Sorry pal i couldn't pm you back yesterday but your theme is still not acceptable as it is now, for the motives that i explained on message 2 minutes ago, plus you need to fix the grammar of your theme, i am saying for experience i have been unable to have an huge number of themes to be accepted because of grammar.
You should try and find someone to help you with the help texts, as the grammar is way off for Mafia standards.

I went through the code and tried to fix the messages: http://pastebin.com/32TBmZVv You should look through it though because I wasn't sure what all of the messages were supposed to be (what is an archon?), or you may just not like some of the changes. I also think you should change the Barbarian's command to /shield , because /humanshield is pretty long for a command.

It's a little strange that the exposing command for barbarian is /hide which seems a little the opposite. Anyway it would be better if all the roles that transforms the sheeps apart Fairy would have a fail chance or a recharge so to not damage too much the village taking away too much villagers from it.
The Imperium, Ssrathi and Plague has added 1 day to recharge, the current link have the recharge commands, but fairy don't have recharge command, now to add fail chance need to see the strength of the role. And the Barbarian, i change the command name to follow: http://pastebin.com/R2cGj5Yv
Ok i have corrected a little the grammar and added your changes. Anyway if you want that an actions needs some times to be used again you should write "recharge": 2 instead of "recharge": 1 otherwise they will be able to uses their action the next night, so i corrected that into a link that i pmmed you.

As roles they seems original and good enough for your type of teams and i already corrected part of your grammar errors. But before to give you a test i would like to see another QC to check if the grammar is ok now, because i am not exactly Shakespear for this things.
Minotaur needs to know that it kills. Demon needs to know that it evades. There are several instances where a word is missing a letter such as ( Sheeps do not have special commands, but they are the ones who can be transformed. Minotaur kills distrators)!", There are other grammatical mistakes such as misplaced commas and such. There are many instances where improper verb tense is used such as "evade kills" (in the Demon's help message) which should be "evades kills" Roles wise, most of the roles are original and creative. Keep up the good work.
It Looks like you've put a lot of effort into this theme! It's original and imaginative that's for sure. You forgot a few letters on words here. ( I've added them in bold ) This is for Minotaur ( underlined one word as you don't need it ) "info": "Can kill during the night (Knight resists your kill). Knows your partners. Kills distractors. Sided with Monsters.", I know it's only minor mistakes but it makes it look more professional!
Well, i fixed with your's comments, but Roild say, no more link post, make only one link, well, the link now can view in first post, the first link.
Village is extremely tiny (for instance there are two village roles until Knight comes in, and the bodyguard only comes in at 13 so the Imperium can't claim, but at this point there are 7 mafia and 6 village roles which isn't good) Four sheep in a row at 14-17 makes things really repetitive, although needed for the nature of the theme. But then 4 mafia roles come in and then 4 village roles come in so it's unbalanced the way you put the roles in, not to mention mafia gains more converters while the second Imperium doesn't even come in until 36. Basically village is very underpowered and maybe the Forest side too since it only has two roles (converter and mayor) while the demon mafia can daykill and the monsters mafia have 3 roles, including a Kefka in the Minotaur.
The initial players is 8, so i changed some position from spawn list, and added the ORC for Forest task, the Haxor for theme.
From your updated theme link, you still have a massive amount of issues with grammatical correctness. If you want, I can fix it up and see if you are okay with it, but as of right now that is the outstanding issue I can see. Then again, I'm on my phone so..yeah.

You first say it to a general audience, which is directed to anyone, and then you say it like it's directed toward the specific role. The "info" message is directed to everyone and is different from "help". /roles brings up the info messages and it's not proper to say "your" in that section. Both Imperium and Fairy can transform sheeps, and Imperium has the higher priority. That means, if a Sheep claims, Imperium will likely target and convert it to an Elemental with higher priority. Fairy can expose someone and if it exposes Minotaur, there is a very likely chance that Village will win. I think you should replace the Knight with a Sheep. Knight is not needed in such a small setup. This poses a much more balanced setup where both Fairy and Imperium can transform the Sheep with an equal chance.
errrr... Imperium,Ssrathi, Plague and Fairy can convert sheep's, but only Fairy can used transform with no recharge. Edit: I found some mistake for my part, the Mega Swarm need to kill the same night intantly with your poison, hehe, i fixed, and edited with the Fiery correction.
I don't like the idea of Knight having either 2 or 3 votes, I think it should just be either 2 votes. Village is a bit small and I think the chances of village winning is below 50%...

Decline[1] This theme has been in review for more than 1 month. This shows how there has not been any progress. I have pointed out some issues that can come up when playing the theme but the main reason I have decided to decline your theme is because of the grammatical errors. I know Withoutatrace has been helping you but you can't depend on someone else to fix something for your theme. He has been having internet issues and he couldn't work on it. If there are grammatical errors, no one can fully understand your concepts and theme when playing. Your theme is supposed to come in review completed or almost completed. I also gave you options in ways you can communicate better but you decided not to take any of them. This is why I had to decline your theme.

Sorry but i have to join my partners there with a decline [3] as it is now we can't wait anymore pal. Sadly we have too many theme on review and we cannot leave a theme pending for so much time, otherwise we will be submerged by thousand of unfinished themes, that take time away for the new themes to review. This doesn't mean that you have to stop working on it, even because it looked interesting as concept. On my opinion you should fix your grammar problem and propose this theme again on review when you have done it.
