So, over the last few months, I've been making these Pokemon based Yu-Gi-Oh cards. I try to make them competitively viable and not unbalanced. I base their Attack and Defense values to their stats, and their effects to their abilites. I calculate the points like this: For Attack, (Attack + Special Attack + Speed) * 10 - 200 or 300. For Defense, (Defense + Special Defense + HP) * 10 - 200 or 300. Arcanine is (110 + 100 + 95) * 10 - 250 = 2800. EDIT: Woo hoo, 333 posts.
isn't Magby's attack a bit overpowered for a magby? i would expect it to have about 500 or summun. EDIT: i made a couple because i wanted to [SECRET] [/SECRET]

Your cards are quite interesting. Having it as an archtype is a nice idea. The wording and detail on the card descriptions could be improved though. The formula is (Attack + Special Attack + Speed) * 10 - (number from 100 to 300). So for Magby, it is: Spoiler (75 + 70 + 83) * 10 - (number from 100 to 300) 228 * 10 - (number from 100 to 300) 2280 - (number from 100 to 300) 2280 - 280 2000 [/HIDE]
That formula seems flawed and it also leaves Deoxys - A at 5k attack. That's just.. Funny and its defence if it follows the same formula (Def + SpDef + HP * 10 - X(100-300)) would be 800 5000/800 is total lols. I know there are 4000/0 in (Malefic) Rainbow (Dark) Dragon. But it doesn't seem right. Some more: [secret] [/secret] Yeah this archtype could kinda be based on weather teams.
