" should also have the chance to heal one's self and not just allies in double / triple battles. This would make it a much more viable ability and would make it even more deadly in double / triple battles. The ability "Heatproof" should make a Pokemon completely immune to Fire type attacks and should also make them immune to burns. This would most likely raise Bronzong's viability a fair bit. The abilities "Drizzle, Drought, Sand Stream and Snow Warning" should all be increased from 5 turns to 7 turns, and their respective items should have the time be increased from 8 turns to 10 turns. This would allow weather to once again be viable in the tiers, but not broken as in the infinite weather wars of Gen 5. The ability "Hyper Cutter" should also prevent the reduction of Special Attack and self induced reductions. The ability "Immunity" should also make the Pokemon with this ability immune to any Poison type moves at all. The ability "Infiltrator" should allow a Pokemon to bypass moves such as Protect, Spiky Shield, King's Shield as well. This would make the ability a little more viable and help carve some new niches. The ability "Justified" should increase attack by two stages instead of one. The ability in its current form is extremely underwhelming, and this would help it get a little more viable. The ability "Liquid Ooze" should damage any Pokemon that makes physical contact with the Pokemon as well as its absorption ability. This would allow Swalot a new chance at life perhaps. The ability "Magma Armor" should also grant an immunity to Ice type moves. Not much else to be said, but it'll help Camerupt and Magcargo. The ability "Marvel Scale" should increase Special Defense as well as Defense, but the amount it gets increased should be lowered to 30%. The ability "Mummy" when transferred to another Pokemon should lower that Pokemon's speed by two stages if it's not a ghost type. If a Pokemon is ghost type, it shouldn't be affected by the Mummy ability. This would help Cofagrigus get some much needed attention. The ability "No Guard" should render moves such as "Protect" useless for both parties. This would vamp up gameplay considerably and bring back more hyper offense to counter the stagnant stall that seems to perpetuate the metagame these days. The ability "Overcoat" should also protect against moves such as Leech Seed. The ability "Rattled" should increase Speed by two stages instead of one. Since there are only three types that trigger this ability, this is a reasonable increase and would give the ability and perhaps some Pokemon more viability. The ability "Sniper" should also give an accuracy bonus. The ability "Stall" should have the same effect, but all moves should have a 100% chance of hitting. The ability "Steadfast" should increase speed by two stages. The ability "Strong Jaw" should also increase the attack stage by one every time you use a biting move. This would instantly help Tyrantrum become viable in higher tiers. The ability "Zen Mode" should be able to be activated in the same way one would activate a mega evolution. The ability "Unnerve" should prevent consumption of any held items. This would instantly increase its viability The ability "Water Veil" should also give complete immunity to any Fire type attacks. Dunsparce: How to improve it? Mega Evolution. Mega Dunsparce: Stats: (Parenthesis indicates increase / decrease from original) HP: 130 (+30) Attack: 90 (+20) Defense: 100 (+30) Special Attack: 75 (+10) Special Defense: 95 (+30) Speed: 25 (-20) BST: 515 Type: Normal / Fairy Mega Ability: Regenerator New Moves: Moonblast, Play Rough Description: Well damn. This thing would be fantastic in UU or possibly even OU. Its stat increases have increased its viability tremendously and have rendered the majority of its once unusable vast movepool now usable thanks to its increased offenses and vastly increased defenses. Regenerator will insure that it stays in for the long haul as well. The addition of Fairy typing would also give it an immunity to Dragon types and would counteract its glaring Fighting weakness. Let's go ahead and look at a potential set. Calm Mind Offensive: Dunsparce @ Dunsparcite Bold Nature (+Def -Atk) Trait: Serene Grace (Regenerator) EV: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SDef Calm Mind Moonblast Roost Thunderbolt / Flamethrower / Ice Beam / Shadow Ball Set Description: Set's simple, Calm Mind, Roost away damage, fire. If need be, switch out and regain health with Regenerator. Moonblast will of course be your main attack of choice. Maiming a massive amount of Pokemon in the tier. The last set is completely dependent on your coverage needs. You could of course forgo Roost entirely, but then the lack of leftovers will become very apparent. There are various other set ideas. Such as an offensive Coil set (this dude gets Coil, awesooommeeeeee), a cleric set, and many other cool things.
"Despite its name, Sucker Punch is not a punching move. The term sucker punch refers to an unexpected or cheap shot at an opponent, akin to its Japanese name, which translates to surprise attack. Thus, many Pokémon that do not possess arms can learn this move, and its base power is not increased by Iron Fist." It already does this. I can't think of any item this would include though... Berry Juice is already 50%
I've always loved Rayquaza, but Gen 6 has knocked it down a peg. So to bring it back up, one simple change: Ability: Aerilate Now it has the most powerful priority move in the game, a main STAB with 132 power and NO DRAWBACKS in Return. This is the set I'm seeing: Rayquaza @ Life Orb Trait: Aerilate Adamant Nature (+Atk -SAtk) Swords Dance Extreme Speed Earthquake Dragon Claw / V-create You can keep your Extremekiller Arceus - give me the sky serpent of death any day.
Granted, I guess i didn't read it close enough about only using existing abilities, but come on, giving EVERYTHING refrigerate/aerilate/pixilate is just gonna break it, not improve it. Also, I don't understand where the 132 comes from. 80 * 1.5 (STAB) * 1.3 (Aerilate) = 156 power, +2 priority attack, then factor in Life Orb boost How is this not broken? 252+ Atk Life Orb Aerilate Rayquaza Extreme Speed vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Mega Mewtwo X: 541-640 (153.2 - 181.3%) -- guaranteed OHKO 252+ Atk Life Orb Aerilate Rayquaza Extreme Speed vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Mega Mewtwo Y: 363-426 (102.8 - 120.6%) -- guaranteed OHKO 252+ Atk Life Orb Aerilate Rayquaza Extreme Speed vs. 4 HP / 0 Def Mega Gengar: 325-383 (124 - 146.1%) -- guaranteed OHKO 252+ Atk Life Orb Aerilate Rayquaza Extreme Speed vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Darkrai: 296-348 (105.3 - 123.8%) -- guaranteed OHKO Ones with SD: +2 252+ Atk Life Orb Aerilate Rayquaza Extreme Speed vs. 252 HP / 0 Def Xerneas: 563-663 (123.4 - 145.3%) -- guaranteed OHKO +2 252+ Atk Life Orb Aerilate Rayquaza Extreme Speed vs. 252 HP / 0 Def Arceus: 461-543 (103.8 - 122.2%) -- guaranteed OHKO +2 252+ Atk Life Orb Aerilate Rayquaza Extreme Speed vs. 252 HP / 0 Def Kyogre: 589-694 (145.7 - 171.7%) -- guaranteed OHKO +2 252+ Atk Life Orb Aerilate Rayquaza Extreme Speed vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Blaziken: 1443-1700 (479.4 - 564.7%) -- guaranteed OHKO +2 252+ Atk Life Orb Aerilate Rayquaza Extreme Speed vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Mega Lucario: 598-706 (212.8 - 251.2%) -- guaranteed OHKO +2 252+ Atk Life Orb Aerilate Rayquaza Extreme Speed vs. 252 HP / 0 Def Giratina-O: 539-636 (106.9 - 126.1%) -- guaranteed OHKO +2 252+ Atk Life Orb Aerilate Rayquaza Extreme Speed vs. 252 HP / 4 Def Deoxys-D: 356-421 (117.1 - 138.4%) -- guaranteed OHKO +2 252+ Atk Life Orb Aerilate Rayquaza Extreme Speed vs. 252 HP / 0 Def Kyurem-W: 589-694 (129.7 - 152.8%) -- guaranteed OHKO +2 252+ Atk Life Orb Aerilate Rayquaza Extreme Speed vs. 4 HP / 0 Def Palkia: 539-636 (167.3 - 197.5%) -- guaranteed OHKO +2 252+ Atk Life Orb Aerilate Rayquaza Extreme Speed vs. 252 HP / 0 Def Ho-Oh: 589-694 (141.5 - 166.8%) -- guaranteed OHKO +2 252+ Atk Life Orb Aerilate Rayquaza Extreme Speed vs. 252 HP / 0 Def Giratina: 461-543 (91.4 - 107.7%) -- 50% chance to OHKO You'll die if they touch you but: +2 252+ Atk Life Orb Aerilate Rayquaza Extreme Speed vs. 4 HP / 0 Def Zekrom: 230-272 (67.2 - 79.5%) -- guaranteed 2HKO (+4 is 100% KO) +2 252+ Atk Life Orb Aerilate Rayquaza Extreme Speed vs. 252 HP / 0 Def Dialga: 230-272 (56.9 - 67.3%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery (+4 is only 6.3% chance to OHKO) Anything Steel can just die to an unboosted V-Create, some Pokemon like Xerneas will die to 2x Espeed if it tries to boost. OK, maybe giving Rayquaza Aerliate was going too far (and the 132 power STAB I was referring to was Return). So, back to improving but not breaking a Pokémon - Shiftry. Bored, so let's do some ability improvements. First, something I'd totally love: Unnerve: Opponents' held items are unusable. Like Klutz, but forces it on the opponent instead. Aerilate and bros: Grants the boost (maybe bigger?) to the moves already of that type as well. I mean seriously it's absurd that Hyper Voice > Moonblast to a fairy mon. Flash Fire and bros: Can activate more than once. Air Lock: Permanize the current weather until it is manually changed by move/ability etc. To directly help Rayquaza, it also gives 1.5 boost to all moves it uses that is boosted by the said weather. Iron Barbs/Rough Skin: The damage happens in both cases of contact. Meaning if Ferrothorn uses Gyro Ball, there is a bit of extra damage due to Iron Barbs as well. Turboblaze/Teravolt: 1.5 boost to Fire/Electric moves on top of its current effect. Pressure: Double (triple might be overkill) PP consumption regardless of move type, as long as the Pokemon is out. Rivalry: Deals more damage to Pokemon of the same type. Clear Body and bros: Stats simply can't be lowered. ...among other things. I don't think any of this is broken, just awesome.

Tropius (M) @ Tropiusite Ability: Chlorophyl>Contrary Nature: Timid/Modest EVs: 252 SpA / 252 Spd / 4 HP - Draco Meteor - Leaf Storm - Hidden Power Fire - Filler I cannot even begin to imagine how awesome this thing would be. With its new ability, Contrary, this thing can easily just get off one setup and then use Draco Meteor and Leaf Storm without worrying about the stat drop, but rather a +2 rise in Special Attack. Leaf Storm was mentioned above, but it does serious damage and Tropius will get a +2 Special Attack rise everytime it hits. The next move is for coverage, since Mega Tropius would be x4 weak to ice. The last move could be some filler move of your choice. This all out attacking set would be extremely scary. This would probably bump up Tropius to at least UU, and maybe even OU. Tropius (M) @ Tropiusite Ability: Chlorophyl>Contrary Nature: Calm EVs: 252 SpD / 252 HP / 4 Def - Draco Meter / Leaf Storm - Stealth Rocks - Tropical Fest - Aromatherapy This would be a lead Mega Tropius set. With SR, it would be a very bulky lead, while also an amazing Special Wall. Draco Meteor or Leaf Storm would be just be for some direct damage and so Tropius isn't hopeless when taunted, while at the same time dealing massive damage. In fact, even though this is a defensive set, Tropius can probably act as a late game sweeper with Leaf Storm and Draco Meteor. Stealth Rocks is obvious, he would be used as a very bulky lead to get off rocks. Tropical Fest would be for some recovery, and Tropical Fest is basically just Roost. Aromatherapy would be for late walling. He isn't a suicide lead as his spread is for Special walling, so having a cleric move would really help teams late game. This would also make Tropius an extremely viable Doubles/Triples/VGC battler as he provides great coverage for many members, especially with Tropical Fest. ((I know we should use real abilities but I wanted to try out some new moves of my own. They seem pretty cool imo. Even if it isn't this set or it gets this ability, I really want to see a Mega Tropius when Alpha and Omega come out.))
garchomp.gif New Ability: Speed Boost Garchomp has always been seen as a defective dragon in the eyes of his elder brothers: Dragonknight and Salamander. Due to lack of the sacred move that all true dragons possess: 《Dragon Dance》 Even Lizard, whom he once considered a friend, turned back on him ever since he discovered he was of True Dragon's descent. But now, he can finally begin to regain his pride as a Dragon thanks to his newfound ability in Speed Boost: Garchomp (M) @ Life Orb Trait: Speed Boost EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spd Naughty Nature (+Atk, -SDef) - Swords Dance - Dragon Claw - Earthquake - Fire Blast After a single turn boosting, you gain +2 Attack and +1 Speed, making it superior to Dragon Dance. Can also be used with Garchompite via the "Mega Evolution Delay" technique (similar to Mega Gyarados)
I'd just like to point out that using boosting moves with contrary isn't wise. It'll be -1 Speed and Special Attack so it'll see no use. Tropical Fest would only see use in doubles but roost would be used in singles.

Noivern- Flying/Dragon This guy is a dragon.. when I first saw this I was oooh nice it gets epic Boomburst, It gets Hurricane but when its stats came out all I could think was "Gamefreak Fie on you!" Ability- Dracolate (Conceptual ability that changes normal moves into Dragon Moves and adds in a 30% boost to it) OLD stats- 85/70/80/97/80/123 NEW stats-85/60/85/107/85/125 New moves-Hyper Voice,Fire Blast Concept sets Noivern (M)@ Life Orb/Choice Specs Trait: Dracolate EVs: 252 SpA/Spd Timid Nature -Hyper Voice/Boomburst -Hurricane/Air Slash -Flamethrower/Fire Blast -Switcheroo/Focus Blast/Shadow Ball/Dark Pulse It is meant to be a useful wallbreaker with STAB hyper voice/boomburst doing high amounts of damage and Fire Coverage taking care of ice/steel mons with ease. Air Slash is prefferred over Hurricane for LO as it has a flinch and more accuracy. It is typically meant to shut down opposing walls so the main sweeper can sweep freely afterwards.
Chandelure needs Shadow Tag back. Oh and also, FEAR Shedinja= https://projectlegacy.files.wordpress.com/2008/11/apocalypse4.jpg And Claydol needs Stored Power to add to Screening and Cosmic Power. >:)
