..Then maybe no one else is using find battle in your tier? Also try changing around some of the find battle settings. Like turn off force rated.
Im in Beta Server, playing OU. And I set all battle settings off. Nothing. Edit: I guess this silence means there is no answer?
Do you have the thing on that says "only battle player with a max rating difference of...." on? or are you just a really high/low rating yourself?
I don't have it on at all. Also, what happens when you load a team? Does the page change at all? Edit: This is really getting annoying. Ima lay out the basics: Im using Beta Server I have no "only battle player" thing turned on. My challenges are either getting ignored, or they don't work. Find Battle is not working. I cannot use the chat. If something is supposed to happen after I load my team, it doesn't work. The page remains the same. Also, what is the "Register" button supposed to do? With this infomation, can someone please tell me anything? Edit 2: With a lack of answers, im going to assume there is no fix?
Just make a standard neqw team, in 1V1 or OU, that is valid, find battle with everything unchecked, and ou hsouldn't have problems. That's all.
Just a question. Can you make regular battles? If you can, and you can't find battle, then god hates you =/
What happens when you challenge someone directly? Does a message display in the main chat saying, for example, that you don't have moves on your pokémons? Do you have sounds enabled? If yes, disable them.
Are you properly connecting to the server? can you see other people chatting? can you see the player list? from what I can see, it sounds like you're not connecting at all. maybe take a screenshot of your server screen?
Then it's a general firewall or windows problem. For some people the problem solved itself after a few days. Can't help more.
K, i'll take down my Firewall and see if that helps. Thanks for trying to help. Edit: No, that didn't work. Question: What does Register do?
If you really don't want to use shoddy there's still a way. Download Virtualbox. Download the Windows XP iso from somewhere or get a windows XP disc (you can do it with Windows Vista too if you want). Install Windows XP in Virtual Box. Launch Virtual Box, and play PO in it. But beware, Virtualbox will take a few GB of hard drive, because it "installs" windows XP somewhere, though there should be no significant speed decrease.
I don't understand. I downloaded Virtualbox Oracle VM, Windows XP ISO (Which is apperently Roxio DE), and im at a loss as what to do.
