    What is Cranked?

Cranked is a mode in Call of Duty: Ghosts that only allows the player a limited amount of time to live after he has killed someone. In return, after killing someone, the killer's power increases, as well as his speed. In this tier, a Pokemon starts off just as usual: but can't use offense, speed, or evasiveness boosting moves, abilities or items, except for Choice items.
(You can use moves that boost defensive stats, like Defense Curl, Amnesia, Recover, etc.)

    What's the purpose?

This tier is supposed to have a very mixed metagame. On one hand, you can have mixed walls like Eviolite Blissey to tank some hits, Choice Scarf Starmie to revenge kill and net some KOs, etc. This metagame is supposed to have a very trademark and bumpy feeling: it's all about alternating between attacking and defending, and finding a perfect intervals.

How do the Pokemon get faster/stronger?
Every time a Pokemon is knocked out by another one with an attacking move (not the poison from Toxic, the burn from Will-O-Wisp, etc.), they get a boost in Attack, Special Attack, and Speed. Every time (2-5?) turns they don't attack, their stats are reset to normal. I'm not sure how broken this would be but it wouldn't hurt to try.

This means that for this tier:

Banned Abilities: Moody, Defiant, Huge Power, Pure Power, Competitive, Rivalry, Flash Fire, Storm Drain, Sand Rush, Swift Swim, Chlorophyll, Simple, Download, Moxie, Speed Boost, etc.

Banned Items: Life Orb, Ice Ball, Weakness Policy, Gems, Plates, things like Spooky Tag, etc.

Banned Moves: Any move that boosts Attack, Special Defense, Speed, and Evasiveness.

Banned Pokemon: All Uber Pokemon, Genesect (as it can only obtain Download which is banned) and a lot of others.

    Is this tier practical? Discuss.

I think this might be a good tier if it can work. A big banlist though I guess.
But wouldn't the meta be full of scarfers? Kill 1, gain a boost and sweep. It cant sweep with 1 boost or so but I think it would be broken somewhat :x

I like this, and it just adds really to the variety. If you have a Starmie scarfed using Hydro Pump, you can Protect / Substitute spam with Prankster users in order for the stat to reset, or you can switch into Jellicent with Water Absorb. There are many Pokemon to consider getting rid of especially with the new generation, and yet another drawback to the Choice items.

I think that +1 in speed would make bad, especially with +1 in offensive stats.
