Today, I present to you my best LCU team. For those who are asking what's LCU, it's Little Cup Ubers. A metagame where Scyther, Sneasel, Yanma, Murkrow, Clamperl with DST/DSC, Tangela, Misdreavus, and Meditite are allowed. Here's a link for a guide(it's outdated though): http://s1.zetaboards.com/The_Little_Cup_Forum/topic/843929/1/

This team won me a lot of tourneys and got me n°1 on the ladder with like 1147 CRE. I think people should play this tier a little more cause it's fun.

Importable:

[secret]
Ozma (Phanpy) (M) @ Berry Juice
Trait: Pickup
EVs: 196 HP / 116 Atk / 196 Def
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Rapid Spin
- Stealth Rock
- Ice Shard
- Head Smash

Luck>Skill (Scyther) (M) @ Life Orb
Trait: Technician
EVs: 196 Atk / 36 Def / 236 Spd / 36 SDef
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Agility
- Aerial Ace
- Bug Bite
- Quick Attack

Weavilewinz (Sneasel) (M) @ Life Orb
Trait: Inner Focus
EVs: 236 Atk / 236 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Ice Shard
- Brick Break
- Bite
- Swords Dance

Slipperjeans (Meditite) (M) @ Life Orb
Trait: Pure Power
EVs: 196 Atk / 76 Def / 236 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Fake Out
- Brick Break
- Bullet Punch
- Ice Punch

Pearl (Misdreavus) (F) @ Berry Juice
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 196 HP / 36 Atk / 196 Def / 76 SAtk
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Thunderbolt
- Will-O-Wisp
- Shadow Ball
- Shadow Sneak

Gold (Squirtle) (M) @ Berry Juice
Trait: Torrent
EVs: 244 HP / 132 Atk / 12 Spd / 76 SDef
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Aqua Jet
- Brick Break
- Rapid Spin
- Ice Punch
[/secret]

In-depth stuff:

Ozma [IMG]
Phanphy ([IMG]) @ Berry Juice
Pickup | Impish
196 Hp/116 Atk/196 Def
- Earthquake
- Stealth Rock
- Ice Shard
- Head Smash

I originally had a Bronzor as my lead, but after some tests, I replaced him by this cute Phanpy.
Phanphy is very important on this team and for good reasons. First, he’s my SR user. SR are VERY important in LCU, because most Little Ubers are extremely weak to SR. He’s a great physical wall and gives my team an important resistance to Rock-type attacks. It is also great partner for Scyther and Sneasel, and checks a lot of common threats.

Luck>Skill [IMG]
Scyther ([IMG]) @ Life Orb
Technician | Jolly
196 Atk / 36 Def / 236 Spe / 36 SpDef
- Agility
- Arial Ace
- Bug Bite
- Quick Attack

Agility Scyther is the pokemon I built the team around, along Sneasel. I can safely say he’s the MVP of the team. Seriously, this thing is so broken due to its excellent natural bulk and high offensive base stats. Once it uses Agility, it is able to sweep though the opponent's team easily with its two STAB moves, unless my opponent has a solid check. Quick Attack is for priority.

Weavilewinz [IMG]
Sneasel ([IMG]) @ Life Orb
Inner Focus | Jolly
EVs: 236 Atk / 236 Spe
- Swords Dance
- Bite
- Brick Break
- Ice Shard

My second sweeper and wallbreaker. Sneasel has a good synergy with Scyther. Named after Weavilewinz for obvious reasons.
Not much to say about him. After the SRs are removed, he tries to set up a Swords Dance and pummels the foe.
Bite is the strongest Dark-type move he learns, Brick Break hurts Munchlax and Porygon, both common in LCU. Ice Shard will hit Gligar for an OHKO.

Slipperjeans [IMG]
Meditite ([IMG]) @ Life Orb
Pure Power| Adamant
EVs: 196 Atk / 76 Def / 236 Spd
- Fake Out
- Drain Punch
- Ice Punch
- Bullet Punch

Meditite is the revenge killer of the team. His massive attack is the reason that made him join Tangela and company in the forbbiden land of Ubers. Fake Out+Bullet Punch combination will usually finish off any weakened pokemon. I had Brick Break before, but now I run Drain Punch because it gives Meditite a way to recover health. Ice Punch hits Gligar and Flying-types super effectively.

Pearl [IMG]
Misdreavus ([IMG]) @ Berry Juice
Levitate | Bold
EVs: 196 HP / 36 Atk / 196 Def / 76 SpAtk
- Shadow Ball
- Shadow Sneak
- Will-o-Wisp
- Thunderbolt

Missy is amazing. She is the best spin blocker in the tier, completely outclassing Duskull. With this EV spread, she tanks hits very well and cripples physical attackers with Will-o-Wisp. Even a Bite from Sneasel won't do more than 56% to her. I run Shadow Sneak to revenge kill opposing Misdreavus with offensive spreads. Thunderbolt is for striking the common Flying-types such as Yanma.

Gold [IMG]
Squirtle ([IMG]) @ Berry Juice
Torrent | Impish
EVs: 244 HP / 132 Atk / 12 Spd / 76 SDef
- Brick Break
- Aqua Jet
- Ice Punch
- Rapid Spin

Surely, people are wondering what the hell is this turtle doing here. Listen up: Squirtle is a very crucial to this team. It spins away rocks for my two sweepers and has the ability to check a lot of dangerous pokémon such as Murkrow with Ice Punch+Aqua Jet. With Brick Break, it is also able to destroy the screens Bronzor might set up. Squirtle also provides useful resistances to Steel- and Fire-types. Plus it's cute as hell!!!!

A final look at the team:

Threat list!!!

Murkrow [IMG] - Substitute variants are by far and away the biggest ennemies of this team.

Tangela [IMG] - Chlorophyll sweeper gives me a hard time. Some Solarbeam/HP Fire/Synthesis set makes quick work of my team. My only hope is Misdreavus.

Chinchou [IMG] - Agility Chinchou can hurt my team badly, especially if it holds a Berry Juice. Parafusion sets are also quite annoying.

I really like this team 2 things I might suggest though are:

Elekid

Life orb, jolly, Static, 252 Atk ,236 speed
~ Thunder Punch
~ Cross Chop / Low Kick / Brick Break
~ Ice Punch
~ Quick Attack
This easily out speeds Murkrow and also hit hard on other Various threats.
Overall though this team looks quite solid Tangela can do some serious damage to this team though. If you don't run into any sunny day teams scyther should be able to take it out no problem. I don't play LC as much as I used to anymore so I can't give a full review on this team but this is what I think elekid would take care of the murkrow problem.

What!? I tought Berry Juice was banned! Just checked and it is on Beta Server.
Also I'll point the obvious that some of your images are broken (you swapped [/img] and around on Meditie and forgot to close the /img on Misdreavus.)
And these male/female images are ugly :(

Now to the team.

If Phanphy's Earthquake is not being useful, why don't you try using Rapid Spin with him instead? This way you could either have two reliable spinners or use something like Fake Out on Squirtle (Fake Out + Aqua Jet rocks).

Ran some calcs and an opposing Misdreavus with neutral max SpA does 20-26 damage to your own, which has 25HP. If it is +SpA, it will do 24-30, which is a sure KO after Rocks (you lose 3HP to rocks) and a good chance if they aren't on the field. Therefore, it probably can't revenge opposing Misdreavus that well even if she damages for 20-26 on 0/0 Misdreavus, which has 22 HP, as you will be hit first.

Meditite can be a beast because of his decent defenses, so if you give him Drain Punch instead of Brick Break he will become far more durable. And thanks for naming it after me :D
But we're testing the Berry Juice. It doesn't heal 30 HP as it seems and it's not that broken. >_>

Alright thanks for the rates:

@Hera: This is LCU and not LC. Read my intro, I'm not sure if Elekid does well in LCU. LO Sucker Punch from Murkrow certainly OHKOes it.

@Slipperjeans: Thanks, it looks so much better :]

For the Berry Juice, we're testing; It doesn't heal 30 HP as it seems and that's not broken. Btw, Phanpy does not get Rapid Spin. Earthquake is still good against Meditite in midgame, Lead Cranidos (0 IV speed), Diglett ect...

I can still burn Sneasel on the switch. Yeah, I did an error in my calc as it seems, thanks. But don't forget that after taking the Bite, Berry Juice will restaure the HP lost.

I prefer Brick Break because of Bronzor. Breaking his screens is still a good thing. I'll test Drain Punch, regaining health is always nice.

Haha I didn't know you liked Meditite. ^_^

Consider SD/Agility Scyther with Berry Juice, it does not hit as hard before you get a SD but if you can bring it in against anything that can't KO you after something faints you will almost always get both up and do huge damage to anything. The only problem is them switching to something that can OHKO you and you can't OHKO back, but you have that problem with pure agility anyway and lack power to OHKO near anything.

As you've noted, you're really Tangela weak.. and it's a bit of a hard one to solve. You can wear it down with priority which you have a lot of, but Tang has great defense so unless you hit it hard as it sets up or almost all your priority users are still around you're in real trouble (though smart switching is nice, Scyther into SolarBeam, Squirtle into HP Fire, Phanphy into AncientPower. very risky though.). And if it runs Juice and gets an ally to set up Sunny Day, you're pretty much dead. Just don't hold up the pressure and give them any free turns is the best advise I can give, unless you can replace one of your Pokemon with Munchlax or another dedicated special wall.
