I'm extremely curious as to why Lugia is used so much in this meta. It's defensive set is not anywhere near as useful to warrant that much usage! Anyway besides that these stats seem pretty normal, I'm glad to see Kyurem-W at relatively low usage and hopefully people have figured out that it's not that great.
WTF?! Reshiram 4.71114 13911 Are unresisted STABs, sky high special attack and usable physical attack, a move with 292 base power in sun and good bulk not good enough for you? Seriously, more people should use Reshiram. The Tailwind set in particular is great at clearing up late game. And yet Forretress, a Pokemon useless outside of hazard stacking/rapid spinning is in the top 10. Honestly, what is wrong with the tier?
its to be expected actually 1) ud only ever use reshi on a sun team, which ud only see a quarter of the time 2) its got stuff like kyu w to compete with, who functions similarly, but has higher spa, speed and is less heavily affected by weather ho oh is another sun abuser u might consider over reshi as it has *cbf listing all its traits* and while they arent quite different, sometimes u only have a single slot to work with this made me chuckle quite a bit u make it sound like thats not a significant role at all
I wish it wasn't. I'm fucking sick of teams hazard stacking and continuously using Roar/Dragon Tail. That and Smashpass are 2 strategies that need to die.
A shame to see Hippowdon so low, Sand Stall is still really good even with Kyurem-W out. Great to see Latios just a little behind Latias though, it's really fun to use as a Kyogre check and provides more offensive pressure than its sister. Nice to see Forry holding up, Ferrothorn can go die in a hole though. I'd like to see Hippowdon in the top 25 by the end of the month, that would be pretty cool.
Are you trolling? Reshiram dies in 4 hits to Stealth Rock, which is a staple on every uber team. Not to mention, rain makes him useless. Forretress checks CM Arceus Ghost, one of the largest threats in the metagame. What does Reshiram do besides sweep unprepared, low level players? The answer is...nothing!
You've got to be kidding me. It can OHKO the vast majority of ubers and 2HKO the very few things that aren't OHKO'd. It can do monstrous thing like OHKOing Skarmory and Forretress through Sturdy, and Lugia through Multiscale. It has 95 base speed, which means it is guaranteed to outspeed at least 2 or 3 pokemon in every opposing team because 90 base speed ubers are so common. It has low usage because, honestly, PO is dead compared to PS and people run the same things all the time so anti-meta pokemon (which Kyurem-W is) aren't as needed. This is also why PO allowed Kyu-B to drop to UU, which is just insane. On PS it is much more appreciated because of its anti-metagame talents.
I'm not trolling. I leave that to pros like you. There is such a move as Rapid Spin, perhaps you've heard of it? What does Reshiram do besides sweep low level players? Wallbreak (Specs and Life Orb), revenge kill (Scarf), it can even break stall to a lesser degree with its SubRoost set, although I think Dark Arceus is a better stallbreaker. More specific stuff? Remove all of Uber's bulky steels on its own, remove Skarmory, Lugia, Giratina-O and Grass Arceus so Rock Polish Groudon can sweep, get Giratina(O) out of the way so Blaziken can sweep, lure in and take out Ho-Oh with a mixed set. In the right hands, it's a great Pokemon. Although unlike stuff like Extremekiller Arceus (way overrated, but I can't be bothered to go there again) it takes skill to use, therefore a lot of people pass it up. Forretress checks CM Ghost Arceus...um no it doesn't. It's set up fodder. And a +2 Focus Blast cleanly 2HKOs it anyway, so how does it check it? A +1 2HKOs after Stealth Rock and a layer of Spikes. 4SpAtk Spooky Plate +2 Multitype Arceus (Neutral) Focus Blast vs 252HP/252SpDef Leftovers Sturdy Forretress (+SpDef): 55% - 66% (198 - 234 HP). Guaranteed 2HKO. That's if it's running the defensive spread. The offensive spread 2HKOs at +1 252SpAtk Spooky Plate +1 Multitype Arceus (Neutral) Focus Blast vs 252HP/252SpDef Leftovers Sturdy Forretress (+SpDef): 51% - 60% (182 - 215 HP). Guaranteed 2HKO.
# 53 - Charizard (2.65 %) Lol. ''The first 1200 in Wifi ubers are 12 year old's using Charizard, in rain'' My friend may be right.
Despite Kyogre's popularity, I still haven't met a single person who can play Kyogre well. Such potential, but no good strategies...
