Blue Pikmin - Know eachother, connect PRs. Yellow Pikmin - -1 vote, 40% chance to evade nightkills. White Pikmin - Revenge poisons nightkiller (2 days) Purple Pikmin - Kills every other night. Pink Pikmin - Medium hax on kills aka Spy (10%) Rock Pikmin - BG, immune to poison and distract S.S. Dolphin - Inspector Olimar - Samurai Louie - -2 votes, 1 time BG, knows President President - +2 votes, knows Louie Bulbmin - Inspects as Spotty Bulborb, can win with Bulborbs Iridescent Flint Beetle - PL, o Votes Mafia - Bulborbs (shared nightkill) Dwarf Spotty Bulborb - Nightbomb and Daybomb Spotty Bulborb - Vote of 0, low hax on Ins, PL, BG, Kills (5%) King Bulbax - Knows team (connector), +4 votes, knows Breadbug Spotty Bulbear - Non Revealing Daykiller Mafia - Blowhogs (shared nightkill, team reveal) Fiery Blowhog - Additional Nightkill every other night, can't be haxed Water Blowhog - +3 vote Puffy Blowhog - x2 PL, revealer Mafia - Beasts Burrowing Snagret - Inspect, revealing day kill Waterwraith - +999 votes Breadbug - 1 BG every night, an additional BG every other night Indies Puffstool - nightkills, can convert Pikmin to "Possessed Pikmin", vote of 3, immune to poison Possessed Pikmin - inspects as original Pikmin form, -1 vote Mysterious flower/creeping chrysanthemum - mf 80% chance to avde all kills and poison, inspects as red pikmin, 0 votes, cc nightkiller, ignores distract and hax Strategy: Town - This is a fairly basic town with all the normal PRs. Inspector, Samurai, Mayor and Anti-Mayor, Bodyguard, Spy etc. etc. In a big game, however, PR Pikmin such as Pink should avoid claiming due to the Puffstool looking for people to convert. other than that, Olimar and Blue Pikmin are there to connect the PRs, every does their own role yadda yadda. Consideration: I've considered chaning the White Pikmin to a full-on poisoner. Comments are appreciated. Bulborbs: Probably the least fun mafia to play on unless you're the King Bulbax. King Bulbax basically has the power to manipulate the Breadbug to do his will. He can even get the Dwarf Bulborb to bait the Snagret after he's claimed with his daykill. There's also the Spotty Bulbear with his Non Revealing Daykill, who can wreck havoc in bigger games. Blowhogs: This mafia needs do go quickly as they are hugely powerful in the later game. Fiery Blowhog is a limited GF, killing an additional time every other night. Puffy Blowhog gets a reveal and 2 PLs, being almost as much of a troll as he is in the actual Pikmin games. The Watery Blowhog gets a lame +2. There really isn't much strategy to this team, they just need to be smartin their kills, PLs, and reveals. Protip: Funny thing about the Fiery Blowhog is the normal town villager, the Red Pikmin, is immune to his /fire command (his additional kill). While this may seem like a nuisance, it eliminates this user as a PR and therefore a waste of a kill or PL. Beasts: The most fun mafia to play on, and it requires the most smarts. Let's start with the Burrowing Snagret. He gets an inspect and a revealing daykill. He's the closest thing this team has to a connector, so his goal should be to eliminate other daykillers and claim so that he can connect his team. He then has the Waterwraith, a Kuja, to protect him in the voting phase, and the Breadbug to protect him from nightkills.... sometimes. The Breadbug is, however, known by the King Bulbax, so he must watch out for fake claimers. He may also be revealed when the Burrowing Snagret claims, making him one of the most tricky roles. Consideration: I have considered simply giving the Breadbug a universal protect, or changing up his role. Feedback would be appreciated. Creeping Chrysanthemum: Enter the werewolf of this theme. The CC start out as a Mysterious Flower, a role with an 80% chance to evade all forms of killing and being inspected as a Red Pikmin. However, he also has 0 votes. The CC has a nightkill that ignores both PL and hax. The strategy behind the CC is similar to the actual Pikmin games: he lies in wait until the village is weak and then emerges, killing those in his path. Puffstool: The bane to all those annoying villager claims during night 1. Seriously guys, Don't claim villy night 1. The Puffstool converts all those arrogant Red Pikmin, as well as any Blue Pikmin looking to connect PRs, into his mindless slaves. He also gets a nightkill and +3 votes. I haven't figured out the "kill all minions" code yet, so if someone could provide that I'd appreciate it :)
So apparently another Pikmin theme was proposed a week before mine. There's my summer wasted. Mods can lock this or something.
