    Meowth (F) @ Life Orb
    Trait: Technician
    EVs: 76 Def / 196 SAtk / 196 Spd
    Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
    - Water Pulse
    - Icy Wind
    - Thunderbolt
    - Nasty Plot

Special Meowth is a pretty fun set. NP gives it a useable 26 special attack, and when coupled with its 19 speed, allows it to sweep in many cases. Icy Wind + Thunderbolt gives it a nice bolt beam combo, while water pulse acts as a pseudo surf. I'm not gonna lie the set sucks, but it can catch your opponent off gourd and do quite a number on many teams.

Also, Fury Swipes is a p cool move for a standard LO Meowth to run.

Corphish is p cool and so is Krabby. Need moar crabz.

    Barboach (M) @ Eviolite
    Trait: Hydration
    EVs: 36 HP / 212 Atk / 12 Def / 28 SDef / 196 Spd
    Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
    - Dragon Dance
    - Waterfall
    - Earthquake
    - Return

Maybe Rest is viable if you run a Rain Dance team though setting up would waste some good turns etc...
With Jolly you can tie with Scarf Modest Chinchou
Also Substitute is viable if you like it, and removing pokes like Ferroseed and Chinchou would be appreciate

Why the hell does Cranidos get no love?
He LITERALLY has the highest attack in all of Little Cup! With a Choice Scarf, if you take out all his counters, he can't be stopped!
He is my favorite late-game sweeper and one hell of a revenge killer.

    Cranidos (M) @ Choice Scarf
    [IMG]
    Trait: Mold Breaker
    EVs: 240 Atk / 240 Spd
    Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
    - Earthquake
    - Superpower
    - Fire Punch
    - Rock Slide / Head Smash

Earthquake handles many threats that other teams would be hard-pressed to take down, even outspeeds non-timid Chinchou. Earthquake also bypasses Levitate with Mold Breaker and provides very good neutral coverage.
Superpower handles very specific threats, like hitting Drillbur harder than Earthquake, super-effectively hitting Scrafty and Porygon (and similar Normal types), but becomes less effective at sweeping very quickly.
Fire Punch 4x's Ferroseed, but does little outside of that because of Cranidos' fantastic coverage.
Rock Slide has STAB and a flinch chance, hitting a lot of neutral targets and demolishing fire and flying and the less common bugs. Head Smash is a stronger, less accurate option; but often if you have enough support you have already cleared the team of opposing people who are strong enough to withstand a Rock Slide, thus making Head Smash overkill and a Recoil. Regardless of choice, the Rock STAB is your best shot of sweeping once counters have been cleared out.

The best support for Crandios is Pokemon that can clear defense Pokemon that defend his Rock STAB and defeat priority users, like the ever common Timburr. Foongus is good at this with his resistance to Fighting and ability to spread sleep/paralyze while regenerating health with both Giga Drain and Regenerator, and can stop Bulk Up Timburr and Scraggy with Clear Smog. Misdreavous or Gastly can switch in to a predicted fighting attack, but have to be careful of Payback and Pursuit users. Flying type Pokemon are good teammates also, since they can switch in to a predicted ground attack and retort with STAB flying moves, but Rapid Spin support is heavily appreciated to put them to their full potential.

All in all, I don't understand why Cranidos sees as little use as he does. He is a very potent attacker and becomes very intimidating when with a Choice Scarf speed.
(Oh gosh I hope I didn't just fill Little Cup with super fast Cranidos killers now)

Cranidos only ties with non timid Chinchous so it's very risky etc...
    Also Scraggy is banned

EDIT: I'd use Stone Edge or Head Smash on Cranidos, not Rock Slide (so weak that a neutral Superpower hits harder, sure it has higher acc etc... but still...)
Also you only need 236 EVs for max Atk, and 212 for max Spd, so you can get 1 extra point etc...

EDIT: A Sheer Force set with LO could be cool if SF is released, boosting Rock Slide and Fire Punch to good levels (Rock Slide would be just a bit weaker than SE but way more accurate)
