I don't think this has been mentioned, but Togekiss doesn't get Dazzling Gleam in the teambuilder, though I believe it has been confirmed to learn it.

There is a bug where Roar and Whirlwind go past Magic Bounce. In the cartridge version of the game Whirlwind and Roar are reflected by Magic Bounce.

Testing on Smogon.com has proven this to be a bug. Originally it was thought that these moves may have been changed to bypass Magic Bounce, because Roar from Pangoro was forcing Espeon and Mega Absol out. However, Pangoro has the ability Mold Breaker which ignores Magic Bounce. Magic Bounce, Roar, and Whirlwind all work together as they did in B/W, and the current Beta version does not function in this way.

Yeah I appreciate that's essentially the problem.

Sucker Punch should only work when your opponent uses an attack. Thus since it used 'protect' it should fail, and thus not make contact and drop the stats.

    {This was a response to kyucumber}

    I found a bug in version 2.2.9:

[Gengar - (Mega Evolution) -> Mega Gengar] does not remove poison spikes.

After all, Gengar is a POISON type, and posion types do remove all layers of poison spikes when they enter the ground.

The reason why Gengar and Weezing don't do that is their ability "Levitate", which makes them hover above the ground, so they do not remove poison spikes, because they do not touch the ground.

Now, if you evolve Gengar into Mega-Gengar it loses the "Levitate" ability, for that standing on the ground.
Posion types standing on ground do remove poison spikes. Mega-Gengar does not, even tho it changes from flying mode to ground contact.
And that's the bug I'd like to report. Evolving Gengar should remove the poison spikes due to the game mechanics.

(This is even featured in the sprites, where you clearly can see it stands on the ground with it's "hands")

Just a mechanical thing, not that I would suffer from that, but most of the other gen6 testers do, because I always have 1 or 2 layers of posion spikes at their ground and they most likely have Gengars, so it's rather a thing about fairness that I'm doing this.

This actually doesn't happen in game.
Toxic Spikes are removed on switch in, not evolution.

Knock Off should receive a 1.5x power boost when it hits an item off. It does not
    [secret]Start of turn 1
    The foe's Greninja used Spikes!
The foe's Greninja had its type changed to Ground!
Spikes were scattered all around the feet of Weavile's team!

    Hariyama used Knock Off!
The foe's Greninja lost 35% of its health!
Hariyama knocked off the foe's Greninja's Flying Gem!

    Start of turn 2
    The foe's Greninja used Spikes!
The foe's Greninja had its type changed to Ground!
Spikes were scattered all around the feet of Weavile's team!

    Hariyama used Knock Off!
The foe's Greninja lost 38% of its health![/secret]

Also for the record Serebii has Knock Off listed as 55 power, it is 100% 65 power (in case anyone brings that up)

Differences in the Pledge moves from gen 5.
Other than the 50 -> 80 BP change, now the typing when used in a combo only depends on the two moves used, no longer is it just the latter move used. Fire + Grass always acts as Fire, Grass + Water always acts as Grass and Water + Fire always acts as Water. In addition, the multiplier for a combo was changed from 3x to 2x.

I am using MAc version 2.2.9, and the iv spreads for hidden power appear to be different. Selecting the fire hidden power, I got 30/30/31/30/31/30, which gave me HP water.

I found a bug, I was playing with a Baton Pass team and after a couple of turns my opponent brings out a Volcarona as I Substitute (with Scolipede) on the switch-in, he Fiery Dance as I Iron Defense (a bad play on my part but everything is normal here), I baton pass to Sylveon can Calm Mind spam, after a few Calm Minds I baton pass to Vaporeon and set up a sub. Next turn he Bug Buzz, the Bug Buzz bypasses the Substitute and hits Vaporeon.

    Here's the log if interested:

This isn't a bug, sound moves (such as bug buzz) will now pass through substitutes, as will any move used by a pokemon with infiltrator as it's ability. Part of the new generation 6 mechanics.

Crystal has reported that Assist and Copycat can no longer call Roar or Whirlwind. I have tested Sleep Talk and it still works with those moves.

Me and Galblade have also tested Mat Block and Crafty Shield. Mat Block can only be used on the first turn that the Pokémon is out, like Fake Out. It has 0 priority and blocks all offensive moves used on the user's party for one turn, and will fail if the user is slower than the opponent. Crafty Shield has +3 priority and blocks all "Other" moves used on the user's party for one turn. It can be used repeatedly with no drawback, and will fail if the user is slower than the opponent.

I was battling with my Kecleon and I got turned into a Fire type by a Fire type Pokemon(I can't remember which one-- I think it was Moltres); it used Fire Blast I think. Kecleon then used Synchronoise, which only works on Pokemon that are the same type as the user. They were both Fire type at the moment, so it should have worked, but it didn't... It was like "it didn't affect the foe Moltres!" I know it should, though, because I use a Kecleon with Synchronoise in my Pokemon Y game. It works with Color Change, so...

    Just thought I'd report that.

The stats for Pumkaboo sizes are wrong. The stats that should be on the small size are on the large size and the stats on the large size should be on the small size.
    Stats - Small Size
    Base Stats - Total: 335 44/66/70/44/55/56
    PO has it as: 54/66/70/44/55/46

RBY types don't work. Immunities are in tact but everything else is neutral on everything.
Drill Peck is neutral on Rhydon
Blizzard neutral on Zapdos etc etc

I just got the gen 6 update for android and whenever I go to teambuilder and choose Arceus-Fairy the app crashes.

EDIT: This problem recurs with the Xerneas-A, Aegislash-B and I'm sure several other Formes that shouldn't be even listed.

I had a problem in my last battle with HP Ice, it decided to be regular effectiveness against a Salamence (Dragon/Flying). I've seen this before as well, someone had the same problem attacking my pokemon (Not sure if it was a Salamence or Zygarde, but both are 4x effective and did regular effective damage both times). If someone tells me how to post a log I'll put one later.

    Garchomp used Bulldoze!
    It's super effective!
The foe's Uxie lost 52% of its health!
    The foe's Uxie's Speed fell!

This is in Inverted Battle. Abilities such as levitate should take full effect as normal.
Water Absorb and Motor Drive work so I assume those kinds of abilities are working normally, just Levitate isn't

ALSO my Shock Wave hit a Barboach for SE, Barboach is Water/Ground it should be neutral
