    ==General==
    Dratini is one of the cutest Pokemon in the little cup, as well as one of the most dangerous. Dragon typing in LC provides many common resistances and an excellent offensive STAB. Dratini caries much more coverage than most other dragon types such as {{5glc|Axew}}, and is the only dragon with ExtremeSpeed. Dratini is sadly weighed down by its subpar base 11 defenses on a neutral nature, but this can be patched up using an eviolite. It also suffers from having a low attacking stat with a base of 12 on a neutral nature. Don’t let its cons outweigh its pros, Dratini is a force to be reckoned with in the little cup and should always be considered when making a team.

    ==Dragon Dance==
    {{set
    |name=
    |pkmn=Dratini
    |item=Life Orb
    |item2=Eviolite
    |ability=Shed Skin
    |nature=Adamant
    |nature2=Jolly
    |ev=28 HP/ 244 Atk / 36 SAtk / 196 Spd
    |ev2=28 HP / 4 Atk / 236 Def / 196 SDef / 36 Spd
    |move1=Dragon Dance
    |move2=Outrage
    |move3=ExtremeSpeed
    |move4=Fire Blast
    |move42=Rest
    }}
    Dratini is somewhat of a one trick pony. Its only viable set is dragon dance, and boy is it good at it. Dratini can set up a free dragon dance on many common threats such as {{5glc|Chinchou}} and {{5glc|Maggnemite}}. Fire blast 3HKOs {{5glc|Bronzor}} and destroys {{5glc|Ferroseed}} so Dratini isn’t walled by either. Dratini is among the few Pokemon of the little cup to have been blessed with the mighty extremespeed, and as such is one of a few Pokemon that can stop a {{5glc|Riolu}} shuffle. Dragon typing provides Dratini with useful resistances to many common typing’s such as electric grass and water. Outrage is Dratini’s main method of steamrolling an opponent, and is nearly impossible to stop without a steel type or priority. Dratini can abuse rest and shed skin over fire blast as a method of semi reliable recovery.

    Dratini becomes very difficult to check after two dragon dances, because even a timid scarf {{5glc|Misdreavus}} will speed tie the adamant offensive variant. Other common scarfers can be handled by extreme speed, while those that cant such as {{5glc|Magnemite}} fear a fire blast. Extreme speed also allows Dratini to take down sucker punch users before they can sucker punch, thus stopping the most common way to stop a sweep. Outrage wrecks. At +2 Dratini's outrage is capable of OHKOing every offensive Pokémon in the meta game and some defensive ones such as bulky {{5glc|Misdreavus}}. Dratini is one of the hardest Pokémon to set up, but it is among the hardest to stop.

    ===Other Options===
    Dratini can run a Hasty nature on the offensive variant for more speed. It can also run Naughty/Lonely to get more power out of Fire Blast, but since Fire Blast is only used to hit steels and Snover, it does not really need the defense drop.
    ===Checks and Counters===
    *Heatproof Bronzor
    *Porygon to some degree
    *Timburr to some degree
    ===Synergy===
    * Anything that doesn't like a wall

    ==Dragon Dance==
    {{set
    |name=
    |pkmn=Dratini
    |item=Eviolite
    |ability=Marvel Scale
    |nature=Adamant
    |nature2=Jolly
    |ev=EVs: 28 HP / 4 Atk / 236 Def / 196 SDef / 36 Spd
    |ev2=36 HP / 164 Atk / 76 Def / 196 SDef / 36 Spd
    |move1=Dragon Dance
    |move2=Outrage
    |move3=Sleep Talk
    |move4=Rest
    }}

    *Marvel Scale lets it wall any physical attacker just about
    *It can run lower defense investment b/c marvel scale
    *Can have excelent 21/21/21 defenses
    *Breaks most if not all walls
    *Can somewhat check Yanma
    *Great defensive typing

    ===Other Options===
    *Adamant for more power
    *EVs: 28 HP / 244 Atk / 196 SDef / 36 Spd Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk) for the most power and bulk at the cost of some speed
    ===Checks and Counters===
    *Scarfers that can OHKO it before it sets up, Such as Snover and Smoochum
    *Priorty users, especially fake out users such as Croakgunk and Meowth

    Looking at this I feel like it was written by a nub

    You've mentioned "Abra takes down priority users", that only applies if Abra comes in on no attack and OHKOs the Pokémon, Abra is fast and frail, priority users are a problem for it too.
    Dratini doesn't hate priority users really, it has ample bulk to survive most priority, especially with Eviolite, also Espeed makes it able to KO a number of priority users if they're weakened.
    "The bane of Dratini is {{5glc|Snover}}. Its scarf set will always beat a Dratini that did not set up enough dragon dances to OHKO it with extremespeed." If Dratini set up even one DDance it outspeeds Snover. The Eviolite set will be able to tank an Ice Shard and the LO set might be able to.
    Dratini with Fire Blast doesn't really have any counters. Ferroseed is the closest to a "counter" non Fire Blast sets have. I would mention that many bulky Pokémon will live a +1 Outrage and can threaten it. Stuff like Defensive Turtle and Porygon especially.
    Move names should have capitals by the way.

    Wheres the rest talk set? That set can abuse it`s typing and set up on a lot of things. If you need it I`ll edit this post.

    Yeah gonna agree with Artemisa here on the RestTalk boosting set. Although its unreliable at times (Needs to rely on Sleep Talk to use Outrage in a pinch) its really great. Coupled with an amazing typing and great bulk (even more with Marvel Scale) it can get multiple boosts since most of its defensive check can't beat it. I.e. Bronzor can only watch as Dratini sets up on it. Maybe split the two sets one eviolite and one life orb since they both play completely different. For OO add Status moves like Thunder Wave as well as moves like Dragon Tail. Mention a full special set in OO since it has a pretty wide movepool, moves like Fire Blast, Thunder, Ice Beam, Surf, Draco Meteor, etc. Mention Agility too, its pretty viable as well as CB dratini. Thats all for now, I'll continue tonight with C&C

    ATM I don't have enough time on my hands to fix this, let alone write a new section on the rest talk set. I would really appreciate it if you could write the rest talk set Arte. I can try to get the fixes done asap.

    Naughty should go with Fire Blast, not Adamant.

    I have a rough outline up for sleep talk. Tell me what you think and what I need to add.
