Let's begin with a little foreword before getting into the details: I must point out that I have been testing this team a lot for a long amount of months in various competitions such as "semi" smogon tours and while I was ladderin' (1600+).
Well, the idea of using moltres has come to my mind when I was looking close to the team of luck>skill and it began while I was comparing the fact that my team was a full rain team while theirs was a double weather so I've started with the inclusion of moltres into the team (with a set that nobody uses, better than the specs set hehe) and then I put shedinja to accompany him. The inclusion of Shedinja is way too good considering that under rain he is almost undefeatable and he is also able to lure/check ttar and dragons. After I've chosen these two I included Politoed for the weather and Tentacruel who has the role of spinning away entry hazards and setting toxic spikes with the purpose of annoying Rainstall teams/Jellicent/keldeo & co.
At this point I needed to trap the main weather setters like Tales/Ttar so I've put Dugtrio to get 'em and also to set up sr. When I've come to this point I was worries about the lack of speed of the whole team so I have included tios to revenge kill dragons/mosqueteers/random opponents.I've also chosen latios because he has trick and so the possibility to render useless the likes of blissey/ferrothorn/jellicent.

    The Team

Boom Biddy Bye Bye (M) @ [IMG]
    Trait: Drizzle
    EVs: 248 HP / 8 Def / 252 SAtk
    Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
    - Scald
    - Rest
    - Haze
    - Ice Beam

As I've said before, Politoed is very important for this team. Thanks to his presence I can let Moltres and Shedinja work very well considering that the first must accomplish to spam as much hurricanes as he can and the latter has to accomplish his role of check for the likes of dragons and many others.
Unlike the defensive set of toed this one lets me bluff the scarf and gives me the opportunity to recover in various critical situations ( Example: politoed vs toxicroak; if I have a little bit of hit points left the opponent will probably try to use sucker punch instead of hitting me directly and so letting me recover health ). This way of recovering is also more reliable of the one offered by leftovers. Another advantage of rest is that I can win the ppwar vs chansey/blissey without putting too much effort on it.
I think that haze is the best move in the entire game, unlike perish song it lets nullify the opponent's boost without taking 2 turns of free damage, perish song toed doesn't make sense without protect.
Ice Beam is placed to not become a setup fodder of nite and the likes of him.
Thanks to the modest nature scald hits very hard custapmory.

    Another Victory (F) @ [IMG]
    Trait: Arena Trap
    EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spd
    IVs: 21 HP / 0 Def / 0 spD
    Hasty Nature (+Spd, -Def)
    - Stealth Rock
    - Earthquake
    - Reversal
    - Toxic

Seems that I don't have to waste too much time to explain this set. Once that shedinja/latios had trapped ttar, he takes the role of setting up sr and then hitting hard with reversal one of the most dangerous threats to the team.
Toxic is placed to annoy rotom-w and jellicent if they switch in before I've placed a layer of toxic spikes.
Ivs on hp are set on 21 to resist a seismic toss from chansey/blissey with 1 hp left and the ivs on the defenses are set to 0 to take the maximum damage from pursuit/random move.

    Dr. Greenthumb (M) @ [IMG]
    Trait: Rain Dish
    EVs: 204 HP / 208 Def / 96 Spd
    Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
    - Scald
    - Protect
    - Rapid Spin
    - Toxic Spikes

I've placed him in this team only for the purpose of placing the toxic spikes and his ability to stall out with protect some threats that can somewhat annoy this team (something like jellicent/chansey/blissey). Other than that, he makes a perfect duo with dugtrio who is able to take out toxicroak and tentacruel itself.
What else...in the beginning I used him with 20 evs in speed to make it being out speeded by custapmory but then I tried this set which was suggested to me by killua and I found it better because with this I can outspeed jollymamo

Ultra Violet Dreams (M) @ [IMG]
    Trait: Levitate
    EVs: 252 SAtk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
    Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
    - Surf
    - Trick
    - Draco Meteor
    - Psyshock

An essential placement in this team, thanks to his good speed he can revenge kill fire punch DD nite/hp ghost keldeo/salak kion/and something like that.
Trick helps in the task of shutting down special sponges.

    Stank Ass Hoe @ [IMG]
    Trait: Wonder Guard
    EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spd
    Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
    - Baton Pass
    - Shadow Sneak
    - Will-O-Wisp
    - Protect

That's hot stuff. As I've said before, the presence of shedinja is fundamental. Thanks to baton pass he can avoid the switch in of ttar and his inevitable death by the means of pursuit and other moves.
Will-o-Wisp is useful to burn any physical sweeper, letting moltres setting up a substitute without the risk of seeing it taken down with the first attack.
Protect is placed to scout rotom-w and shadow sneak is his choice of stab.

    Jack You Back @ [IMG]
    Trait: Pressure
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
    Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
    - Roost
    - Substitute
    - Fire Blast
    - Hurricane

I don't have much to say about him. I preferred to use him with substitute+leftovers>choice specs because I don't want to find myself locked into the same move and I can set up a substitute on the switch back of the opponent and then make the right choice on the next move.

very nice team, however the lack of flying resists really hurts, especially vs talonflame. I would suggest a bulky physically defensive toed to switch into it easier, seeing as most other fire types are covered by dugtrio + latios. Besides that the team looks fun!

    it's a BW team...

this team is pretty good, I've used it a lot, it's quite hard to use (especially if you are unsure on how to play Moltres) and a well played Latios + Ttar combinations is annoying to face (for obvious reasons)

if it wasn't for Latios' super good speed. I'd suggest you to replace Latios with Jirachi, you also have problems switching into Aboma if hail is up (and even if it isn't tbh), that would fix everything but rachi is a tad slower, although I think it'd be a good change overall, less weaknesses (the fire weakness is covered already by rain + cruel, for ground mons you have moltres and it's not like you can send in Latios on Stone Edges or Landorus-T's u-turn)

    Volcarona loses to Moltres anyway
