though in QR:W3, it is listed correctly as blingas playing for West's RBY slot, on Brazil's and Eurasia's IDS's, it has my name listed in playing RBY for west.

You expect Saammyy in our timezone to stay on past 1 when he has exams? You're pretty much contradicting yourself as you think its okay for you to come on whenever and players in our timezone and for him to wait for you. Okay great logic, ignorant post.

It's not my fault they can't stay up to a whatever time due to the time difference, it would would have been much easier if you just gave 10 minutes of your time earlier just to play one simple game before Saammyy went to sleep.

Just got home and deadline is nearly up, will sort out everything after dinner. Be on the look for the results!

I'm just locking this now since I doubt any battles will be done, and I'll be back later.

I'm also going to post my activity decision here since there are a lot and are important. I am quite disappointed at the lack of commitment here and 3 days should be enough for one extra game. If you have any evidence that proves your player deserves the win PM me, otherwise don't bother just to rehash what they posted or try make up excuses. Also if you failed to VM / PM it is unlikely you'll get the win. Bold = Win, nothing = Dead

Saammyy vs. Nikitas - Michael failed to respond to his VM and was never certain when to meet him, sub was very late so activity to Nikitas.

Saammyy vs. Razdoom - Orginally was Michael vs Shelder, both exchanged times but no battle was done. Allala then subbed and no contact was made. Both were subbed out to these two on the last few days, no contact and both quite busy. Very unfair to give an activity win to either of them.

MagicMonkey vs. Fakes - Actively online, Fakes has been on forums but done nothing

MagicMonkey vs. Stone_Cold22 - Both had activity throughout the week, but no specific contact between them to get the match done

Stone_Cold22 vs. Fakes - Zero contact, Fakes also didn't bother while being on forums too, Stone made next to none effort to actively try and get it done like above.

    Stone_Cold22 vs. ant - Same

    Fakes vs. ant - Same

Allala vs. Dual Blades Kirito - Dual contacted BOTH of the previous subs and got no reply and even tried to play Allala but it was too late

Jørgen vs. Ununoctium (aka Forum Name) - Been online alot and didn't see Unun, who said he was okay with the times.

Sword of Seals vs. Raichy - Failure to reply to VM and no active posts

Sword of Seals vs. Davidness - Same

Sword of Seals vs. Bryce Loski - Replied to VM but not with his time only for his IRC username, if there was any contact after that I'd like to see the evidence, right now I'm giving win to Bryce since he was more active.

Bryce Loski vs. Davidness - Organised time, and it seems Loski didn't show and Davidness has been very active the last few days to get his matches done.

Kennen vs Metal Sonic - Both had exchanged times and had their issues due to timezones, Kennen stated he could play Saturday and Sunday but no match was done. He also stated his difficulties with weekdays and MS also tried to compromise but to no avail.

Reik vs hot sexy available - Zero contact made between players, Reik also didn't for his previous opponent.

Pako. vs george orwell - No reply, Pako. was very active

    Pako. vs xtrashine - Same

'SasukeNF vs. george orwell - Had to contact on Smogon, george didn't even know what tier or anything about it, tried to battle but couldn't. Sas get's win due to being active all week.

    'SasukeNF vs xtrashine - Same

george orwell vs. xtrashine - Apparently they made contact, until I see the evidence this is a dead game

autumn leaves vs. M Dragon - autumn hasn't been on since the 4th, if any contact was made outside of this I can't see it either, and although no contact was made on PO (it would be useless anyway) going with the more active player.

autumn leaves vs. Elmanzano - Same

autumn leaves vs. Analog - Same

BIG BAD BLINGAS vs. Frz - Nothing from both players

BIG BAD BLINGAS vs. mibuchiha - No reply from VM, mib has also been on and apparently so has BBB but means nothing if mib doesn't know went to be on

BIG BAD BLINGAS vs. Oldnite - No reply from VM which had Old PO nick on it, if BBB replied with his info they could've got it done

Frz vs. mibuchiha - No reply from VM, both fairly active but means nothing if mib doesn't know went to be on.

Echelon vs. Luck>Skill - Echelon last minute sub, Luck also a sub. Simba contacted original player but got no reply. Luck was subbed and both failed to contact each other.

Decision Makers vs. ShinyFluttershy - Shiny a last minute sub. Original player Miless and DM had contact and times set up but both failed to meet.

Alexander. vs. Atoni - Lot's of exchanges of VMs, and timezone issues are problems here and both were fairly active throughout the week

Iconic vs. Green Eyed Russian - One very vague VM exchange between Iconic and previous player Kentucky Kid, then GER subbed in and Iconic hasn't been online the forums or server (which GER is on alot).

Hikari vs. Novaray - No reply from VM, didn't seem to try hard to find him either

Hikari vs. [sky]kael - Saw some better logs and they arranged two times and no battles took place, Hikari proving that he was on at those times and I personally was on at around those times and saw Hikari on a lot.

Joshe vs. Rusl - VM's exchanged, after that nothing much from with either player

Since the usual Spreadsheet point system isn't working for this round, due to the change I have to do the points a different and longer way, but the final results will be up in around an hour.

I have the results: Bold means they qualify for Play Offs. I'll ask someone to review this but I don't think there is a problem with these points.

It was a clash between UKI and USW for the play off with both starting off at 100 this week. UKI performed very well and gained 33 points, while USA thanks to three players who didn't complete a match crashed out, only earning 15 points.

United Kingdom and Ireland - 133
    (USA) West - 115
    Italy - 154

    ----

It was too much of a gap for EU to try catch up, but they still played their best and ended on 107. Both LA and USC battled hard and LA came out on top.

    European Union - 107
    Latin America - 153
    (USA) Central - 142

    ----

APC needed a very strong finish in order to qualify , though they only managed to collect 24 points due to some inactive players and tough competition. USE and BRA eneded neck and neck with 154 and 155 respectively.

    (USA) East - 154
    Asia-Pacific - 125
    Brazil - 155

    ----

Like EU, EUA faced a tough round and played their best to end on 107 points. Spain did very well to earn 31 which allowed them to take over Canada on 148 and 135.

    Eurasia - 107
    Spain - 148
    Canada - 135

Captains of the Play Off teams, please read the Format of the Championship stage in the Format thread and I will also be sending you each a PM with further details and an easier understanding.
