    Introduction

As many of you know, I am and always have been a stall player. Stall is dominant in every meta, but even more so in ubers due to the knack that OU pokes such as Chansey, Tentacruel, Ferrothorn, and Skarmory have of walling half of the metagame. In DW Ubers especially, hazards dominate. With Ho-Oh's regenerator, and Lugia's multiscale, Stealth Rocks are a must. When Stealth Rocks are combined with Spikes, the enemy team is quickly worn down and obliterated.

This team finally got me to number 1 in Dream World, with a 1751 peak. I've long since retired from Dream World Ubers, but without further ado, onto the team.

    In Depth

    Palkia (Dialga) @ Lum Berry
    Trait: Pressure
    EVs: 252 HP / 160 SDef / 96 Spd
    Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
    - Draco Meteor
    - Thunder
    - Roar
    - Stealth Rock

Dialga provides several invaluable services to the team. First, it reliably sets up Stealth Rocks which, as explained above, are necessary in Dream World Ubers. It also adds another phaser to the team. In case I come across a CM Kyogre or Arceus form I can't easily take down (Arceus Dark), Dialga can roar it out and let me kill it later after it takes more hazard damage. It also acts as an anti-lead to Darkrai, Smeargle, and Kyogre. It brings Darkrai down to low health after one Draco Meteor and Lum absorbing Dark Void, and can even KO Darkrai if Dark Miss misses. It also flat out beats smeargle, who generally Shell Smashes, is brought down to 1 HP by Draco, and then Spores hoping to baton pass. Sadly for Smeargle, I just Roar it out and setup Rocks the next turn.
    Baton pass = cancer
And obviously, Dialga's Thunder destroys Kyogre. I ev'd it to give it more special bulk for the threats mentioned above.

For Norther (Ferrothorn) @ Shed Shell
    Trait: Iron Barbs
    EVs: 252 HP / 164 Def / 92 SDef
    Sassy Nature (+SDef, -Spd)
    - Leech Seed
    - Spikes
    - Protect / Gyro Ball
    - Power Whip

Ferrothorn's role on the team is pretty self-explanatory. It provides a switch in for all hard-hitting physical choicers, as well as Kyogre, Palkia, Dialga, and other dragons. In the rain, Ferrothorn is incredibly hard to take down. The team also benefits from Leech Seed recovery, and a poke to absorb status. The only flaw with this set is that it is setup fodder for Sub Latias, but Latias/Latios is easily handled by Arceus/Lugia. It has Shed Shell so I don't lose my Spikes layer/steel type to Chandelure, one of the most common pokemon in Dream World. I sometimes run Gyro Ball, but without Leftovers Protect is generally better for recovery.

    Testicruel (Tentacruel) @ Leftovers
    Trait: Rain Dish
    EVs: 204 HP / 252 Def / 48 SDef / 4 Spd
    Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
    - Rapid Spin
    - Toxic Spikes
    - Scald
    - Protect

Tentacruel is the perfect complement to Ferrothorn and Dialga. It completes the set of hazards, and also provides means of removing hazards. Chandelure, a common spinblocker in DW, loses to it, and Gira-O gets burned. It also sets up on Choiced Kyogres, Palkias, Dialgas, and Reshirams, as well as Ferrothorns. Scald beats Xatu, which is occasionally seen with Shedninja in the tier. No other common spinners besides other Tentacruels can stay in on Tentacruel, either.

    OHKOgre (Kyogre) @ Choice Scarf
    Trait: Drizzle
    EVs: 252 SAtk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
    Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
    - Ice Beam
    - Water Spout
    - Surf
    - Thunder

Kyogre makes it rain. Providing the team with a hard hitting cleaner, Kyogre OHKO's Mewtwo, Groudon, Ho-Oh, and other threats to the team. The only major problem with using scarfogre in DW is that Latias/Latios get free setup, but again, I have Lugia and Arceus for them. Scarf Ogre really helps balance out the team and provide some offensive power.

    Loogie (Lugia) @ Leftovers
    Trait: Multiscale
    EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 4 SDef / 4 Spd
    Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)
    - Substitute
    - Whirlwind
    - Recover
    - Toxic

Lugia makes this a Dream World team with its multiscale ability. I built this team around Lugia since he checks almost every pokemon in the metagame while multiscale is intact. Being so, its very important to keep rocks off the field, else his multiscale is broken. Once under a sub, Lugia can spam whirlwind until the enemy team is destroyed. It can also sub Toxic stall with Multiscale. It provides not only a phaser that can spam whirlwind while maximum hazards are up, but is also a wall or check to nearly everything.

    Gusty (Arceus-Ghost) @ Spooky Plate
    Trait: Multitype
    EVs: 80 HP / 252 Atk / 176 Spd
    Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
    - Perish Song
    - Shadow Claw
    - Refresh / Flamethrower / Will-O-Wisp
    - Recover

This Arceus set is the gem of the team. Much like Groundon, I tend to rely heavily on Arceus to fill the gaps of my teams. This Arceus is ev'd to outspeed Latias/Latios and OHKO after SR with Shadow Claw, checking two massive stall threats. It also beats Sub CM Giratina-O, various other CMinders, beats Tentacruel with refresh, and has perish song in case something else sets up on me. It rounds off the team by providing spin blocking and some key checks to other threats to this team. It also deals around 40% to standard Ho-Oh, which can be a problem.

    Conclusion

Well there you have it, my most successful DW team to date, yet another rain stall. Feel free to use it on the Blaziken and Smashpass infested Dream World ladder. smashpass = skill!

Why don't you have dragon tail over whirlwind on Lugia??? The rest of the team looks good.

You're a bit weak to DoubleDance Lum Berry Groudon. RockPolish-SD-EQ-RockSlide trains through your team if SR is up. Other than that it seems like a great team!

Since pressure is so prevalent, I prefer having whirlwind for the larger pp. I also can't break Ho-Oh/Lugia subs with Dragon Tail, and on top of that, Dragon Tail misses.

Thanks! I usually try to Toxic stall it with Lugia, Leech Seed with Ferro, and predict its moves until it dies. That's why I run Will-O-Wisp sometimes on Ghostceus.
