It's that time of the season, ladies and gentlemen! My schedule is freeing up and I'm spreading even more brain cancer as you're reading this! But enough of this, let's get into the theme.

Humans - can choose to side with Woodbury or the Prison Survivors (each are sided by themselves and act as villagers)

    Woodbury:

Governor - samurai who doesn't reveal, nightkill which can't be traced by stalks, and can't be stopped by distractions. Can /armistice (loses power, both Woodbury and the Prison Survivors join together for the rest of the game, but Rick has to do this too)
Merle - nightkill, stalk, and an extra nightkill twice per game.
Milton - detox (removes poison). -2 votes. After the third night, can cure zombies and make them human.
Penny - distract, dies if stalked, distracted or voted.

    Rick's Group
Rick - inspect, can tell if someone is hostile or friendly (some roles show up as good, some bad). Can /armistice (loses power, both Woodbury and the Prison Survivors join together for the rest of the game, but the Governor has to do this too)
Daryl - stalker, daykill with a recharge.
Eugene - detox. After the third night, can cure zombies and make them human.
Michonne - nightkill (/slash), can't be distracted or stalked.
Hershel - can inspire someone (gives them extra powers). If he dies, Maggie gets a nightkill that's shared with Beth, but Maggie misses 30% of the time and Beth becomes suicidal.
Beth and Maggie (two separate roles) no actions until Hershel dies
Carol - /burn (poison, kills instantly if someone is a zombie or already poisoned)

Humans - (villager-like role, few and far in between)
can choose to side with Woodbury or Prisoners. Die if they don't pick a side by n3. All are sided by themselves.

Zombies - shit out of ideas, gonna give them like a shared nightkill + immunity to distraction, they start off like a village with big numbers but can't vote, and can easily be taken down with cooperation. Can kill each other (kill is AnyButSelf), no teamtalk. (Think of their numbers like the number of villies in a 20p default game)

This is really an ideal theme in my opinion: not only does it encourage teamwork but it can also take two sides and brings them into one (though many roles lose their power) and take out a bunch of zombies and live happily ever after. Since there are no bodyguards in this theme, there are many tactics associated with not attracting too much attention to yourself. Zombies basically have a guaranteed swarm nightkill that nothing can stop (though they don't know each other and can kill each other) but can't vote, so their prominence is strong in the night phase, which Rick's Group specializes more in both day and night. The Governor, being a really small side, functions in all phases effectively, granting (given ideal conditions) the side somewhat of a fork in the road between influence and dominance.

This theme will focus more on interactivity than anything, because not only does it swerve from the main plot (or basically whatever the fuck is going to happen next) but it creates many "what if" scenarios.

I think you should make it so that the zombies can /mutate to become a fast zombie or a slow zombie. maybe fast zombies can psn and slow zombies can nightkill? idk what regular zombie would do. I havent watched many walking dead episodes but my friend (who doesnt play PO) is happy that you're making this. I hope my ideas helped.
