    One of the problems I remember from this theme is the one I posted on this thread: If you receive a "someone splashed you" message, anyone who dies before that message is 100% guaranteed to have distracted a Gyarados. This is a problem because it makes it harder for Gyarados to say they simply got framed, which is one of the main weapons they have.

    A possible way to solve that would be to remove the distract.ChangeTarget and instead have Magikarps get insta-poisoned if they distract a Gyarados. This way, no one would ever die before a distractmsg.

    Other than that, maybe you could try thinking of adding more types of strategies to this theme. Currently, Magikarps can only sacrifice themselves to get info, but maybe adding another way for them to get information (less efficiently, so people would still risk splashes) would be a good idea. Also, Gyarados can only passively frame other players, so maybe having a way to do that actively could make things interesting (possibly with some risk involved).

    I was looking over that, and the first time I read it I was a little confused by what you meant, but now I see what you mean. That will be fixed.

    I want to add new strategies, but I don't want to over complicate things. I had a little conversation with MeowMix yesterday, and he told me I probably shouldn't add or remove any more roles. I'll try to see what I can do, though. If anyone has suggestions for new strategies, feel free to let me know.

    First thing I'm going to do is make the Gyarados kills shared. I'm not sure why they all had their own kills in the first place, because all it did was cause kill fests and such. Also, Gyarados now acts as a bomb if it gets fished by the fisherman, meaning that the Fisherman will still die, but so will the Gyarados.

    EDIT: Adding some kind of Mega Gyarados role is so tempting, but I don't want to make everything complicated, and I'm not sure what it would add to the theme other than just more kills and an even larger advantage for the Gyarados team in large games.

    Although I could possibly use it for some kind of non-peak setup, but then again I'm not too sure if adding more roles to this theme would be the best idea. (and if Mega-Gyarados was used in a non-peak setup, then that's probably the only place it would appear.)
