I think the idea of a new Wind weather system is great! But what about a Thunderstorm? Like, it hurts water-, bug- and flying-types, powers up electric-type moves and makes electric-types faster. It would be kinda like Rain, but hurt Pokemon and power up electric-types. It also could paralyze Pokemon sometimes. What do you think?

I have an idea for the Legendary with base stats of all 100 - Chibury (Chibi and Bury), Psychic/Ground - Ability of Boulderdash (Boosts speed when hit by a Ground, Psychic or Rock type move).

I also have more ideas for non-legendaries:
Sphinifex (Spinifex and Sphinx), Grass/Rock - 100/65/85/70/90/50 - Ability of Chlorophyll.
Nucleak (Nuclear Leak), Poison - 45/55/45/75/45/30 - Ability of Liquid Ooze - evolves into Fallution at level 30.
Fallution (Fallout Pollution), Poison/Dark - 75/80/65/95/65/55 - Ability of Liquid Ooze.
Volphin (Volt Dolphin), Water/Electric - 65/50/55/90/75/85 - Abilities of either Static or Swift Swim.

We can add them in the game. Leeksword:
    HP: 105/Attack: 125/Defense: 85/Special Attack: 60/Special Defense: 85/Speed: 105

    Presentbird:
    HP:105/Attack: 60/ Defense:85/Special Attack: 125/Special Defense: 85/Speed:105

(I Suck at naming so change them.)

Well, if we can have a WIND weather, I see no reason why we can't have Night/Eclipse

    The effects would be:
-Ghosts and Dark moves would receive 1.5x power
-Psychic moves would be 1.5 weaker
-Accuracy for non-ghost and non-dark pokemon would be dropped by 10%. Bugs would be unaffected too.
-An ability would be "Darkness impending" or something :x

Silly idea, but it may work. I feel we need a weather to help solidify some types.

I would like to tell you that you will have to recompile the server since you can't add that kind of weather effect without modifying the source. Tutorial on how to run it from the source for your convenience.

An ability for Gianatur (Bug Legendary) could be Insect Army - Bug type attacks are boosted (x2 normal base power) when there's another Bug type in your party or on the same side in a Double/Triple battle.

Also, a three stage Dragon evolution line:
    Pebbyrn (Pebble Wyvern) - Dragon/Rock - 52/60/54/45/54/35
    Dragone (Stone Dragon) - Dragon/Rock - 71/75/67/62/72/53
    Bouldrake (Boulder Drake) - Dragon/Rock - 90/132/100/98/95/75
All three have the abilities - Heated Scales (Damage dealt by Ice type moves are halved); or Rock-Hard Scales (Damage dealt by physical moves are halved and the foe is hit with 1/8th of the damage).

And a new move - Draconic Roar:
Description - The user charges up and unleashes a terrifying roar, filling the foe with fear.
What it does - The attack, defense and speed of the foe Pokemon is reduced by 1 stage, but must be charged for one turn before-hand.
    PP/Power/Accuracy - 10/-/95%

That move is just a far better version of memento O.o.

Miffism that move is overpowered a move that lowers 2 or more stats should only lower by 1 stage unless some type of recoil (example: memento user faints)

How about 1 stage for each, causes flinching but the user needs to charge for 1 turn before hand?

With a power herb the foe is cripled is you remove the flinching it would be better pair it with recycle and you can force switches because its def atk and speed are down.

I have made the sprite for Pylonagus (the Pylon Pokemon). If there is something that needs changing, please let me know; it was rather tough trying to make a sprite from a drawing like that (at least for me).

Combustion Engine: Fire attacks do no damage and increase the user's Atk by 1 stage
Disorientation: 30% chance of causing confusion when hit with a contact move
Empathy: user receives the same HP recovery and passive damage as the opponent
Haunted: user's Ghost type moves can hit Normal types
Legendary Scale: halves the damage from Dragon type attacks
Malice: doubles all passive damage (except entry hazards)
Materialist: attacks do 20% more damage when holding an item
Muscle Memory: user's accuracy increases each time it successfully attacks the opponent
Perfectionist: the random number in damage calculations is always maximized
Psych Out: lowers the opponent's Sp Atk upon switching in
Radiation: all Pokemon lose 1/8th of their max HP at the end of each turn
Relentless: moves that require a turn of charging or recharging attack in a single turn
Snow Pack: user recovers health when hit with an Ice type attack
Stone Body: user recovers health when hit with a Rock type attack; removes SR upon switching in
Sunbathe: recovers 1/8th of max HP each turn during Sunny Day
Tectonics: raises the power of Ground-type attacks when the user's health is low
    Toboggan: doubles Spe in Hail
Unstable: raises the user's Sp Atk by 2 stages when switching in, but causes confusion
Valor: the user's attacks will hit regardless of Protect, status effects, flinching, etc. (excluding accuracy), but the user can only use attacking moves
Awareness: Increases accuracy of the user's moves by 50%.
Bio Hazard: Any physical attacks on this Pokemon may cause Burn, Paralysis, or Poison.
(Pretty much Effect Spore but with burn instead of sleep)
Thick Carapace: Any physical move's power done to this Pokemon deals 10% less damage.
Double-Cross: The Pokemon with this ability can bypass any resistance it's ally(s) have due to their ability.
For instance Discharge will hit Electivire, or Earthquake will hit Gengar, but not normal or fighting moves.
Enrage: Any move used on this Pokemon will increase in power by 30%, but it's accuracy is lowered by 30%.
    Toxic Fumes
All Pokemon's accuracy, including the user, will be halved while the user is in battle.
    Yawn
Has a 1/16 chance of putting both the user and opponent asleep when user is hit with a physical attack.
    Prioritize
While suffering, all non-attacking moves are rendered unusable at the cost of a 20% boost in Attack and Speed.
    Trigger Happy
Makes any multi-attacking move hit the enemy two extra times.

Improbable: % chances of secondary effects are reversed (ie a movie with a 30% confusion rate has a 70% rate)
Graceful: The pokemon ignores damage from all entry hazards (does not remove them)
Aura of Confusion: Physical attackers have a 30% chance to become confused when attacking this pokemon
Hive Mind: Pokemon cannot be confused, attracted, or fall asleep
Cold Blooded: Pokemon's attack and speed increase in sunlight, decrease in hail
    WeaponMastery
    Doubles the effect of items
Black Hole: 30% chance to suck up/destroy a foe's held item every turn
Short Fuse: Attack/Sp Atk and speed greatly boosted but the pokemon will explode (the move) if left in battle for more than 3 turns
True Warrior: Pokemon's normal type moves have a 50% chance of being super effective against whatever type they are used on
Death Wish: Pokemon's attack is boosted every turn at the cost of 1/8 HP
    Equalizer
Attack and Speed increase as health decreases.
    Innovated
Can use man made items in battle.
    Distort
    Auto Trick Room
    Puncture
Target Pokemon has defensive stats one stage lower.
    Truesight
Reveals the foe's moveset. User's attacks never miss.
    Super Cold
All non ice types have their speed halved.
    Brute Force
25% increase in base power for physical moves and 25% decrease in base power for special moves.
    Dispersion
Attacks can do up to 30% more damage or as low as 20% less damage.
Narcolepsy: At the end of every turn, has a 20% chance to fall asleep for 2 turns and completely heal HP and status.
    Nutrient Hungry
When a Grass type is suffering, roots will extend and begin sapping HP from the opponent.
    Swordplay
Boosts damage of slash and blade moves.
    Gravity Well Auto Gravity.
Enticing: 20% chance for an opponent's not-in-battle pokemon to leave it's pokeball and force itself into the fight (basically the reverse of roar)
Parched: Water Absorb for fire types (water type attacks restore a fire pokemon's HP)
Saltwater: Pokemon's water type attacks are super effective against grass types
Jackhammer: Opponent protective moves (protect, detect, defense curl, harden, etc) have an increased % to fail
    Close Call
User's evasion is increased by 50% when at 25% HP.
    Spongy Body
Absorb's water moves and boosts defenses. Boosts are lost when it is hit by an attack.
    Randomizer
All of the user's attacks are random types every turn.
    Lucky Lass
Has a chance to deal an additional 10% all foe's HP when attacking.
    Conceal
Hides user's HP from the opponent.
    Fog of War
Brings special fog to battlefield. Affects all Pokemon. Causes all Pokemon sprites, HP, and moves that affect the user, to be hidden from opponents. Removed by Defog or any weather condition.
    Fair Weather
In double/triple battles, attacks intended to hit the user can hit their partners instead.
    Melting Ice
The user's type becomes Water if hit by a Fire attack. An Ice attack reverses the process.
    Precision
Makes attacks 40% weaker, but more accurate. (Not applied to OHKO moves.)
    Grounding
The user's Ground-type moves can hit Flying, Levitating and Magnet Rise users.

    What do you guys think?

Could I ask to apply for an Idea Reviewer?

Also, not to poke out people, but I am seeing noobie writing and overall logic skills. I do see names and moves that may seem sane, but then there are those that go overboard and look like a 6 year old's brain was dissected. I mean, I can't point them out unless I'll offend them, so I'll just make an example.

    Good Pokemon Idea
    Type = TypeOne/TypeTwo
Name = Something related to how it acts, behaves, looks, etc.

    Bad Pokemon Idea
    Type = Derp/Troll
Name = Name of something smart

Lol, I know it's a bad example. But anyways, if you think you have a good idea, post on the BOTTOM of meetingwords.com/6thgenideas

The ideas for all Pokemon/Moves/TMs/HMs etc will be there for Darkkis or whoever he puts in charge to approve/disapprove. Thanks anyways, also another tip, try using Greek/Latin roots for the names of Pokemon (e.g. my Pokemon Minable, Min = Small, able = able to).

Can you give an example? You may use my ideas as an example if you like, but I just don't quite understand what you mean; all the Pokemon ideas on this thread so far seem perfectly valid to me.

Miffism, I haven't checked your ideas. I was referring to some that I've seen in general (not just in this idea thread)

Anyways, join meetingwords.com/6thgenideas and put your ideas there. Thx. ~ matthewbny ~

    More New Pokemans:
Wreapsel (Reap Weasel) - Normal/Dark - 65/125/55/70/50/105 - Based on the Kamaitachi, weasels with razor sharp claws from Japanese folklore. Wreapsels are incredibly fast with sharp claws and a sickle on their long tails. Their blades are so sharp, they can cut the air itself.
    Wyfern (Fern Wyvern) - Grass/Dragon - 85/90/93/120/110/100

Castform should also have forms for the Sandstorm and new Wind weather systems (Rock and Flying type respectively).

I've been stalking this thread and it looks interesting. If I had more time to go on PO I would sign up.

Anyway. A small problem I have is that most of the Pokemon I have seen have base stats that are multiples of 5 either across the board or most of it. The only ones that don't seem to do this are in Miffism's dragon evolution line.

If you are already planning to change the base stats upon finishing, then ignore this :P

I only did that because not all of the GameFreak-made Pokemon have stats of multiples of 5. But chances are, all stats on this thread are just approximations/averages and may be changed later, I'm guessing.

    Anyway, More New Pokemans:
    Magnite (Magnet Ignite) - Fire/Electric - 70/40/40/65/53/53 - Evolves into Faranheit.
    Faranheit (Faraday Fahrenheit) - Fire/Electric - 85/58/58/95/75/70
Duskaster (Dusk Master) - Dark/Dragon - 80/92/75/92/75/50 - Similar to Sensaster and Slamaster (Psychic/Dragon and Fight/Dragon) by Sandusky and Fegelein.
    Krakxic (Toxic Kraken) - Water/Poison - 62/52/67/85/75/40
    Knightmare (Knight Nightmare) - Ghost/Steel - 70/85/75/60/60/55
    Narwhaze (Narwhal Glaze or Haze) - Water/Ice - 60/90/50/90/50/65
    Kangarow (Kangaroo Row) - Fight/Ground - 50/100/45/50/45/85
    Jackubyc (Jackal Anubis Psychic) - Dark/Psychic - 60/50/45/80/70/55
*The last four were based off Fegelein's ideas (see post #11).

IIRC, Knightmare is copyrighted, so we wouldn't be able to use that.
    Platysash - Water/Ground, Poison Point/Swift Swim, No evo, 90/90/80/90/80/70
Leechquit - Bug/Ground, Sucker, 1 evo, 60/50/60/130/50/120 Sucker allows you to recover more health from recovery
Tundrorn - Ice/Water, Ice Body/Polar Skin, 2 evos, 100/40/85/85/115/60 Polar Skin is like Flame Body but with Freeze
Ravagen - Dark/Flying, Undeniable (can't be statused), No evos, 60/90/100/40/100/100
    Wallabop - Ground/Fighting, Moxie/Vital Spirit, 1 evo, 80/120/80/50/35/95
Inkala - Water, Water Veil/Suction Cups, No evo, 110/65/80/70/135/50

Are some of my ideas from the previous ones.

I didn't know that, that sucks. Do you know by whom?
Also, I really like the names for the others, besides Platysash, it doesn't sound 'right' to me. How about Anatypus (Anatinus Platypus)?
What about Chantalier or Phantalier (Chevalier Phantom), which ever you like best, for the Ghost/Steel knight?
Also, what do you think of my Pylonagus sprite? Since you came up with the idea/rough drawing, I would like your opinion.

    More Pokemans
    Durost (Frost Dummy) - Ice/Fight - 20/120/10/112/10/110 - Stakickle's Pre-evolved form.
    Demite (Demon Petite) - Fire - 35/80/45/70/25/35 - Devilad's First Form.
    Heldial (Hell Medial) - Dark/Fire - 60/100/65/80/35/55 - Devilad's Second Form
    Phlebynch (Phlebotomy Toxorhynchites) - Bug/Ground - 90/65/70/155/65/145 - Leechquit's Evolution

I am creative, I am a good spriter, I am learning to mod, I hosted a Fakemon Contest in the past which brought out many great ideas, I have a project like this one of my own. Maybe we can join forces? Like, I can bring my ideas into your project? PM me if interested...

It's a good sprite, but looks a bit like an Egyptian Mummy. I know it was a bad drawing by me (1 minute and 19 seconds it took me to do).
I was thinking more of a Pylon shape, Eyes on top, with eyebrows to make it look angry. And those things that pylons have to hold the wires have the boxing gloves on the end.

I see what you mean. I was a bit confused as to what it should look like; I thought it had a solid body, not just wires/bars. I will have another go at Spriting it.
