This is a guide on how the QC process should work on PO. Please feel free to bring constructive criticism here if you feel you have a concern.

    How to suggest changes:
This is the biggest part of your job; you'll need to read all of the skeletons and then state what you feel needs to be changed. The writer or other persons can argue for an addition, but the QC will have the final say if it gets approved. Therefore, it is important that you can defend your opinion to some extent.

Make sure that all criticism is constructive. If you feel that an analysis is not workable (either the Pokemon in question is completely nonviable or that the analysis so far off base that it is non-functional), then you can reject the analyses as is. If an analysis doesn't follow the rules of the formatting thread (TBA), then you should tell them to fix those before suggestion changes.

    Approval:
When an analysis has all of the changes that you feel are needed, you can give it your SEEL OF APPROVAL. Please make sure to clearly state when an analysis is approved, preferably with some formatting or the previous picture. When an analysis has a majority (at least 2/3, 3/5, etc) of the QC approving it, the title should be edited to say approved. At this point the analyses can be written into paragraph form. The QC can still give imput about wording and the precity of what is being stated in the written form.

For those of you looking to join the QC team, I suggest giving constructive critism on analyses and writing your own analyses. If you feel you are a good candidate, you can PM one of the QC leaders, but harassment of the leaders will lead to infractions.
