    ==General==:
    *Roselia is the best defensive Spiker in the tier, tied with Crustle, which fulfills a completely different role.
    *Roselia has access to instant recovery with 2 moves in it's arsenal to do so: Synthesis, and Rest.
    *Roselia has Natural Cure to be potential status fodder, and also use Rest effectively.
    *With Eviolite, Roselia's decent 80 Spec Def becomes quite high, enabling it to wall top threats. namely Specs Sceptile, and Tangrowth.
    *Roselia is horrible at escaping Pursuit from the likes of Spiritomb.
    *Most Physical Attacks from heavily armed attackers will 2HKO or OHKO Roselia due to her horrible defense.
    *Hardly any offensive presence - Set-Up Fodder.
    *Immune to Toxic, and Toxic Spikes.

    ==Utility==:
    (Roselia) (M) @ Eviolite
    Trait: Natural Cure
    EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SDef
    Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)
    - Spikes
    - Giga Drain
    - Sludge Bomb/Hidden Power [Fire]
    - Rest/Synthesis

    Set Comments:
    *This is the one, and only viable set for Roselia.
    *This set utilizes Roselia's one, and only strong point - Defense.
    *Usually frightening Special Attackers such as Rotom-C, Galvantula, Lilligant, Omastar (To an extent), Accelgor, and Rotom are all walled by this thing.
    *Trick absolutely ends it.
    *Roselia gets a lot of forced switches on Choiced Special Attackers, and usually can get one or even two layers of Spikes, depending on the situation.
    *Giga Drain is extremely important; hitting Bulky Waters, but also regaining HP which is extremely valuable as it cannot carry Leftovers.
    *Roselia beats most of the tiers spinners, Hitmonchan with Ice Punch being an exception.
    *Sludge Bomb is vital, as it literally hits the abundance of Grass Types that Giga Drain can't touch.
    *Roselia is immune to Toxic Spikes, and can also take them away.
    *Synthesis can be used to restore Health, but Rest is preferred as it can make a combo with Natural Cure to restore all it's health upon switching out.

    ==Other Options==:

    *A Specs set could be used, but due to Roselia's weak offensive presence, it is hardly viable.
    *Aromatherapy could be used if not running Heal Bell; just replace one of the attacks.
    *GrassWhistle could be used to out foes to sleep, but it's extremely inaccurate.
    *A SubSeed set could be used, but Roselia is way too slow to pull it off.
    *Toxic Spikes could be used since Nidoqueen is gone, but what would you replace it for? It is still viable, don't get me wrong. This move deserves a strong mention, as since Nidoqueen is gone, stall prevails. Stall, as you might know, is very effective with Toxic Spikes
    *Roselia gets access to Rain Dance and Sunny Day to set up weather, but other Pokemon outclass it in that regard, and niche.
    *Sleep Powder can be used to put foes to sleep.

    ==Synergy==:

    Poliwrath
    Spiritomb
    Clefable
    Lanturn
    Steelix
    Druddigon

    -These are a few examples of Pokemon Roselia needs to shine, as it needs the right support to do it's job properly.

    ==Checks And Counters==:
    *Entei, E Belt Magmortar, Typhlosion, and any other Fire-Types can force it out extremely easily.
    *Sigilyth absolutely walls it, and makes it useless; the Sludge Bomb poison damage doing nothing, and resisting Giga Drain.
    *Gallade can set up on it with ease with Sub BU.
    *Any Psychic type can win 1v1 against it.
    *Spiritomb can trap, and 2HKO easily with a pursuit swap.
    *Bisharp sets up on it with ridiculous ease.
    *All Steels beat Rose 1v1.
    *Braviary can set up in it's face.
    *Trick ruins Rose.

    k bye

    You could probably extend that Bisharp mention to 'just about any Steel-type'. Aggron, Klinklang, Escavalier, etc all fuck Roselia up. (Though Aggron won't like repeated Giga Drains, I will admit).

    I'd mention a synergy section in the set comments; Roselia is one of those Pokemon that should be run with a very specific set of teammates, like Poliwrath, Spiritomb (or another ghost), and Steelix.

    Metion trick in Checks and counters, since it ruins Rose.

    Steel Types in general wall it pretty wall.
    Flying types like Braviary are huge threats.
    Mention set-up fodder in a way.

    I'm bumping this thread, as it's not getting updates, and I've fixed the problems I was assigned to.

    You don't need qc approval to start writing an article. Sometimes we like to take our time to approve something. Sometimes we are lazy.

    I need to take another look at this when I come back from vacation, though feel free to write something up in a notepad file or something.

    Eh, I would like to see something regarding Toxic Spikes + Sleep Powder on the same set, it works pretty well now that stall is good again. Mention HP Fire as a gimmick maybe?

    I think Toxic Spikes should get a slash onto the main set. Toxic Spikes are insanely good in LU atm, especially on heavy stall, given Nidoqueen and Qwilfish are both gone from the tier. If you don't need a recovery move for Roselia, then you can slap on Toxic Spikes to make life hard for a lot of bulky Pokemon as steadily strengthening damage will take its toll on the opposing team.

    Also mention Alomomola as a teammate for Roselia. Alomomola may be NU, but it's a really good choice to pass massive Wishes to Roselia while walling most things that counter Roselia. It also has the bonus of attracting the Pokemon that Roselia walls, namely Galvantula and Sceptile.

    Roselia isn't actually that weak, since 100 Special Attack is pretty good, the problem that makes Specs a not-so good idea is that Roselia is very dependent on Eviolite to be the excellent defensive spiker it is. Do mention an offensive set is certainly a possibility since Roselia's Special Attack is passable, and it has Rest+Natural Cure to heal off damage.

    If Spiritomb is not desirable for a certain team that Roselia is being used on, Dusclops is also feasible. I mean, Dusclops isn't extraordinary, but it's plausible for its ability to spinblock against Cryogonal and to a lesser extent Kabutops, and it also takes on Escavalier rather well. From my playtesting experiences with Rose, I've found Dusclops to be a viable teammate, honestly.

    Escavalier may also be useful as a teammate to scare away Mesprit and Uxie, too.

    The defensive set should definitely be running 24 Speed to outrun Offensive Tangrowth and avoid getting hit by Sleep Powder and being worn down. Other than that it's fine and will get my approval
