Flash when passed in Hangman

    Title says it all really.
    I've noticed quite a lot when someone who was playing in the previous game and is passed rights by the winner of the previous game, occasionally that person will switch tabs or whatever and wont realise they've been passed rights, leaving people waiting for a new game to be started, unsure whether the person with rights is conjuring up a word, or simply is unaware that they have the rights.

    So, if the ./pass command could also flash whoever recieves rights, i think this will be beneficial to Hangman so games flow a lot more smoother and there is less uncertainty over if the person is starting a game or not. (It also saves having to manually flash the user every time)

    This problem is because you two are using Crystal's client scripts. They don't make most bot sent messages with usernames flash. This should be the case with this.
