    Wifi NU -> Wifi NEU
    Munchlax
    Rotom-F
    Torterra

    Wifi NEU -> Wifi NU
    Cacturne
    Electivire
    Garbodor
    Glaceon
    Kangaskhan
    Simipour

    NEU loses a lot of good Pokemon, but gains some very powerful ones in return. Notably, most of the good spike users in NEU are gone.

    Discuss the new tier and say anything that might be suspectable.

    Munchlax - what.happened.to.this.thing?
    Rotom-F - will fit the tier nicely, a good replacement for Glaceon.
    Torterra - Another reliable SR user and can use Choice Band too. I can't say it will be broke though.

    Wifi NEU -> Wifi NU
    Cacturne - Good spiker but it needs to face Roselia and Garbodor for team spot in NU.
    Electivire - Getting the usage it deserves. :3
    Garbodor - ^
    Glaceon - Choice Specs Ice Beam is really scary, 2HKOs Lickilicky and Physically defensive Alomomola.
    Kangaskhan - see Electivire.
    Simipour - ^

    Rock Polish Torterra is going to wreck the metagame.
    Don't know how Articuno is still NEU...
    Also, surprised Cacturne and Garbador are both gone - I get that Garbador but...not Cacturne so much.
    And Munchlax just dropped off the face of the earth :/

    It was a very good Pokemon though. Earthquake, Wood Hammer, and Stone Edge gave it fantastic coverage. With Piloswine in NU (iirc), it no longer fears Ice Shard that much.

    Rotom-F is a neat addition and replacement for Glaceon, thanks to its STAB BoltBeam, immunity to Spikes, and access to Volt Switch. Sadly, the Stealth Rock weakness is undesirable in a tier where spinners are scarce.

    Adding to the last statement, less Spike users means the tier will be more "balanced" (Spikes was brought up by a potential suspect, and it was concluded that Roselia itself was the problem. Seeing Cacturne and Garbordor go is a sight of relief).

    No comments on Munchlax. It's... surprising.

    Munchlax dropped due to the very offensive nature of NU and the fact that it stops all momentum. It will be a very potent wall in NEU but i don't think it will be broken. Torterra is an incredibly strong mon and can very possibly break the tier, although it came alongside Rotom-F which is a nice check. Speaking of Rotom-F, it is incredibly strong. Its nice coverage and strong stats make it very hard to stop. Camerupt is a great counter to it, however. Enjoying the tier a lot lately. Recently have been using Parasect - hard counters Quagsire.

    ...I should really get into NEU, considering that half the things I've written analyses for are NU 'mons. xD

    The fact that Hippo + Stoutland is allowed in NEU should be looked at.
    Not that either of them is broken by themselves, but the combination of the two clearly is (it was deemed broken in UU, so obviously it would be in NEU!)
    I say we just ban Sand Stream (like UU, LU, and NU has.)
    Not that I'm going to post a long / detailed arguement as I barely ever play the tier, but hopefully the playerbase / tier leaders can look into this issue.

    While I'm not leader of anything any more, I've spoken with Finch about this. Sand Stream is banned in NEU by virtue of it being banned in UU and below, so this is a tiering error rather than a matter of suspect discussion. I've made a post in staff areas to get it banned asap.

    apparently Rampardos, Mandibuzz, Damp Rock and Victreebel have been allowed in the tier too. someone's done a major fuck up on NEU. i'm addressing it.
