So the basic idea for this came from a TCG I play.. My current deck is just all the most overused cards thrown together with some support linking them. It works really well, so I decided to try it in pokemon. It's had some success as a a DW OU team, but since B/W 2 came out, I've decided I don't like No Preview OU and want to switch.

    At a glance:
    [IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG]

I started with a few of my favorites: Dragonite and Scizor. I wanted the most insane heavy hitting priority around, and these guys fit the bill nicely.

    Dragonite @ Choice Band
    Trait: Multiscale
    EVs: 60 HP / 252 Atk / 196 Spd
    Adament Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
    - Outrage
    - Fire Punch
    - Extreme Speed
    - Earthquake

Originally I was leading with DW OU because nothing can take a hit easily from an Outrage, and I can generally predict if they'll switch into a steel type and nail them with Earthquake/Fire Punch. With Multiscale Dragonite can survive pretty much any non-spec'd attack, so it's fairly easy to use an outrage even if he's outsped. From there, if they don't revenge kill me, I switch Dragonite out to be used as somewhat of a revenge killer with Extreme Speed. Basically, I'm just trying to cause as much damage as I can. With Wifi battle, I keep the same strategy but with easier prediction. I've considered switching to Jolly nature and giving him max speed evs to outspeed or speed tie other Dragonites who aren't scarfed, but the HP boost has kept me alive more than once.

    Scizor @ Choice Band
    Trait: Technician
    EVs: 240 HP / 252 Atk / 16 Spd
    Adament Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
    - Bullet Punch
    - Superpower
    - U-Turn
    - Pursuit

Scizor has a similar role to Dragonite, but this works much better in Wifi OU because I can check for counters like Magnezone and better predict. It's steel typing makes it one of the only pokemon I can easily switch in on this team, so he's a valuable player. Scizor is a bit harder to predict with, and I generally play it safe with either U-Turn (often switching into Rotom-W) or BP, which still cause massive damage, but if they're choice'd into something I'll nail them with a Superpower. Pursuit is not often used, but BP and U-Turn are enough to cause any team problems. Like Dragonite, he can easily come in and revenge kill with a BP.

    Salamence @ Life Orb
    Trait: Moxie
    EVs: 64 Atk / 192 SAtk / 252 Spd
    Naive Nature (+Spd, -SDef)
    - Draco Meteor
    - Fire Blast
    - Outrage
    - EQ

I really enjoy this set because it's easy to catch somebody off guard with it, and it's pretty tough to check. Salamence is a mid-game user, I try to come in on a wounded pokemon (generally after a U-Turn/Volt Switch) and get an easy +1 attack, or if I've figured out what kind of a player they are, nail the switch in with a Draco Meteor. Fire Blast is obviously for steel types, but EQ can do it after the +1 attack. I've had Mence sweep a team before after taking out the counters (which isn't too hard with Scizor and Dragonite around)

    Starmie @ Life Orb
    Trait: Natural Cure
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
    Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
    - Ice Beam
    - Thunderbolt
    - Rapid Spin
    - Surf

At this point I needed some special killers. Very standard, like all of these guys. Again, this is just taking the overused stuff and throwing it together. Starmie is great to revenge kill any dragons who may be faster than Nite or Mence. Also useful against a lot of rain teams, once Gastrodon and Ferrothorn are taken out. Nice to have a rapid spinner, as many Nite and Mence are weak to stealth rocks, but the real role here is as a special attacker. Another option is to switch in and take a Will-O-Wisp, and healing on my way out.

    Terrakion @ Choice Scarf
    Trait: Justified
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
    Adament Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
    - Close Combat
    - Earthquake
    - Stone Edge
    - X-Scissor

My primary revenge killer. It has great move coverage, and fantastic speed and attack. This is used if there's a Calm Mind sweeper, but is nice to set up D-Nite/Scizor for the easy priority kill if he can't OHKO or force a switch. The primary things (Earthquake and Fighting) used against it works great with Salamence and Dragonite, since they resist or are immune, so he's generally one of my last living guys if the revenge kill works.

At this point I wanted another special attacker. Originally I had Genesect, as it's basically a more awesome Starmie (well, minus spin). Because this is Wifi, I could also use a decent lead instead of flipping a coin on which they'll lead with. Special attacking lead? Rotom-W.

    Rotom-W @ Leftovers
    Trait: Levitate
    EVs: 112 HP / 252 SAtk / 144 Spd
    Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
    - Volt Switch
    - Hydro Pump
    - Hidden Power (Fire)
    - Pain Split

Originally I tried Gengar, but Rotom works much better. I have a Volt/Turn option with Scizor, and reliable rain counters, taking out Ferrothorn, Vaporeon, and the other water and flying guys without too much problem. Gastrodon causes problems, and I've really considered switching to HP grass for the unexpected kill, and HP Fire doesn't do too much to Ferrothorn in rain. I've really considered dropping Pain Split, but I'm not sure what else to use on him, as I don't want to switch to scarf because half my team is already choice'd.

    Checks:
My main nemesis has been Gastrodon. Once D-Nite and Terrakion are dead, I'm in trouble. I've also had some trouble with offensive Choice Scarf users, and Mamoswine can kill D-Nite, Terrakion, and Mence no problem. I haven't run into a Trick Room Reuniclus yet, but I have no answer for it, since by the time I get to Scizor or Terrakion the trick has already taken effect, and provided they hit, I'm dead. Ferrothorn, despite having fire and ground moves galore, is tough in the rain.

So thoughts on how to improve and what else to watch out for? I honestly haven't played it too much in Wifi OU, but I'm trying to figure out the transition right now. I miss Genesect a lot. My main problem is bad prediction, thinking they'll switch when they stay in. That'll come with time though.

You need 3-4 lines of description for each pokemon and an importable. Please refer to the Teams form rules and pm me changes to get this thread unlocked.

    EDIT: Thanks!

Nice solid team, for ferrothorn, I suggest u tries Wow on rotom-w as it hits many physical switch-in hard while demolishing ferrothorn, in my experience, chestorestom outclasses splitom so rest over pain split and chesto berry over leftovers is a good idea. U have like 3 revenge killers and rocks are very essential for ur team to sweep. So I suggest something over dragonite, as u r having trouble with rain, why not try technician breloom? And as u starmie is completely walled by gastrodon, why not try dophan with seed bomb? I trolled so many gastrodons on the switch with it, and u can even get stealth rock and ice shard while maintaining rapid spin. Otherwise nice team.
