Last generation we were able to extract all the informations regarding a pokémon directly from the game, but it is not possible this time which made it much difficult to get the data we need, the only way now is to go through a series of tests to do so.
The base stats for each Pokémon that we're using right now are almost correct but it still remains that many of them are not 100% right, they are off by a few points, and while this might not sound like a big deal but as you know, in this game a single stat point can completely change the outcome of a battle especially in the Speed stat which is why we need to get stats that are completely reliable and without mistake.
We are hoping to get as many volunteers as possible in this thread (each one must have a copy of either X or Y), once we judge that enough people have offered their help in this thread we will be asking each one of them to find 99 rare candies in their game, then we will divide the list of all Pokémon available in X/Y between them including older generation pokemon(the reason for this is that Game Freak seems to have modified the base stats of quite a few pokémon from the previous generation so we need to reconfirm Every single Pokémon) then each volunteer will be tasked of finding these Pokémon in their game, each Pokémon MUST have perfect IVs in all of his stats and not have ANY EVs given to him(so don't use Pokémon you've already used in battle or super trained) and since getting one Pokémon with such IVs in all 6 stats is next to impossible, if for example one of the Pokémon you are handling is a Pikachu, it is okay to capture 6 of them with each one having ONE stat at 31 IVs(of course they need to be different stats), the level and nature do not matter, what matters is to have an example of perfect IVs for each stat.

If someone wants to help out with this, please post in this thread and specify which game you have.

How to know if your Pokémon has perfect IVs:
You need to have beaten the E4 first and then he'll appear in Kiloude City's pokecenter. He'll then list the highest stats and if he says "It cannot be better in that regard" then it means you have 31 EVs in those stats.

    Ways to get Rare Candies:
    - Using the ability Pickup
    - Have Shuckle hold Oran Berries and it will eventually become a berry juice after which it will turn into a rare candy

Easy way to find Pokémon with perfect IVs
Any pokémon found in the friend safari will have at least two of his stats at 31 IVs.

We can just get them from some websites that already calculated them imo. Serebii has the base stats now but they said that there's a plus or minus 5 mistake margin.

If you want I can put them here..

PO is using serebii's already, but that margin of error is why they need to be checked

Just to remind everyone, if no one volunteers to help out we might have to play with inaccurate base stats for months until some other community decides to take on this task and so far there isn't one.

Idk Jira, if I had a 3DS I'd gladly help, but it seems that our user base finds it hard to calculate the base stats especially with the absence with a cheating device for 3DS (I believe). So I think that it's better than we rely on other forums that are currently collecting the base stats.

This has nothing to do with the ability to calculate base stats, all we need from users is to follow the instructions that I gave in the op which is to catch a few pokemon and level them up to 100 through rare candies and then tell us what their stats(not base stats) are then, this doesn't require any cheating device or whatever, just effort and if someone did not understand something they can just ask us and we will help them.
Like I said in my previous post, as far we know there isn't any other community doing this, serebii is collecting stats that are a bit inaccurate and smogon's stats are even further away from the correct values.

There's also a problem that I can see that users don't even care about this thread. None said that they'll do their best or that they'll at least try.

Also, I don't think you can get rare candies from Shuckle anymore. Getting 99 Rare candies is impossible.

You may also like to add that the Breed center or w/e it's called is a great way to evolve until level 100, even though it'll take a LONG time.

Also, go to Battle Maison, select Multibattle. All the pokemon in there have 31 IVs in every stat. You just need to figure out their EV spread (The ones I saw were 252/252 only) and then assume a nature. Should help confirm some numbers here and there, since 50 is a good level to get more accurate stats.

If you leave a Pokemon in the Day Care Center and then go to the center of Lumiose City where the Gym is, you can run around it infinitely because of the way the game was designed. All you have to do is hold left/right in a place where you don't run into anyone. So, I just taped my D-Pad down overnight with my 3DS in the charger and woke up with 2 level 100 Pokemon. I've confirmed Mega Manectric's base Speed with this.

I think the reason nobody's volunteering to do this is because it is kind of a big job. Perfect IVs in a desired stat is time consuming enough (assuming not everyone here has a ditto friend safari), but then they saw "get 99 rare candies." Of course, with the Day Care Lumiose City trick, it's not that difficult.

Whenever I see people doing this I remember I did it while playing Sapphire on my GBA. I went to the day care to keep a pokemon then put a rock on the up button near a waterfall (that works). At the morning I found the button stuck.
